About Fashion Audit

What is Fashion Audit?

Fashion Audit is an honest fashion review site for India. We test shoes, clothing, accessories, watches, grooming and beauty products in real life, audit the brands behind them, and cover the big sales, so you can shop smarter with real opinions instead of paid hype.

Who runs Fashion Audit?

Fashion Audit is run by OneChance Media. It was founded by Ankush Kumar, the creator behind the men’s fashion YouTube channel ONE CHANCE. Its sister channel for women’s fashion, Priya Pandey (formerly ONE CHANCE Woman), is also a OneChance Media venture. A small team of creators, stylists and reviewers writes the reviews. Read our story.

What do you cover?

Men’s and women’s fashion and lifestyle: shoes (sneakers, formals, boots, clogs, running shoes and flip-flops), clothing, accessories, watches, bags, beauty, grooming and skincare, plus sale events on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa, seasonal trends and new brand launches. Now and then we also review luxury pieces when the design or craftsmanship is worth talking about.

Do you only cover affordable products?

No. Our main focus is value for money, but we also feature premium and luxury pieces when they stand out for quality or innovation. We want to show the full range, from budget finds to long-term investments.

How often do you publish?

New reviews, buying guides and sale updates go up every week, along with seasonal edits and picks for big shopping events like Diwali, Holi and the Myntra Big Fashion Festival.

Reviews and scores

7
Do you really test the products you review?

Yes. Most products are personally tested or worn before we review them. When a review is based on research or verified buyer feedback instead, we say so clearly in the review.

What is the FA score?

The Fashion Audit score is a rating out of 10. It is the average of four sub-scores, each out of 10: design, material quality, comfort and value for money. For products where comfort does not really apply, such as wallets, bags, sunglasses and caps, the score is the average of the other three. It is worked out automatically, so it always matches the parts.

Can I trust your ratings?

Every rating comes from real-world use, not advertising. We list the pros and the cons, and we add our own photos and videos wherever we have them, so you can see how a product actually looks and holds up.

What is a brand audit?

A brand audit is a long reference page about one brand: who owns it, where its products are made, how Indian prices compare with prices abroad, where to buy it safely, and whether it is worth it. Browse the brand audits.

Why do some products show the brand’s own photos?

Some product pages still use the brand’s images. We are replacing them with our own photos as we re-shoot each product, until every review uses original visuals.

How do you choose what to review?

We look at what is trending in India, what people are searching for and asking about, and what is worth testing for quality, hype or value. We also take requests from readers and from our YouTube and Instagram community.

Can I suggest a product to review?

Yes, please do. Email us at hello@fashionaudit.com or message @fashion_audit on Instagram. We regularly pick reader suggestions for future reviews and videos.

Brands, collabs and links

5
Are your reviews sponsored?

Some are. We work with brands only when the product fits our audience and our standards. Every paid collaboration is clearly labelled, and the review still covers the good and the bad. A brand cannot pay for a better score, and there are no paid placements.

Are your links affiliate links?

Some links may be affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. It helps us keep testing and reviewing products honestly.

Why is there no price on product pages?

Store prices change many times a day, and we cannot yet pull live prices from every store reliably. Rather than show you a price that may already be out of date, we link to the stores, so you always see the current price there. Where we have a store link, you will see Buy it from buttons on the product page.

Why do some products say “Probably out of stock”?

It means none of the stores we track is selling that product right now. It may be sold out for a while or discontinued. The review and score stay up, because they still help if you find it elsewhere, and a See similar link takes you to products like it.

Can my brand work with or advertise on Fashion Audit?

Yes. We work with selected fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. Send your proposal or product details to collab@fashionaudit.com. Every partnership follows one rule: if we won’t wear it, we won’t promote it.

Creators and your account

3
How do I get a creator portfolio?

Apply on the Join as a creator page. It takes nine questions, about two minutes. We read every application ourselves and reply within about five working days. If you are approved, you fill in the full portfolio form, and your page publishes under your own byline.

Do I need an account?

No. You can read everything on Fashion Audit without one. A free account lets you save products to your wishlist and apply for a creator portfolio.

How can I stay updated?

Follow Fashion Audit on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. For daily deals and news, join our WhatsApp channel or Telegram. For videos, watch ONE CHANCE on YouTube.

Still have a question?

We read every message.
