Jompers is a Delhi kurta label that sells under its own name at jompers.com, and on the reading date, 30 September 2026, that shop led with menswear. Its menu ran to kurtas, ethnic sets, Indo-Western, Jodhpuri, waistcoats and trousers, and both women’s kurta collections opened on “Sorry, there are no products in this collection”. The privacy policy names the company behind it: Indian Needle Private Limited, formed in March 2022.
On a copy of India’s trade-mark register, the class 25 “Jompers” word mark, filed in December 2015, is printed to Kamini Creations of Delhi, a firm listed at the same B-14 plot on G.T. Karnal Road that Indian Needle prints on its kurtas. Twenty marketplace records opened that day named Indian Needle as the answerable maker every time.
Indian Needle Private Limited, an unlisted Delhi company, operates jompers.com, calls Jompers its “registered brand” and signs the packs: it was the “Manufactured By” name on all 20 declarations opened and the seller on 18. A register mirror prints Kamini Creations as proprietor of the “Registered” Jompers word mark. The kurtas are declared Indian. Own-site prices ran at 22.0% to 28.0% of MRP. Returns run 15 days; the policy pages read show no warranty or grievance officer and give one mailbox, support@jompers.com.

Who owns Jompers
The privacy policy opens: “Indian Needle Private Limited operates the jompers.com website, which provides fashionable clothes at your door step.” The terms of service say only “This website is operated by Jompers”, and the footer’s copyright line names no company.
ZaubaCorp and InstaFinancials, two mirrors of the companies register, agree on the basics: CIN U18204DL2022PTC394477, status “Active”, incorporated 2 March 2022 at the RoC Delhi, a private company limited by shares, with ₹1,18,00,000 authorised and ₹63,28,200 paid up. The registered office is printed as “HOUSE NO.14 GROUND FLOOR BLOCK-B GTK IND AREA , NEWDELHI, Delhi, India – 110033”. Its three directors are private individuals and are not named. It is not listed.
Both mirrors put the last annual general meeting on 30 September 2023 and the latest financial statements at 31 March 2023. The filed accounts were not read, so no revenue or profit appears here. They word the activity code differently: ZaubaCorp’s description of NIC 1820 covers fur only, while InstaFinancials’ also names wearing apparel.
The name is older than the company. The mirror dates the Jompers word mark, in Kamini Creations’ name, to 4 December 2015, and the About page says Jompers “operates under Kamini Creations Exports”, “established in the year 2003 at Delhi”, and the wholesale site, which speaks for “Indian Needle Pvt. Ltd. (INPL)”, also gives 2003 in Delhi as its start. FashionAudit did not find any investor, equity round or change of control.
How Jompers reaches the shelf
Jompers keeps its own storefront, “hosted on Shopify Inc.” under Indian law, per its terms. A second site, wholesale.jompers.in, speaks for “Indian Needle Pvt. Ltd. (INPL)” and lists women’s kurtis, kurta sets, lehengas, dresses and co-ords; those listings were not opened one by one.
There is one physical shop, a flagship at G-6, Sector-18, Noida. Web searches on 30 September 2026 surfaced Jompers listings on Myntra, AJIO, Flipkart and Amazon.in, one Amazon.in result titled “Indian Needle Private Limited – Men’s Indian Clothing”. The About page’s “one of the top selling brand on online portals” carries no figure. FashionAudit did not find a licence, franchise or distribution deal with a larger retailer.

