ColorPlus is a men’s casual-wear name that Raymond Lifestyle Limited sells and, in its investor presentation of 31 July 2026, counts among its “core casual brands ColorPlus & Parx”. The name reached Raymond through a stake deal. In September 2002 the trade title Just Style reported a deal “to acquire a controlling stake in Madras-based ColorPlus Fashions”, and a company-register mirror now lists a company formerly named Color Plus Fashions Limited under a realty name.
On 29 September 2026, 20 ColorPlus declarations opened on a large Indian fashion marketplace named Raymond Lifestyle Limited as seller of record on 17. Their “Manufactured By” field carried nine different names, and a Raymond string, “Raymond Ltd”, filled it once.
ColorPlus is sold by Raymond Lifestyle Limited, a listed company that names the brand in its results documents, but the four class 25 marks read on a register mirror print Raymond Limited or Raymond Apparel as proprietor. Eight names other than a Raymond name signed the manufacturer line on 19 of 20 marketplace records, and one record declared Hong Kong as origin. The brand’s shop allows 15-day returns, its terms say no refunds apply to cash-on-delivery orders and leave any warranty to “the manufacturer/supplier”, and no grievance officer appears on its pages read.

Who owns ColorPlus
The owner a shopper meets is Raymond Lifestyle Limited, named with its registered office at MIDC Waluj, Aurangabad, in the privacy policy on both myraymond.com and the brand site cp.myraymond.com. Its Q1 FY27 presentation, filed on the NSE archive under the header “(Formerly known as Raymond Consumer Care Limited)”, names ColorPlus among its casual brands and its exclusive-store formats, and its release of 1 August 2026 lists “‘Park Avenue’, ‘ColorPlus’, ‘Parx’, ‘Raymond Made to Measure'” among its brands. How Raymond Limited’s lifestyle business passed to this company under a demerger effective 30 June 2024 is told in this site’s audit of Raymond and its group companies.
No document read gives a figure for ColorPlus alone; the company files it inside a “Branded Apparel” segment. For the quarter to 30 June 2026 the release put that segment at “₹ 349 Cr in Q1 FY27 as compared to ₹ 335 Cr in the same quarter last year”, and the presentation gave segment EBITDA of ₹18 crore within company total income of ₹1,560 crore and a quarterly loss after tax of ₹23 crore.
The marks sit with other Raymond names. Each was read on quickcompany.in, which republishes the Indian trade-mark register and can trail it; an entry there records a proprietor, a class and a status as last copied, and is silent on licences and on which group company may put the name on a shirt.

Raymond Limited, Raymond Apparel and Raymond Lifestyle Limited are three different strings, and the mirror joins the first two only through its history entries: on No. 1279150, Raymond Apparel Limited was brought on as proprietor by an order of 7 May 2018, then Raymond Limited by an order of 20 June 2022, “By Virtue Of The Order Passed Bythe National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbaibench On March 23, 2022”. No document read sets out how the mark holders and the selling company arrange the name between them, and none is assumed here.
How ColorPlus reaches the shelf
Through shared stores first. The July 2026 presentation counts “463 EBOs: Exclusive stores for Raymond Ready to Wear (RRTW), Park Avenue, ColorPlus & Ethnix”, four names under one number. The release put the whole network at “1,627 stores vs. 1,675 stores on June 30, 2025”, across “600+” cities and towns in the presentation. The brand’s About page says “100+ stores across India”, undated, which is its own claim rather than a filed count.
Online, cp.myraymond.com has no cart; its “Buy Online” button leads to myraymond.com, the group’s multi-brand store, whose terms call the operator only “Raymond, a company incorporated under the laws of India”, with no full name, CIN or address. Among the pages read, the full company name appears only in the privacy policy.

