House of Pataudi is an ethnic-wear label that, on the shelf read, sells mostly kurtas. This page follows its paperwork and describes no person. The name turns up in places a buyer can check: clothing-class trade marks, a website using the name, and 20,936 listings under one brand facet of a large Indian fashion marketplace, all read 30 September 2026.
A trade-mark mirror gives Exmyn Brands Private Limited, a Bengaluru company, as proprietor of the clothing marks. Twenty marketplace records opened that day declared India as origin and named third-party firms as seller and on the “Manufactured By” line.
The class 25 “House Of Pataudi” and “Pataudi” marks, both “Registered”, are printed on a register mirror to Exmyn Brands Private Limited, an unlisted private company incorporated in Bengaluru on 20 June 2018. Twenty listings opened on 30 September 2026 all declared India as origin. The range is mostly kurtas and kurta sets, and the marketplace’s first 40 sold at a ₹1,664.50 median against a ₹4,999 median MRP, about a third of the tag.

Who owns House of Pataudi
Only one kind of document read ties the label to a company: the trade-mark register, seen through quickcompany.in, a privately run copy of the Registry’s data, so every mark reading here is a mirror reading. A row there proves little beyond itself: that a word, for a class of goods, stands in a stated name with a stated status as of the copy’s last refresh. It is silent on who stitches, ships or takes payment for a garment, and on any arrangement between that name and anybody else.
Both clothing-class marks read “Registered”, carry the goods line “Clothing, Headgear And Footwear”, and show no registered user.
| No. | Mark | Class | Status | Proprietor shown on the mirror | Filing date | Claimed first use | Valid to |

quickcompany.in, a mirror of India’s trade-mark register, entries for Nos. 3815706, 3582293 and 3910511 and its company page for Exmyn Brands Private Limited, read 30 September 2026. Use dates are claims carried on the application; a dash means none was noted.
On No. 3582293 the proprietor string stops at “Exmyn Brands Private” and is reproduced as shown. The mirror’s company page for Exmyn Brands Private Limited lists the “Pataudi” and “House Of Pataudi” word marks, device marks and a “Monogram Of H & P” device, with statuses including “Registered”.
The company is unlisted, so no exchange filing exists to read. ZaubaCorp, a companies-register mirror, carries EXMYN BRANDS PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated on 20 June 2018 at the Registrar of Companies in Bangalore, with ₹14,50,00,000 authorised and ₹12,16,93,810 paid up, activity code NIC 7499, “Other business activities n.e.c.”, and a last balance sheet shown to 31 March 2023. Tofler matches the date and both capital figures.
Revenue figures for the company come only from aggregators, not from a filed statement read for this page: Tofler gives a band of “INR 1 cr – 100 cr” for the year to 31 March 2022, and TheCompanyCheck ₹8.61 crore for the year to 31 March 2025. No filing read names the owners of its share capital.
The marks print AKR Tech Park, Hosur Road, Bangalore 560068; the company mirror gives the registered office as “Buildings Alyssa, Begonia & Clover, Embassy Tech Village, Outer Ring Road, Devarabeesanahalli Village Varthur Hobli, Karnataka 560103”.
How House of Pataudi reaches the shelf
The documents read do not set out store counts, a channel split or a distributor for the label; on the day read it was sold mainly through a large Indian fashion marketplace. A website at thehouseofpataudi.com also uses the name. Its terms, privacy policy and contact page call the business “House of Pataudi” and give an e-mail address, a telephone number and an address at Alto Porvorim, Goa.
The pages read do not name the company that runs the site, so this page does not treat it as the brand owner’s own site. Its FAQ, on where to buy:
House of Pataudi products are available online on popular e-commerce platforms and select retail stores.

House of Pataudi on the shelf
The House of Pataudi facet listed 20,936 items on 30 September 2026, the largest count among ten Indian apparel and innerwear names read on the marketplace that day; Crimsoune Club, next, had 17,647. A second facet, “Ode by House of Pataudi”, listed 27 and was left out of every figure here. No document read says how the two facets relate.
| Set read | Listings | Median MRP | Median paid | Paid as share of MRP | Below MRP |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| First 40 in facet order, no filter | 40 | ₹4,999 | ₹1,664.50 | 33.3% | 40 |
| 30 behind the Kurtas filter | 30 | ₹4,749 | ₹1,502.50 | 31.6% | 30 |
Listings as a large Indian fashion marketplace printed them on 30 September 2026; each median is the middle value of the printed MRPs or of the selling prices.
Of the unfiltered forty, thirty were kurtas, nine kurta sets and one a pair of trousers, and none sold at its printed MRP; an Embroidered Mandarin Collar Knee Length Straight kurta tagged ₹4,499 was priced at ₹1,281. The 33.3% share was the second-lowest of the ten names, above only Jompers at 28.7%; Bodycare’s 98.4% was the highest.
Where House of Pataudi is made
All twenty marketplace records opened gave India as the country of origin; the importer field was empty on nineteen and a single hyphen on the twentieth.
A listing’s declaration block is a handful of fields: seller, origin, importer and “Manufactured By”. The last names whoever the pack puts forward as answerable for the goods under Indian packaging rules, plus that party’s address. It is a signature, not a site visit. The maker-line addresses on its listings run from GIDC Sachin in Surat and Focal Point in Ludhiana to Shakurpur in Delhi and an estate the field calls Gorjiwala, and nothing read says a kurta was cut or sewn at any of them.
The website’s About page mentions “master craftspeople who employ traditional techniques” and “responsible sourcing, fair labor practices, and minimizing environmental impact”; it does not cite a standard or certifier. The documents read give no contract-maker numbers or factory ownership.
House of Pataudi sellers and makers on the shelf
On the twenty House of Pataudi records read, the seller and maker fields named third-party firms. A brand owner need not be the seller or maker of record on a marketplace listing.
| Field | As printed | Records |
|---|---|---|
| Seller of record | SUNSHINE INTERNATIONAL | 6 |
| Seller of record | HK TEXFAB PRIVATE LIMITED | 5 |
| Seller of record | VIVAANTA FASHION | 5 |

