Fire-Boltt is a brand name rather than a company name. The Indian store’s own terms of service name the operator as Boltt Games Private Limited, a Delhi company incorporated on 17 October 2019 and carrying the register status “Active”, and the class-9 Indian trade mark for the wordmark “Fire Boltt” sits with the same name.
That is where the trail stops going upwards. No shareholding record, share transfer, funding filing or holding company was found on any register mirror read on 24 September 2026, so this page names nobody above that company.
India is where this audit earns its keep, and here it turns on one line on a label. Read on a single day, the brand’s own product pages declare the country of origin as India, a Flipkart listing declares China, and four listings on a fashion marketplace declare China with a Dongguan manufacturer and a Mumbai importer.
Fire-Boltt is the brand of Boltt Games Private Limited, CIN U92490DL2019PTC356329, status “Active”, and nothing read establishes who owns that company. On 24 September 2026 its own site carried MRPs of ₹8,999 and ₹5,999 marked inclusive of all taxes, and four Myntra listings a median MRP of ₹14,999. The same day the brand’s pages declared the origin as India, and Flipkart and Myntra declared China. On the Hurricane page the SpO2 claim sits about 2,300 characters above the line saying the watch is for wellness rather than medical purposes.

The company behind Fire-Boltt
Three documents tie the brand to one company. The terms of service on fireboltt.com name Boltt Games Private Limited as the operator; a mirror of the Indian trade-mark register carries wordmark 4437273, “Fire Boltt”, in class 9 against the same name; and the global legal-entity register carries “BOLTT GAMES PRIVATE LIMITED” with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs identifier U92490DL2019PTC356329. All three were read on 24 September 2026.
The CIN itself gives four facts free. U says unlisted; 92490 is the activity code the register carries, other recreational activities; DL is Delhi; and PTC marks a private company rather than the FTC code used for a foreign company’s Indian subsidiary.
Two register mirrors agree on the CIN, the date of incorporation, the status and the capital: authorised ₹10,00,000 and paid-up ₹1,00,000. They disagree on the last annual general meeting, the latest balance-sheet date and the number of directors, so this page prints none of those three. One mirror also carries operating revenue of ₹136.5 crore for FY2025 — what a mirror carries, not an audited account read for this audit.
The addresses do not line up, and all of them are published. The register gives the New Delhi office above; the privacy policy gives a Sector 64 address in Noida; the product pages give “A-154B, 3rd Floor, Sector – 63, Noida”; and the terms choose “jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan”. The privacy policy also says “Fire-Boltt operates this store and website” — the brand, not the company — and the footer carries no company name, CIN, address or telephone.
What Fire-Boltt costs in India
The brand publishes an MRP and then sells far below it, and both figures sat on the same page on 24 September 2026. The Hurricane page prints “MRP: ₹8,999 (Inclusive of all taxes)” and, on the same screen, “₹1,399 Regular price ₹8,999 84% off”, with a checkout line offering ₹1,329; the watch showed Sold Out that day. The Axiom page prints “MRP: ₹5,999 (Inclusive of all taxes)” against a sale price of ₹2,699.
“Inclusive of all taxes” appears on the brand’s own product pages and on neither marketplace listing read: Amazon printed “M.R.P:” with a figure, and Flipkart showed a crossed-out figure with no such phrase beside it.
| Where read, 24 September 2026 | Model | MRP as printed | Price on the day | Seller of record |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| fireboltt.com | Hurricane | ₹8,999, “Inclusive of all taxes” | ₹1,399, shown Sold Out | The brand’s own store |
| fireboltt.com | Axiom, 1.43″ AMOLED | ₹5,999, “Inclusive of all taxes” | ₹2,699 | The brand’s own store |
| Amazon.in | Rise 1.85″, B0CMF25TKG | “M.R.P: ₹19,999.00” | ₹1,499 | Clicktech Retail Private Ltd |
| Amazon.in | Axiom Round 1.43″, B0FP2FXTYC | “M.R.P: ₹18,999” | ₹1,699 | Not printed on the day |
| Flipkart | Hurricane 2026, BSW034 | ₹8,999, crossed out | ₹1,499 | RetailNet |
| Myntra, 4 listings | Smart watches | ₹14,999 median | ₹6,699 median | Supercom Net, 4 of 4 |
Every figure above was read on 24 September 2026, on the page named beside it.