Seller and signatory part company on the pack. The one manufacturer line with a Raymond string read “Raymond Ltd, Pokharan Road 1, J.K.Gram, Thane, Maharashtra, 400606”, which differs from the seller line’s RAYMOND LIFESTYLE LIMITED and the mirror’s “Raymond Limited”; this page keeps the three apart.
ColorPlus on the shelf
The ColorPlus facet of a large Indian fashion marketplace held 3,267 listings on 29 September 2026, with no neighbouring facet under a similar name. Its first 40 in facet order ran 18 shirts, 12 T-shirts, 7 trousers, 2 jackets and a sweater, with a median MRP of ₹3,229 against a median selling price of ₹1,525.50, or 47.2%; 33 of the 40 sold below MRP. The Classic Multi Stripes Striped Casual Shirt carried an MRP of ₹3,299 and sold at ₹2,276.
Shirts alone held their price better. Thirty listings behind the Shirts filter sat at ₹3,299 median MRP and ₹2,212.50 median paid, 67.1%, with 17 of 30 reduced. Ranked by the unfiltered share against nine other Indian menswear facets read that day, ColorPlus came fifth from the highest; Parx, the other casual name Raymond Lifestyle sells, stood at 59.0%.
Twenty declarations from those 40, 12 of them shirts, were opened. Their “Manufactured By” field carried nine different names: eight names other than a Raymond name across 19 records, and “Raymond Ltd, Pokharan Road 1, J.K.Gram, Thane, Maharashtra, 400606” on one. Fourteen of those lines gave Bengaluru addresses and two a Ludhiana textile colony.
A large Indian fashion marketplace, 20 ColorPlus records from the first 40 in facet order, read 29 September 2026.
The seller of record was RAYMOND LIFESTYLE LIMITED on 17 and Flashtech Retail on 3. The importer field printed “Raymond Ltd, J.K. Gram, Pokharan Road ,Thane (West),400606, Maharashtra” on 12 records and “Raymond Ltd, Pokharan Road 1, …” on one; five were blank and two held a dash.
Where ColorPlus is made
India, on 19 of the 20 records; Hong Kong on the twentieth, the only non-Indian origin among 200 declarations read across ten Indian menswear brands that day. The counts as read do not pair a manufacturer string with a country, so this page ties the Hong Kong record to no name on the manufacturer line.
A manufacturer line is a signature, not a map. Indian packaging rules make a pack name the party that answers for what is in it, and the “Manufactured By” field records that party and nothing more. Bengaluru addresses, in several spellings, sit on 14 of the ColorPlus lines and a Ludhiana textile colony on two; those addresses place the signatories, and they do not show where a given shirt was cut, sewn or pressed.
The owner describes its model in broad terms: the July 2026 presentation speaks of “Leveraging a vertically integrated model from ‘fabric-to-garment'” and 11 manufacturing facilities across India, naming fabric plants at Vapi, Chhindwara, Jalgaon, Amravati and Kolhapur. No document read says which plant, if any, makes ColorPlus garments, or what share of them the company makes itself.
What became of Color Plus Fashions Limited
ColorPlus came to Raymond through a stake purchase, and the dated documents below record the stake, the marks and a company once named Color Plus Fashions Limited.
| Date | What the document records | Document |
|---|---|---|
| 18 Sep 2002 | Raymond “has agreed a deal to acquire a controlling stake in Madras-based ColorPlus Fashions” | Just Style |
| 15 Sep 2005 | Board decision to transfer the stake in ColorPlus Fashions to Raymond Apparel Ltd; BSE informed | Business Standard; Just Style |
| 13 Mar 2013 | On a request dated 27/12/2005, the proprietor of mark 814578 “Is Altered To Colorplus Fashions Limited” | Trade-mark mirror |
| 28 Jun 2017 | NCLT Mumbai Bench order “In Company Scheme Petition Nos. 299 & 300 Of 2017”; on its basis Raymond Apparel Limited was brought on record for 814578 by an order of 26/06/2019 | Trade-mark mirror |
| Till 30 Mar 2024 | “Ultrashore Realty Limited (Formerly, Colorplus Realty Limited)” consolidated as a subsidiary of Raymond Limited | CARE Ratings, 11 Jul 2024 |
The company-register mirror on ZaubaCorp carries CIN U70100MH1987PLC260720, earlier U51102MH1987PLC260720, under the name ULTRASHORE REALTY LIMITED: status “Active”, incorporated on 4 June 1987, registered at Jekegram, Pokhran Road No.1, Thane, paid-up capital ₹1,00,00,000. It lists three former names, “COLOR PLUS FASHIONS LIMITED”, “COLORPLUS REALTY LIMITED” and “MODAM APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED”, undated, and an activity line reading “7010 – Real estate activities with own or leased property”.
Three spellings sit in these documents: “ColorPlus Fashions” in the trade reports, “Colorplus Fashions Limited” on the trade-mark mirror and “COLOR PLUS FASHIONS LIMITED” on the company mirror. They differ, and the documents join them no further than the table shows. For a buyer the point is narrow: a company once named for the brand now carries a realty name, and it appears on no seller line, manufacturer line or sales-site page read.
Returns, warranty and who answers
Buy ColorPlus on myraymond.com, or through the brand site’s button, and the terms decline any warranty of their own.
All warranties, if any, relating to the product and services would be provided by the manufacturer/supplier of such product and not by us.
myraymond.com, Terms and Conditions, undated, read 29 September 2026; the same clause appears in the terms on cp.myraymond.com.
Elsewhere the terms describe goods as supplied “‘as is’ without warranty of any kind”; no warranty period is published. The terms themselves name no manufacturer or supplier; on the marketplace records, the line naming the answerable party carried nine different names in 20.
Returns are clearer. The return policy on both sites, undated, gives 15 days from delivery to start a return, for unused items whose tags “should be intact and not removed”; briefs, trunks, socks and innerwear sets containing them are excluded. After a warehouse quality check “the refund is processed within one working day”, reaching a card or bank account “within 5-7 working days once the refund is processed”. The terms add one condition: “No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the Users under the Cash on Delivery (‘COD’) option.”
For a complaint, the privacy policy offers support@myraymond.com and the brand site’s contact page offers consumercarecell@raymond.in. Across both sites this page did not find any grievance officer, named or designated, nor a grievance phone number or postal address; the contact block reads “ColorPlus, J K Gram, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400606”, a brand at an address rather than a company. What a ColorPlus buyer holds, then, is a 15-day return window, no refund on a cash-on-delivery order under the terms, two email addresses, and a warranty the terms leave to “the manufacturer/supplier”.
What ColorPlus costs in India
No document read prints a ColorPlus price outside India. The brand’s own online store printed these on 29 September 2026.
| Item, myraymond.com | SKU | MRP | Selling price |

