Mayra Brand Audit: Agra Women’s Tops at Marketplace Prices

Mayra is a low-priced women's tops label sold by an Agra partnership firm. The businesses named on its packs, where it is made and what it costs in India.
Mayra brand audit by FashionAudit: Mayra name and the headline “Agra Women's Tops at Marketplace Prices” over folded printed casual tops on a dark table

This page is about Mayra the clothing label: the name on the “Mayra” brand facet of a large Indian fashion marketplace, 1,559 listings when read on 30 September 2026, the first forty of them tops and T-shirts. Mayra is also a personal name, and no person of that name is the subject. Other, separate businesses also use the word in their names; this page covers only the Agra label described below.

Twenty records from the facet were opened that day. Mayra Fashion Impex, a partnership firm in Agra, sold every one, and on sixteen the “Manufactured By” field printed a different business at the same Agra plot, Napra Clothing Pvt Ltd. The firm’s records, the label’s website and the trade-mark mirror were read on 29 September 2026, and the register entry for Napra Clothing Private Limited on 30 September 2026.

The short answer

On the documents read, the Mayra label traces to Mayra Fashion Impex, an Agra partnership with GSTIN 09ABCFM4610R1ZV and no CIN, which YourStory names as the business behind mayraindia.com. It sold all 20 marketplace records opened. Napra Clothing Pvt Ltd stood on the “Manufactured By” line of 16 and the firm on 4, both at plot E4/12, Taj Nagri Phase 2, which a register mirror also gives for Napra Clothing Private Limited, an Agra company formed in January 2023. The first 40 listings sold at a ₹446 median against a ₹1,299 median MRP; the own site shows prices only to registered users, and its written return terms were not set out on the pages read on 29 September 2026.

Who owns Mayra

No document read names an owner of the Mayra name outright. Read on 29 September 2026, mayraindia.com showed the word “Mayra”, a footer reading “Copyright © 2022 Fashion Store” and a customer-care phone number, but no legal entity, address or GSTIN on its home, contact, about or legal-notice pages.

The link to a business comes from outside the site. YourStory’s profile for “Mayra” gives the legal entity as Mayra Fashion Impex, headquarters as Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and the website as mayraindia.com.

Mayra Fashion Impex is a partnership firm under the Indian Partnership Act, not a company incorporated with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. It has no CIN and files no accounts on the companies register, and no document read gives its revenue, capital or partners. Razorpay’s GST search, a mirror rather than the tax portal, carries “MAYRA FASHION IMPEX”, GSTIN 09ABCFM4610R1ZV, status “Active”, constitution “Partnership”, registered on 30 June 2017 with its principal place of business in Agra. That date marks the start of GST, not the start of trading.

TheCompanyCheck, an aggregator, lists a “Partnership Firm” with Udyam number UDYAM-UP-01-0031662, “Small enterprise in the financial year 2023-24”, units in Agra and Mainpuri, and an activity line opening with “Manufacturing” and ending in “Wholesale of other clothing items n e c”. Internshala’s employer profile says: “We are into garment manufacturing and retail business.” Neither is the firm’s own filing.

FashionAudit did not find an acquisition, an outside investment or a change of control in the documents read.

Trade-mark readings on this page come from quickcompany.in, which mirrors India’s register and is not the Registry itself. Its search for “mayra” displayed 30 rows, four of them in class 25, the clothing class; rows beyond those 30 were not shown and nothing is reported on them. Mayra Fashion Impex and Napra Clothing did not appear as proprietor in the rows displayed. A mirror row cannot show whether a licence or other arrangement exists, so this is not a finding about who may use the name.

How Mayra reaches the shelf

The first of two routes is mayraindia.com, whose legal notice says only that it was “created using Prestashop Shopping Cart Software”. On 29 September 2026 it listed 611 products under the brand “Mayra”: tops, T-shirts, dresses, jumpsuits and dress materials. Where a price would sit, it prints “Only Registered Users Can Shop and View Price”, and the size run on the product page read offers “5 PC PACK” beside XS to 2XL.

“an exclusive B2B website for Wholesaler’s, Retail Stores, Boutiques and Bulk Orders”

YourStory company profile for “Mayra”, describing mayraindia.com, read 29 September 2026. The same profile gives the business model as “B2B and B2C”.