Watch tiers on this site run Budget under ₹3,000, Mid ₹3,000–15,000, Premium ₹15,000–1,00,000 and Luxury above that. This audit places Fire-Boltt at Mid on the MRPs the brand publishes, ₹8,999 and ₹5,999, with the ₹14,999 median MRP across the four Myntra listings. On the prices actually charged on its own site that day, ₹1,399 and ₹2,699, the same watches would fall in Budget; the band follows the MRP, and that is the basis.
One model name carries two very different MRPs. “Axiom” on the brand’s own site is ₹5,999; an Amazon.in listing titled Fire-Boltt Axiom Round, with the same stated 1.43-inch AMOLED display, carries “M.R.P: ₹18,999”. Whether those are the same stock code is not established, and this page does not merge them.
The fashion-marketplace shelf is small, and it is described as what it is. A smart-watch search there showed 476 products on 24 September 2026, of which four carried the Fire-Boltt brand value, at a median MRP of ₹14,999 and a median paid of ₹6,699 — 44.7 per cent of MRP. A control brand read the same session showed a median MRP of ₹4,749, so the reading worked. Four listings are not a market.
Where Fire-Boltt says it is made
This is the centre of the page, and it is set out as readings rather than as a conclusion. Every line below is somebody’s published declaration, read on 24 September 2026.
| Where read | Manufacturer line | Importer line | Packer line | Country of origin |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| fireboltt.com, Hurricane and Axiom | “Marketed By: Fireboltt.com” | None printed | None printed | “Country Of Origin: India” |
| Amazon.in, Rise | Boltt Games Pvt Ltd | Boltt Games Pvt Ltd | Boltt Games Pvt Ltd | “Country of Origin India” |
| Amazon.in, Royale | Fire-Boltt | Savex Technologies Pvt Ltd | Boltt Games Pvt Ltd | Not printed on the listing |
| Flipkart, Hurricane 2026 | Not printed | Savex Technologies Pvt Ltd, 124 Maker Chamber Mumbai-21 | Not printed | “Country of Origin China” |
| Myntra, 4 of 4 listings | “Dongguan Jiajin Hardware Products Co.,Ltd” | “Savex Technologies Pvt Ltd, 124, Maker Chambers III, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021” | Blank | China |
On the brand’s own pages the legal-metrology block names a website, “Marketed By: Fireboltt.com”, rather than a company, and declares no importer and no packer at all. On the marketplaces an importer is named on three of the four listings carrying the block, and on Myntra a Dongguan factory is named as manufacturer. The seller of record on all four Myntra listings is “Supercom Net”; a company called Shreyash Retail Private Limited owns a registered mark reading “Supercom Net” in class 35, and no document read links it to this brand.
- fireboltt.comIndia, on both product pages read
- Amazon.in, RiseIndia
- Amazon.in, RoyaleNo origin line printed
- FlipkartChina
- MyntraChina, on four of four listings
Five sources, one day, three different answers.
The Hurricane on the brand’s site and the Hurricane 2026 on Flipkart share a name and an MRP figure, and nothing read establishes that they are the same stock code. This audit records the declarations with their dates and sources, and offers no reason for the difference.
Country of origin, importer and packer are printed on the box as well as the listing, and on this brand those are the lines that move. Turn the box over and read all three before you pay.
What the Hurricane page claims, and where the disclaimer sits
High on the Hurricane page, in a key-features strip, sit four short phrases: “SpO2 Monitoring”, “Heart Rate Tracking”, “100+ Sports Modes” and “IP67 Water Resistant”. Below them the body copy is headed “Measure Your Blood Oxygen Level” and says, in the brand’s own words, that “HURRICANE’s SpO2 tracking is close to precision and easy to use”. The same page lists sleep monitoring, menstrual-cycle tracking with reminder alerts, steps, calories, distance and a Breathe Mode. No ECG, blood pressure, skin temperature or irregular-rhythm feature is listed on the pages read — a description of the page, not of the device.
