Who owns Leotude

Three companies-register mirrors, ZaubaCorp, Tofler and TheCompanyCheck, carry one company under the name: LEOTUDE LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U18202GJ2021PTC125527, incorporated at the Ahmedabad registrar on 11 September 2021. ZaubaCorp and Tofler give its status as “Active”; TheCompanyCheck prints “Active Private Limited Company” and “Unlisted”. Paid-up capital is ₹1.2 lakh against ₹10 lakh authorised, with two directors, not named here. The brand’s terms of service print the same CIN.

The mirrors part ways on the details. ZaubaCorp and Tofler put the registered office in South Bopal, the address on the company’s 2023 “Just Roar” filing; TheCompanyCheck puts it at Plot No. 3 behind Swastik Business Park in Daskroi, where the brand’s terms place the company. The latest balance sheet is 31 March 2023 on ZaubaCorp, March 2024 on Tofler and 31 March 2025 on TheCompanyCheck. The register itself was not read.

Every money figure here is an aggregator’s summary, not accounts seen. Tofler puts operating revenue for the year to March 2023 “Under INR 1 cr” and the next year in a “₹ 25-50 cr” band; TheCompanyCheck prints ₹54.88 crore for the year to 31 March 2025, “▲ 54.00% YoY”. Profit sits behind paid reports on both. Headcount comes three ways: 99 on TheCompanyCheck’s EPFO line, “11 to 25 People” on IndiaMART, “151 to 250” on YourStory.

The name predates the company. The class 25 Leotude mark was filed on 1 February 2018 claiming use since 12 June 2017, the applicant’s own claim; IndiaMART says “since 2017” and YourStory “Founded 2017”. No document read connects that start to the 2021 company, and none records an investor, a funding round or a change of control.

How Leotude reaches the shelf

Leotude sells direct and through marketplaces. leotude.com and shop.leotude.com name the company in their terms, refund, privacy and contact pages. Leotude listings also appear on Flipkart and Ajio, and there is a LEOTUDE brand store on Amazon.in.

On the brand’s own shop the range is narrow: leotude.com’s men’s streetwear collection held 22 products on 29 September 2026, single printed oversized tees.

The site lists no shops, and no document read gives a store count or channel split. The shipping policy names “our warehouse”, delivery in 48 hours to 10 days, and Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees and Ekart as couriers.

Leotude on the shelf

On 29 September 2026 the Leotude facet’s first 40 listings in facet order were 32 T-shirts and eight caps. Median MRP was ₹1,599 and median paid ₹999, a 62.5% share, with 36 of 40 marked down. A Women Embroidered Baseball Cap, MRP ₹1,099, sold at ₹350.

Behind a T-shirts filter, 30 listings gave the same medians and share, but only 22 were reduced. Across ten Indian menswear labels on the same shelf that day, only Locomotive, at 80.0%, kept more of its MRP; Highlander was lowest at 25.6%.

Twenty declarations were opened from those 40, twelve T-shirts and eight caps. LEOTUDE LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED was seller of record on all of them, and India the origin on all of them. The importer field read “-” on seven, blank on seven and an address on six.

The “Manufactured By” field names whoever the pack declares answerable for the goods: who answers for a tee, not who cut or stitched it. On the 20 Leotude records, fifteen lines print only an address at Plot No. 3 on Ode-Pirana Road, behind Swastik Business Park, in three spellings. Three begin “Leotude, Plot No-2, Godown No-1” at AL-Fazal Market. One reads “Leotude Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.” at AL Fazal Market, Narol, and one “Leotude Lifestyle Private Limited” at Plot No. 3.

Those fifteen lines are printed here as addresses and nothing more; none names a company. The brand’s terms, a separate document, give Leotude Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.’s address as Plot No. 3, Ode-Pirana Road, Behind Swastik Business Park. The own product pages run the other way: all three read name “Leotude Lifestyle Private Limited” as manufacturer and give no address.

Where Leotude is made

Every declaration read says India, and the site says “Made in India” and “crafted in India”. No document read names a factory, a count of outside makers or whether the company owns a plant; the only premises the policies mention is a warehouse.

