Nobero Brand Audit: Hyderabad D2C Label, TMRW Parent

Who owns Nobero, which Hyderabad company signs and sells it, how much of that company Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail's digital arm holds, and what the label costs.
Nobero brand audit by FashionAudit: Nobero logo over a heavyweight oversized hoodie and relaxed joggers on a metal rail

Nobero is a clothing label; the company behind it is Pratyaya E-Commerce Private Limited, incorporated on 11 December 2014 and registered in Hyderabad. Its name sits in the footer of nobero.com, on the label’s trade marks and on its product pages. Since 2022 Pratyaya has been a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Digital Fashion Ventures Limited, which trades as TMRW and which its 2025-26 annual report describes as wholly owned by the listed Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL).

Read on 29 September 2026, nobero.com asked ₹1,399 for a Travel Polo T-Shirt carrying an MRP of ₹1,999. The same day a large Indian fashion marketplace held 2,068 listings under its NOBERO facet, and Pratyaya’s name appeared in the “Manufactured By” field on each of the twenty listings opened there.

The short answer

Nobero belongs to Pratyaya E-Commerce Private Limited, of which TMRW held 87.6% at 31 March 2026 by its own annual report. That report gives Pratyaya turnover of ₹203.01 crore for 2025-26 and a loss after tax of ₹1.36 crore. Pratyaya, under small variations of its name, runs the website, is printed on three “Registered” marks on the mirror, was seller of record on 19 of 20 marketplace records read and followed “Manufactured By” on all 20. Own-site MRPs ran from ₹999 to ₹1,999; the marketplace’s first forty NOBERO listings had ₹4,599 as their median MRP. Returns are 7 days, and the pages read print no warranty and name no grievance officer.

Who owns Nobero

The ownership is filed, not merely reported. ABFRL’s letter to the stock exchange of 28 November 2022 names the target as “Pratyaya E-Commerce Private Limited (“PESPL”) (Nobero)”, puts the cost at “~ INR 13 Cr.”, paid in cash, and marks the deal “Completed”, with no related party and no approvals required.

Acquisition of ~66% stake in the Company through a combination of primary equity and debt infusion

ABFRL, disclosure to the National Stock Exchange dated 28 November 2022, describing the Pratyaya purchase; read 29 September 2026.

The letter gives Pratyaya’s revenue as ₹13 crore for FY20, ₹19 crore for FY21 and ₹12 crore for FY22, and the purpose as “Expansion of ABDFVL’s portfolio of digital first brands under TMRW”. Nobero was one of eight labels in it, alongside Bewakoof, which has its own FashionAudit page, Berrylush, Natilene, Nauti Nati, Urbano, Veirdo and Juneberry.

Two dates exist for the handover. TMRW’s annual reports state “Date since when subsidiary was acquired: July 22, 2022”; ABFRL’s letter calling the deal done is dated 28 November 2022. No document read reconciles the two, so both are printed.

31 March 202687.6%TMRW annual report 2025-26, Form AOC-1

The first row is the November 2022 letter’s figure; the other three are year-end figures, each from its own document. All read 29 September 2026.

After 2022 the holding appears, in the documents read, only in these AOC-1 tables, where a parent summarises its subsidiaries; no press release read describes the later increases. The 2025-26 report, with a board’s report dated 14 May 2026, calls TMRW “A wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited”.

Among the documents read, that row is the nearest thing to Nobero’s accounts. For the year to 31 March 2026 it shows turnover of ₹203.01 crore, profit before tax of ₹0.18 crore, tax of ₹1.53 crore and a loss after tax of ₹1.36 crore. The 2023-24 row, in lakh, gave turnover of ₹4,544.85 lakh and a loss of ₹761.55 lakh. These are the parent’s summaries, not Pratyaya’s own filed statements.

Business Standard reported on 28 November 2022 that TMRW had taken majority stakes in the eight for ₹289 crore in total. Inc42’s profile calls Nobero “Bootstrapped” and “Acquired”; FashionAudit did not find an earlier outside funding round.

How Nobero reaches the shelf

Two companies-register mirrors show Pratyaya as a private company under the Registrar of Companies in Hyderabad, status “Active”. ZaubaCorp files it under activity code 7290, “Other computer related activities”, printed here as the mirror prints it. The mirrors stop at a 31 March 2023 balance sheet and disagree on paid-up capital, ₹1,21,90,041 on ZaubaCorp against ₹8.04433 lakh on Tofler; TMRW’s 2025-26 table, at ₹1.22 crore, matches ZaubaCorp.

Every trade-mark detail here comes from mirror sites copying the Indian register, not the official search. They show three marks in the name “Pratyaya E Commerce Private Limited”: NOBERO, No. 5660168, in classes 25 and 35, “Registered” to 26 October 2032; the word Nobero, No. 5660167; and Nobero.com, No. 5619696, both multi-class and “Registered”. All claim use from 6 September 2021. A registration records whose name the register holds against the word for those goods; it does not show who cut, sewed or shipped any particular shirt, and the use date is the applicant’s own claim. FashionAudit did not find a NOBERO mark in another party’s name.