The page also carries a disclaimer, and where it sits is the finding. Measured on the page as served that day, the health claims appear at roughly character 650 of the page’s text and the word “Disclaimer” at character 2,972 — about 2,300 characters lower, below the description, below the full specifications accordion and below the questions block, at the foot of the page. Inside that disclaimer, five sentences run on the IP67 rating, dust, sand, one metre of water for thirty minutes and drying your hands before the sixth arrives.
Fire-Boltt Hurricane is meant for only general wellness and fitness purposes and not for medical purposes.
So the sentence that places the watch outside the medical-device world is the sixth line of a water-resistance note at the bottom of the page, and the claim it qualifies is at the top. On the Axiom page, read the same day, no disclaimer heading and no use of the word “medical” was read at all; that page loads its sections as you scroll, so this is a statement about what was read on it rather than about what exists. Nothing read says any feature is restricted, disabled or coming to India later.
The “No. 1” claim, and the figures that carry a house
The homepage title, og:title and twitter:title all read, word for word, “Fire-Boltt | India’s No. 1 Smart Watch Brand*”. The asterisk is part of the claim. Read across the whole page as served on 24 September 2026, nothing explains it: no research house is named anywhere on it, the strings “IDC” and “Counterpoint” do not occur at all, and the asterisk itself appears nowhere in the visible text. The meta description drops the asterisk, and the About Us page makes no ranking claim of any kind. The homepage also carries figures with no source attached, among them “50Mn+ UNITS SOLD” — the brand’s own numbers, quoted here and repeated as nothing more.
Figures that carry a research house, a period and a metric are a different matter. Two trade reports of IDC’s India Monthly Wearable Device Tracker, read the same day, give the same calendar-2025 smartwatch shipment shares: Noise first at 26.6 per cent, boAt second at 14.1 per cent, and Fire-Boltt third at 9.7 per cent. Both are trade reports of IDC’s tracker rather than IDC’s own release, and they date that release differently while agreeing on every figure in it.
History carries its date. A trade report of 11 May 2023 gave IDC’s first-quarter 2023 Indian smartwatch market share for the brand as 28.6 per cent and first place. That figure belongs to 1Q23 and is written here in the past tense only.
What the registers show
The standards register is the one a buyer would want, and it cannot be reached from what is published. No registration number appears on the brand’s product pages, and none appears in the Amazon.in or Flipkart declarations read. The standards body’s public portal offers exactly one lookup, a search by registration number, with no search by brand, company or product name — so without a number from a listing or a box there is nothing to look up. This page records that and draws no conclusion either way.
The medical-devices regulator is the same problem from the other end. Its online system, read on 24 September 2026, carries home, about, contact and a login, and publishes no public search of licence or registration holders. No registration record was read, which is a statement about what is published rather than about the company. The brand’s own answer to that question is the disclaimer quoted above, which places the product outside that regime in its own words.
On the courts, no decided Indian matter involving the company or the mark was found in the searches run on 24 September 2026, and those searches did not include a judgments database. Nobody has ruled on any wording quoted on this page.
The advertising record
A search of the advertising council’s three registers — complaint outcomes, non-contested and direct violations — on 24 September 2026, under “Fire-Boltt”, “Fire Boltt”, “Fireboltt”, “Boltt” and “Boltt Games”, showed no matter naming Boltt Games Private Limited. A control search in the same session showed rows for a company with a known record, so the zero is a reading and not a failed query.
Warranty and what happens when it breaks
The published periods are 12 months on a smartwatch, band, earbuds, headphones or speaker, 6 months on a wired earphone, and 3 months on every accessory, charging cable and strap included. Amazon’s Rise listing prints “1 Year Brand Warranty”, which matches. Flipkart’s block for the Hurricane 2026 covers “Manufacturing Defects”, excludes “Physical & Water Damage” and records the service type as “Carry-in”.