The second route is the marketplace, where the seller field on all 20 records opened named the Agra firm. No document read counts shops, names a distributor, licensee or franchisee, splits sales by channel, or shows any retail group naming Mayra.

Mayra on the shelf

The Mayra facet held 1,559 listings on 30 September 2026, with no second facet using the name. Its first 40 in facet order, 28 tops and 12 T-shirts, were all priced under MRP. The median selling price was ₹446 against a ₹1,299 median MRP, or 34.3%; one “Print Top” tagged ₹1,199 sold for ₹405.

Of ten Indian clothing labels read there that day, Mayra had the lowest median MRP; Vishudh’s ₹7,924 was the highest. Its share paid ranked eighth, above only Street 9 at 30.0% and Vishudh at 25.9%.

The 20 records opened, 11 T-shirts and 9 tops, printed near-uniform declarations.

The opening 20 listings of the Mayra facet, each opened on 30 September 2026.

Seven of the ten labels had the brand’s company on most maker lines. On Mayra’s records the firm that was seller on all twenty was the “Manufactured By” name on four.

Where Mayra is made

Every record opened declares India and names no importer. The own site says nothing about manufacture: its page for a “Mayra Partywear Top”, reference 2307T13083, gives the fabric as “Satin” with no percentage or weight and prints care instructions as “Not provided”. No sustainability or durability claim appears on the own-site pages read.

Packaging law in India wants a name on the pack that answers for the goods, and “Manufactured By” is where it goes. On sixteen of the twenty Mayra records that name is “Napra Clothing Pvt Ltd”. It marks who has signed for the goods, not where a top was cut, and nothing here says any garment was stitched at E4/12.

Three outside records mention making clothes: TheCompanyCheck’s activity line and Internshala’s employer profile for the firm, and Napra Clothing Private Limited’s registered activity code, 1810, which the register mirror titles “Manufacture of wearing apparel, except fur apparel”: a heading given to the registrar rather than proof of production. No document read counts contract makers or names a plant.

Two names at one Agra plot

ZaubaCorp, read 30 September 2026, carries NAPRA CLOTHING PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U18109UP2023PTC177184, as “Active”, incorporated on 18 January 2023 at the RoC Kanpur, with ₹10 lakh authorised and ₹2 lakh paid up. Its registered office is printed as “Plot No. E-4/12, Type B Tajnagari PH-2 … Tajganj Ward, Agra … 282004”. No balance-sheet date shows without a paid report, and its directors are not named here.

After both maker names the pack prints “E4/12, Taj Nagri Ph-2, Fatehabad Road, Agra – 282001”. So plot E-4/12 in Tajnagari Phase 2 appears on the company’s registered office and on both maker-line strings, though the PIN codes differ: 282001 on the pack, 282004 on the register.

The documents read do not describe the commercial arrangement between Napra Clothing and Mayra Fashion Impex.

Returns, warranty and who answers

On mayraindia.com the promises are two home-page banners: “15 Days Returns” and “No question return & exchange policy”. The pages read on 29 September 2026 did not set out the detailed terms behind them; the terms page was not yet filled in with the label’s own wording, and the delivery page did not cover returns.

Beyond the number of days, no own-site page read says how a return starts, who pays the courier, how a refund comes back or which business takes the payment. No warranty wording appears, the contact page gives a phone number but no email, address or company, and no grievance officer or complaint route is named.

A marketplace order carries names. All 20 records opened named Mayra Fashion Impex as seller, and each pack puts Napra Clothing Pvt Ltd or the firm forward as answerable, at an Agra address. With a faulty Mayra top, those names are what a buyer can point to; the platform’s own return terms were not among the documents read.

What Mayra costs in India

Mayra has no foreign price in any document read; all 20 marketplace declarations gave India as origin and left the importer line empty. Own site against marketplace cannot be compared: mayraindia.com shows no price to an unregistered visitor, and no listing read carried an own-site reference such as 2307T13083.