Directory entries describe the company in their own words. Its IndiaMART profile calls it a “Manufacturer of Men T Shirt, Unisex t Shirt, Oversized T Shirt and Women T Shirt since 2017” and gives the nature of business as “Trader – Retailer”. YourStory files it under “E-Commerce and Manufacturing”. ZaubaCorp lists activity code NIC 1820, its wording beginning “Dressing and dyeing of fur”; Tofler describes it as “Manufacture of wearing apparel, dressing and dyeing of fur”.

A word mark in another name on the mirror

The trade-mark readings here come from quickcompany.in, which copies the Indian register and is not the register. An entry on it records who applied for a word, in what class, and the status as last copied. It cannot say who makes or ships the goods, or whether any licence exists.

On that mirror the word Leotude has two entries, neither the company’s. No. 3742310, class 25, covers “T Shirts, Tee Shirt, Short Sleeved And Long Sleeved T Shirt, Printed T Shirt”; it is “Registered”, certificate dated 23 July 2018, valid to 1 February 2028. No. 3742311, class 35, covers online trading and marketplace services and is also “Registered”. Both name an individual in Ahmedabad as proprietor, and neither page shows an assignment, a post-registration change or a registered user.

So, on the mirror, the company selling Leotude holds other class 25 marks, and the Leotude word is registered to the individual. The documents read do not describe any arrangement between them, and this page draws nothing from that.

Returns, warranty and who answers

On leotude.com the buyer’s position is written into the refund policy, which promises “7 days hassle-free returns” and then sets its conditions. The seven days run from delivery. Goods must come back as shipped, “with all original tags and packaging intact”; accessories cannot come back at all. The company wants photo or video proof of handing the parcel to the courier, plus “an uncut unboxing video”. It keeps the shipping charge and a ₹69 reverse shipment fee, and refunds to the original payment method “7 days” after a quality inspection. Both Flipkart listings read showed a “10-Day Return” instead.

No page read offers a warranty or a quality promise. The terms and privacy policy each designate a Grievance Officer at Leotude Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. without a name, giving the company address, info@leotude.com and a phone number, and the two print different numbers. The terms undertake to “acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours” and send disputes to the courts at Ahmedabad under Indian law. The terms read carry no clause on counterfeits or authorised sellers.

What Leotude costs in India

Leotude is an Indian brand, so its own site is the home price. Three tees were read there, and none was matched to a marketplace listing; the marketplace’s first 40 Leotude listings had a ₹1,599 median MRP and a ₹999 median paid.

The own site disagreed with itself that day. The Navy Eagle and White Roar product pages showed ₹499 against ₹1,499; the collection page, and for the Navy Eagle the shop home page too, showed ₹799. Which figure reaches the cart was not read, so check the total before paying.

Fabric is stated product by product. The home-page banner reads “240 GSM Heavyweight” and “Bio-Wash Cotton”. The White Ascend page lists “100% Cotton”, “240 GSM”, “Double Bio-wash”; Navy Eagle lists “Breathable 180-200 GSM polyester”, and White Roar “Breathable Polyester”. White Roar’s page carries two care instructions, “Hand Wash Only” and, on the same page, a cold machine wash. No page names a standard, test method or certifier.

Checking a Leotude is genuine

On the Leotude pages read, FashionAudit did not find a way to check authenticity, a list of approved sellers or a where-to-buy line.

The record in India

Searches for Leotude with court, judgment, infringement and counterfeit terms did not find any matter involving the brand or its company, and no document read names one. That is a nil under those terms on 29 September 2026, not a certificate.

The “Objected” and “Refused” statuses in the trade-mark table belong to two of the company’s other marks, not to the Leotude word.

Who Leotude is actually for

Leotude suits a buyer after a printed oversized tee at ₹499 to ₹799, bought online from the company or through a marketplace. The seller is named on every listing read. A buyer who wants room to change their mind may prefer the ten days shown on Flipkart to the site’s seven, with its fee and video conditions. FashionAudit has also traced the Bewakoof label, Flying Machine and Allen Solly.