Read the exclusions before you rely on the rating on the box. Water damage “exceeding rated specifications” is out, so an IP67 line buys no warranty beyond it; so are cracks, dents, wear and tear, colour deterioration, third-party chargers, unauthorised repairs, voltage “exceeding 5V” — and, printed in the guidelines, “rashes or skin allergy due to usage”. What comes back is the brand’s choice: repair or replacement at its discretion, a replacement that may be “new or factory-refurbished”, and repaired products returned without the original box and accessories. A straight replacement is available only inside 7 days of delivery.
Service is a ticket rather than a counter. Not one physical service-centre address is published across the warranty policy, the guidelines, the warranty support page or the support page, and the support page carries no telephone number, though the product pages publish 022-69089811 and a support email. A complaint is registered online, the team responds “within 24-48 hours”, resolution is quoted at “7–10 days from the date of pickup”, and “hand-to-hand replacements are not available”. Where reverse pickup is not offered the customer self-ships, and the policy says the brand is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
What a buyer can check
There is no way to check a particular Fire-Boltt watch against the brand. No serial-number lookup, no hologram scheme and no list of authorised Indian sellers was published on the site on 24 September 2026 — though a warranty claim requires “original proof of purchase showing seller name/address, purchase date, GST number, and valid serial number”. Four companies appear against this brand across the listings read, and nothing on its own site confirms any of them. Read the declaration block the way this site reads it across the Indian watch shelf, Casio included: origin, importer and packer first, then the MRP line, then the serial number on the bill.
Common questions
Who owns Fire-Boltt?
The brand belongs to Boltt Games Private Limited, CIN U92490DL2019PTC356329, a Delhi company incorporated on 17 October 2019 with the register status “Active”, which also holds the class-9 Indian trade mark “Fire Boltt”. Who owns that company is not established: no shareholding record, share transfer, funding filing or holding company appears on any mirror read on 24 September 2026.
Is Fire-Boltt made in India or in China?
It depends entirely on which document you read, and all of them were read on 24 September 2026. The brand’s own Hurricane and Axiom pages declare “Country Of Origin: India”. Flipkart’s Hurricane 2026 listing declares China. All four Myntra listings declare China, with a Dongguan manufacturer and Savex Technologies Pvt Ltd as importer. One Amazon.in listing declares India and another prints no origin line at all.
Does the Hurricane page say the watch is a medical device?
No — it says the opposite, in a disclaimer at the foot of the page stating that the watch is meant only for general wellness and fitness purposes. The point of interest is the distance: the SpO2 and heart-rate claims sit near the top of the page, and that line is about 2,300 characters lower, as the sixth sentence of a note whose first five sentences are about water resistance.
What is the basis of “India’s No. 1 Smart Watch Brand*”?
Nothing on the page carrying it. The claim appears in the homepage title and the social tags with an asterisk, and read across the whole page on 24 September 2026 there is no footnote, no research house, no period and no metric. The figure that does carry all three is IDC’s tracker for calendar 2025, read in trade press: smartwatch shipments, Fire-Boltt third at 9.7 per cent.
What does the warranty actually cover?
Twelve months on the watch and three months on accessories, against manufacturing defects. Water damage beyond the rated specification is excluded, as are cracks, dents, third-party chargers, unauthorised repairs and, in the brand’s own words, “rashes or skin allergy due to usage”. Repair or replacement is at the brand’s discretion, a replacement may be factory-refurbished, and no service-centre address is published.

What Fire-Boltt gets right is the price and the tax line. An MRP of ₹8,999 marked inclusive of all taxes, on a page that also prints a generic product name, a net-quantity line, a telephone number and an email, is more than either marketplace listing read for this brand printed. The same page showed ₹1,399 on the day.
The paperwork behind it is thinner. Five sources read on one day gave three answers on country of origin; the brand’s own pages name a website as marketer and no importer or packer; the “No. 1” claim carries an asterisk with nothing attached to it anywhere on the page; the line placing the watch outside the medical-device world is the sixth sentence of a water-resistance note 2,300 characters below the health claims; and no service-centre address is published at all. Above the operating company, no owner was established.
Buy it as a ₹1,399 watch and you will probably be satisfied; buy it as a ₹8,999 one and the paperwork will not back you up.