myraymond.com ColorPlus collection and T-shirt pages, read 29 September 2026. The ColorPlus trousers page held no products that day.
The ColorPlus shirts page on the same store ran from ₹2,299 to ₹4,213 MRP, selling at ₹1,080 to ₹2,022, between 46% and 53% under MRP, against a marketplace shirt median paid of 67.1% of MRP the same day. For shirts from other Indian menswear owners, this site has audited Park Avenue, Raymond’s formal label, Allen Solly and Arrow in India.
Checking a ColorPlus is genuine
Neither Raymond site read carries an authenticity clause or an authorised-seller list, so the checks lean on the seller and importer lines.
Read the seller line first
RAYMOND LIFESTYLE LIMITED was the seller on 17 ColorPlus records out of 20 on 29 September 2026, and Flashtech Retail on 3. Ask about any other seller before paying.
Expect a varied manufacturer line
Nine names signed for 20 ColorPlus records, and 14 of those records carried Bengaluru addresses. An unfamiliar firm there is normal for this brand; a blank line is not what the records showed.
Price it against myraymond.com
The group’s own store sold ColorPlus casual shirts at ₹1,080 to ₹2,022 that day. A shirt far below that range is cheaper than the owner’s own sale.
Use the right website
colorplus.com is a leather-restoration business in Palmyra, Pennsylvania, and colorplus.co.in a printing and events firm in Bhubaneswar. The brand’s site is cp.myraymond.com, and its shop is myraymond.com.
The record in India
The legal documents behind this page are scheme orders with dates. The trade-mark mirror cites NCLT Mumbai Bench orders of 28 June 2017 and 23 March 2022 as the basis for recording Raymond Apparel Limited on mark 814578 and Raymond Limited on mark 1279150, and CARE Ratings records an NCLT order pronounced on 21 June 2024 approving the scheme between Raymond Limited and Raymond Lifestyle Limited. This page did not find a decided court, tribunal or consumer-commission case about ColorPlus clothing among the documents it rests on. Outside those dated scheme orders, nobody has ruled on the ColorPlus name, its marks or its packs as set out here.
Who ColorPlus is actually for
ColorPlus fits a buyer who wants a mid-priced casual shirt or polo from a listed Indian owner, bought on the group’s own store, where casual shirts sold 46% to 53% under MRP that day, and who reads the seller line rather than the manufacturer line to know whose goods they are. It fits less well a buyer who pays cash on delivery, wants a stated warranty, or expects the seller to be the company answering for the stitching: on 19 of 20 records read, another name signed.
Common questions
Who owns ColorPlus?
Raymond Lifestyle Limited sells ColorPlus and lists it among its brands in its July 2026 investor presentation and its 1 August 2026 results release. On the trade-mark mirror read on 29 September 2026, the four class 25 ColorPlus marks opened print Raymond Limited or Raymond Apparel as proprietor, not Raymond Lifestyle Limited.
Does Raymond make ColorPlus clothes itself?
The packs mostly name someone else. On 20 marketplace records read on 29 September 2026, the “Manufactured By” line carried eight names other than a Raymond name on 19 and “Raymond Ltd” on one. That line names the party answerable for the goods, not the place a garment was made.
Is ColorPlus made in India?
Nineteen of the 20 records read declared India as country of origin; one declared Hong Kong. The owner’s July 2026 presentation describes 11 manufacturing facilities across India but does not say which, if any, make ColorPlus.
Can I return a ColorPlus shirt bought on myraymond.com?
A return can be started up to 15 days after delivery if the shirt is unused and still tagged; innerwear such as briefs and trunks is excluded. The terms say no refunds apply to cash-on-delivery orders. Both pages were read on 29 September 2026 and carry no date.
Is colorplus.com the ColorPlus clothing site?
No. colorplus.com belongs to Color-Plus Leather Restorations of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, and colorplus.co.in to Colorplus Media of Bhubaneswar. The clothing brand’s site is cp.myraymond.com, which sends buyers to myraymond.com.

ColorPlus is easy to place at the top and hard to place on the pack. Raymond Lifestyle Limited sells it, names it in its results and was seller on 17 of the 20 records opened on 29 September 2026. The marks are printed to Raymond Limited and Raymond Apparel on a register mirror, a company once named Color Plus Fashions Limited carries a realty name, and eight other names signed the manufacturer line on 19 of those 20 records.
The owner’s own store sold casual shirts 46% to 53% under MRP, and the return window is 15 days. The weak points are on paper: no refunds on cash-on-delivery orders under the terms, no grievance officer named on the pages read, and a warranty clause pointing to a manufacturer or supplier the terms do not name.
A listed Indian owner at the till and nine different signatures on the pack: buy ColorPlus prepaid, read the seller line, and keep the invoice.
