About Casio
All CasioCasio began in Japan in April 1946 as Kashio Seisakujo, set up by Tadao Kashio and his three brothers, and made its name with calculators before it made watches. The listed Casio Computer Co. still owns it outright. In 2025 Casio started making 28 watch models in India, and it sells G-Shock, Edifice and Vintage through its own stores and authorised retailers.