Returns, warranty and who answers
On sending something back, the FAQ of thehouseofpataudi.com says policies differ with “the platform or store where the product was purchased”. The site’s contact page offers support from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, by e-mail and telephone.
On a marketplace purchase, the order records a seller’s name on the invoice and a maker-line party with an address, and the marketplace’s own returns rules apply. No warranty wording was found on the pages read. Keep the invoice and note both names.
What House of Pataudi costs in India
No document read gives a price for the label outside India, and the twenty records opened all declared Indian origin. What can be set side by side is thehouseofpataudi.com’s homepage and the marketplace, read the same day.
| Item as named on thehouseofpataudi.com | Price shown | MRP shown | Style code |
|---|---|---|---|
| House of Pataudi Women Embroidered Straight Kurta | ₹999 | None | None |
| House Of Pataudi Women Solid A-line Kurta | ₹1,120 | None | None |
| House of Pataudi Embroidered Straight Kurtas | ₹1,233 | None | None |
| House of Pataudi Embroidered Flared Sleeves | ₹1,759 | None | None |
thehouseofpataudi.com homepage, read twice on 30 September 2026. Each item showed one price, with no MRP, no reduced-from figure and no SKU.
Those are the website’s prices, not a price list published by the trade-mark owner. No marketplace listing was matched to any of them, and no difference is worked out. The marketplace figures stand alone: ₹4,999 median MRP and ₹1,664.50 median paid across the first forty, ₹4,749 and ₹1,502.50 across thirty kurtas. On none of those seventy listings was the printed MRP the price paid, so compare selling prices.
Shoppers weighing kurtas across labels can put these figures beside FashionAudit’s audit of the Indya ethnic-wear label and its brand audit of Biba.
Checking a House of Pataudi is genuine
No page read lists authorised sellers, so these checks come from the listing records themselves.
Write down the seller of record
A marketplace sale is with the seller of record printed on the listing. Keep the seller’s name with the invoice.
Read the maker line separately
The “Manufactured By” field can name a different firm from the seller. Note both names.
Keep the two facets apart
“Ode by House of Pataudi” is filed on the marketplace as its own facet, 27 listings on the day read. Filter by the House of Pataudi facet itself if that is the label you are after.
Look for India on the origin line
All twenty declared India with no importer named. An imported House of Pataudi kurta would stand apart from every one.
The record in India
The public record read is registry material: Exmyn Brands on the companies-register mirrors and the clothing-class marks “Registered” on the trade-mark mirror, as read on 30 September 2026. FashionAudit did not find a credit-rating release naming Exmyn Brands.
No court or tribunal database was among the documents read, so this page reports no rulings; each document appears as it read on 30 September 2026.
Who House of Pataudi is actually for
House of Pataudi suits a buyer after an embroidered or solid kurta near the ₹1,500 to ₹1,700 marketplace median, who reads the selling price rather than a ₹4,999 tag and is happy to deal with the seller the listing names. A buyer who wants a brand-run store or a published warranty will not find either on the pages read. The same four questions, owner, signature, price and recourse, are put to another Indian ethnic label in FashionAudit’s Libas brand audit.
Common questions
Which company is behind House of Pataudi?
On the documents read, Exmyn Brands Private Limited, an unlisted Bengaluru private company incorporated on 20 June 2018. A trade-mark mirror prints it as proprietor of the class 25 “House Of Pataudi” and “Pataudi” marks, both “Registered”. Who owns its share capital is not stated in any filing read.
Is thehouseofpataudi.com run by that company?
The pages read do not name the company that runs the site; they give a Goa address, a telephone number and an e-mail address. This page does not say who operates it.
Why does another firm’s name appear on a House of Pataudi listing?
On the twenty marketplace records opened on 30 September 2026, the seller and “Manufactured By” fields named third-party firms. A brand owner need not be the seller or maker of record, and the maker field names the party answerable for the goods, not a factory.
Where are House of Pataudi kurtas made?
Every record opened declared India. The About page of thehouseofpataudi.com mentions “master craftspeople” but names no place, workshop or number.
How do returns work?
The site’s FAQ ties return and exchange rules to “the platform or store where the product was purchased”, so on a marketplace order the platform’s rules and the seller named on the invoice apply.

House of Pataudi is a large marketplace kurta label: 20,936 listings on the day read, mostly kurtas and kurta sets, all declared made in India. The trade-mark mirror prints Exmyn Brands Private Limited, a Bengaluru company formed in June 2018, on both clothing-class marks, and the listings are sold and signed for by third-party firms.
On value, the selling price is what counts: a ₹1,664.50 median against a ₹4,999 tag, and ₹1,502.50 for kurtas alone, means a buyer paid about a third of the printed tag on the day read. No published warranty was found, so returns rest on the platform’s rules.
Reasonable value for an embroidered kurta at the marketplace selling price; judge it against the ₹1,500 to ₹1,700 it actually sells for, not the ₹4,999 tag.