What remains are the marketplace medians: ₹1,299 printed and ₹446 paid across the first 40, ₹1,395 and ₹446 across 30 tops. No listing in either set sold at its printed MRP, so the selling price is the figure to compare. For how other Indian womenswear and high-street names price their tops, see FashionAudit’s Anouk brand audit and the Reliance Trends brand audit.

Checking a Mayra is genuine

mayraindia.com publishes no authenticity check or list of authorised sellers on the pages read. With other businesses using the word, the first check is whether a listing is this Agra label at all.

Check 01

Look for the Agra plot on the maker line

All 20 records opened printed E4/12, Taj Nagri Ph-2, Fatehabad Road, Agra, after either Napra Clothing Pvt Ltd or Mayra Fashion Impex. A top signed for from another city breaks that pattern; ask before paying.

Check 02

See who the seller is

Every one of the 20 records read on 30 September 2026 named Mayra Fashion Impex as seller. Confirm that name on the order page.

Check 03

Compare the tax number

Razorpay’s GST mirror lists 09ABCFM4610R1ZV, with its principal place of business in Agra, for Mayra Fashion Impex. Set it against the tax invoice.

Check 04

Check it is this label

Other businesses use the word Mayra in their names. Match the Agra seller and maker names on the listing before buying.

The record in India

The public record here is registry paperwork. The GST mirror shows Mayra Fashion Impex as “Active” and ZaubaCorp shows Napra Clothing Private Limited as “Active”; In the documents read, FashionAudit did not find any decision by a court, tribunal or regulator about either business; those were registers, directories and the label’s own pages, not a case-law search.

Nobody has ruled on the Mayra label, its packs or the two Agra businesses as described here; each document above is reported as it read on its date.

Who Mayra is actually for

Mayra fits a shopper after a printed top or T-shirt near the ₹446 median selling price read on the marketplace, who compares selling prices rather than printed MRPs. It also fits a boutique willing to register on mayraindia.com, whose size run offers five-piece packs. It fits less well anyone who wants a fibre breakdown, written return terms, a warranty or a named complaints contact before buying. A low-priced casualwear label that names its company on its own site is covered in the Bewakoof brand audit.

Common questions

Who is behind the Mayra clothing label?

On the documents read, Mayra Fashion Impex, a partnership firm in Agra with GSTIN 09ABCFM4610R1ZV. YourStory names it as the entity behind mayraindia.com, and every one of the 20 marketplace records read on 30 September 2026 named it as seller.

Why does Napra Clothing appear on a Mayra top?

Napra Clothing Pvt Ltd was on the “Manufactured By” line of 16 of 20 records read; that line names the business answerable for the goods, not a factory. A register mirror carries Napra Clothing Private Limited, an Agra company incorporated on 18 January 2023 and shown as “Active”, registered on the same plot as the pack address but under PIN 282004, where the pack prints 282001.

Is this Mayra linked to a person, or to Label Mayra?

This page covers a clothing label, not any person. Other businesses that use the word Mayra in their names are separate from the Agra label described here.

Why can I not see prices on mayraindia.com?

The site prints “Only Registered Users Can Shop and View Price”, and YourStory describes it as a B2B site for wholesalers, shops, boutiques and bulk orders. On the marketplace, the first 40 Mayra listings had a median paid of ₹446 against a median MRP of ₹1,299.

Can I return a Mayra top?

mayraindia.com’s home page promises “15 Days Returns”, but the pages read on 29 September 2026 did not set out a refund method, and no warranty is stated. On a marketplace order the listing names its seller, Mayra Fashion Impex on all 20 records read.

The FA take

Mayra can be traced to two Agra names. Mayra Fashion Impex, an Agra partnership with a GSTIN and no CIN, sold every marketplace record read, and “Napra Clothing Pvt Ltd” signed for sixteen of them; a 2023 Agra company, Napra Clothing Private Limited, is registered on the same plot under a different PIN code. Origin read India throughout, and the first forty had a median selling price 34.3% of their median MRP.

The thin paperwork is on the label’s own site, which names no company, shows prices only to registered users and, on 29 September 2026, did not set out detailed return terms. A buyer who wants written terms should rely on the marketplace order, where the seller is named.

A low-priced Agra top, ₹446 at the median on the day read; buy it where the listing names Mayra Fashion Impex as seller, read both names on the pack, and keep the invoice.