Jompers on the shelf
The Jompers facet of a large Indian fashion marketplace carried 6,708 listings on 30 September 2026, with no variant facet beside it. Its opening 40 were a kurta rail and nothing else: 27 kurtas and 13 kurta sets. The listing named from them, “Men Ethnic Motifs Embroidered Straight Kurta”, carried an MRP of ₹9,399 and sold at ₹1,938.
Across those 40 the median MRP was ₹6,449 and the median selling price ₹1,851.50, so the median paid was 28.7% of the median MRP, and every one of the 40 was marked below its MRP. Thirty listings behind a Kurtas filter gave ₹5,499 and ₹1,726, or 31.4%, all 30 reduced. Set against nine other Indian labels read on that marketplace the same day, Jompers printed the highest median MRP and had the lowest share paid; House of Pataudi came nearest, at 33.3%.
Twenty of those forty were opened, one field at a time. INDIAN NEEDLE PRIVATE LIMITED was seller of record on 18 and RetailNet on 2; origin read India on all 20; the importer field was empty on 16. “Manufactured By” named Indian Needle on all twenty, three ways, cut short by the field: “Indian Needle Private Limited-B-14 Industrial area near G.T.Karnal Road, Azadpur…” on 13, “Indian Needle Pvt ltd, B-14 G.T Karnal Road Industrial Area, Near Telephone exchan…” on 4, and “Indian Needle Pvt ltd, B-14 Industrial Area, G.T Karnal Road Azadpur, Delhi-11003…” on 3.
Where Jompers is made
Every origin statement read says India: “Country of Origin: India” on the white embroidered kurta’s page and India on each marketplace declaration.
Under India’s packaging rules, “Manufactured By” names the business that stands behind the article and answers for it; it is a signature, not a site inspection. The B-14 address on a Jompers tag tells a buyer which company signed, not which sewing floor a given kurta came off.
The brand does describe a plant. The About page, under the Kamini Creations Exports heading, speaks of “our own manufacturing factory of 11000 sq feet at GT Karnal Road, Azadpur, Delhi”. An IndiaMART entry under Indian Needle’s name prints “Factory Area-11,000 sq feet” and a capacity of “10,000 pcs”. Both are the business describing itself; no contract maker or second country is named anywhere read.
Fabric wording varies. The yellow ombre kurta, KO_5074Yellow, is titled “Pure Cotton” while its own description reads “70% Cotton 30% Polyester.”; the cream chikan piece says “Cotton Blend” with no percentages. Claims of “advanced manufacturing technology” come with no standard or certifier, and no sustainability claim appeared.
The Jompers trade mark
Read every trade-mark line below as a mirror reading: the source is quickcompany.in, a private website copying India’s register of marks, and the Registry itself was not searched. On 30 September 2026 a search there for “jompers” gave 2,706 near-matches, mostly “Jumper” and “Jumpers” marks for bicycles, food, medical devices and sportswear; the class 25 Jompers word mark is set out below.

What a mirror entry can carry is narrow: a name against a word, a class of goods, a filing date, a claimed first use and the last status copied across. It does not say who cuts, ships or refunds a kurta.
A trade directory lists Kamini Creations at B-14, GT Karnal Road, Industrial Area, Azadpur, Delhi 110033, the premises on the jompers.com footer and the maker line.
Returns, warranty and who answers
A jompers.com buyer gets 15 days: “You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.” The piece must be unworn, tagged, in its original packing and backed by proof of purchase. Indo-Western and Jodhpuri items are “No return only exchange”; sale items and gift cards cannot come back, and orders from outside India get no return, exchange or refund.
Money goes back to “your bank account from which the payment is made”; cash-on-delivery buyers email bank details, and “Cash on delivery charges will not be refunded”.
The refund, shipping and terms pages carry no warranty. The refund policy and the terms speak of “Jompers”; Indian Needle is named in the privacy policy and on product pages. No grievance officer, GSTIN or CIN appears on the terms, privacy or contact pages, and the one mailbox offered is support@jompers.com. On a marketplace order, the seller field at least names who took the payment: Indian Needle on 18 of the 20 records opened.

On the brand’s own site the price paid ran from 22.0% to 28.0% of the tag, and the white kurta’s larger sizes carried a ₹300 higher MRP and sold for ₹4 less. Site-search results showed labels up to “Up to 90% off”. None of the four SKUs was matched to a marketplace listing, so no like-for-like gap is worked out, and the empty women’s collections left no women’s price to record.

No jompers.com page read names authorised sellers or mentions counterfeits, so a buyer lines up the tag, the seller field and the shop’s style codes.
Look for B-14 on the maker line
Each declaration opened on 30 September 2026 named Indian Needle at its B-14 premises on G.T. Karnal Road. Another signatory falls outside everything read.
Note who took the money
Indian Needle Private Limited sold 18 of the 20 records opened and RetailNet the other 2. Write the seller’s name down and keep it with the invoice.

Own-site kurtas carry codes such as KO_640White and KO_561Cream. The shop’s product pages for those codes gave each kurta’s MRP and its fibre wording.
Read the composition, not the title
One kurta titled “Pure Cotton” listed “70% Cotton 30% Polyester.” in its description. Trust the fibre line, and the care label once the parcel arrives.
