All BewakoofBewakoof Brands was incorporated in 2011 and built by co-founder Prabhkiran Singh into a young, online-first label for graphic T-shirts, oversized fits and joggers. Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail took control in February 2023 through its TMRW arm, which held 99.03% by June 2026. Sold on its own site and Myntra, it opened its first physical stores in June 2024.