Buyers reach Nobero through its website, marketplaces including Flipkart, and stores. Indian Retailer reported the first exclusive outlet, at Sarath City Mall in Hyderabad, on 18 March 2025, with a target of 25 stores by the end of FY26. On 29 September 2026 the store locator listed 15 addresses as read, five of them in Hyderabad. No document read gives a closing FY26 count. The footer carries a “Franchise Enquiry” link; no listing says who runs each shop.

Nobero on the shelf

The NOBERO facet held 2,068 listings on 29 September 2026, with no neighbouring facet to exclude. Among the first forty, T-shirts led with 16, then shorts 11, shirts 6 and track pants 5. The median printed MRP was ₹4,599 and the median selling price ₹1,399, so the median paid came to 30.4% of the median MRP, and all forty were reduced. The Loose Fit Cargo Pockets Shorts, for one, were marked ₹4,599 and sold for ₹1,239.

Thirty T-shirts behind a category filter gave ₹3,349 and ₹1,014, or 30.3%, all reduced. Beside nine other Indian menswear labels read the same day, Nobero’s 30.4% sat above only Thomas Scott at 28.0% and Highlander at 25.6%.

Twenty of those listings were opened for their declarations. The seller of record was PRATYAYA E COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED on 19 and Supercom Net on one. Origin read India on all 20, and no importer was printed on any of them. The “Manufactured By” field printed a single string twenty times, cut off by the field itself: “Nobero, Pratyaya E-Commerce Private Limited, 5th Floor, Western Aqua, 121, Workenstein Col…”.

Where Nobero is made

Three Nobero product pages say “Made in India” and name Pratyaya E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd. as maker or marketer, one under the heading “MFG/MKT by”, at “D.No 6, Bharathi Nagar, 1st street, Tirpur – 641652 TamilNadu, India”, the town spelt as printed.

What that field records is responsibility. It names the party declared answerable for the goods under India’s packaging rules, not a factory, and naming Pratyaya there tells a shopper whom to hold to account, not whose machines ran the fabric. ABFRL’s own 2022 description of the company is a seller and distributor, “predominantly online”, and it does not describe manufacturing. FashionAudit did not find, in any document read, a named contract maker, an owned factory, or a sourcing country other than India.

One company, three addresses on paper

Nobero’s paperwork gives one company in every role and more than one address. The name recurs in every role with small differences: “Pratyaya E-commerce Pvt. Ltd.” in the footer, “Pratyaya E Commerce Private Limited” on the marks, and “Pratyaya ECommerce Private Limited” in a TMRW report. The strings differ only in hyphens and abbreviation; no document read names a second company with a similar name.

The addresses do not line up the same way. The register mirrors give the registered office as “Western Aqua, Cabin No. 121, 5th Floor, Workafella Business Centre Hi-Tech City”, in Kondapur. The trade-mark applications give “Survey No 192, 4th Floor Sark House, Kondapur, Hyderabad”. The own-site product pages give the Tirupur address in Tamil Nadu. The marketplace line shares the Western Aqua building and the number 121 with the register, then reads “Workenstein Col…” where the register reads “Workafella”; the two strings differ, and the marketplace field stops before the rest can be compared.

So a Nobero piece from the brand’s site and one from the marketplace carry the same company but different addresses. No page read says what sits at Tirupur, whether a warehouse, an office or a workshop.

Returns, warranty and who answers

On nobero.com the promise is printed on each product page: “Items purchased from Nobero are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery. Free Exchanges accepted.” Prepaid purchases go back to the original payment method, and cash-on-delivery returns to a bank account or UPI ID. Prepaid orders ship free, dispatched within one to two business days.

The product pages carry no warranty wording, so on the pages read the 7-day window is the written remedy. Help runs through one WhatsApp number, +91-9121514031, on the contact page, and care@nobero.com on product pages; that contact page shows no postal address, CIN or GSTIN. The pages read name no grievance officer. The footer names Pratyaya as the rights holder; FashionAudit did not find a page that says in terms which company receives the buyer’s payment.

What Nobero costs in India

No document read prints a Nobero price outside India, so the comparison that matters is between the brand’s own site and the marketplace.

nobero.com product and collection pages, read 29 September 2026. No style or article code was visible on them.

The highest own-site MRP read was ₹1,999; the marketplace median MRPs were ₹4,599 for the first forty listings and ₹3,349 for thirty T-shirts. No listing was matched to a nobero.com item, so this compares printed numbers, not identical garments. Before trusting a marketplace discount on a Nobero piece, find the same item on nobero.com.

Checking a Nobero is genuine

The pages read list no authorised sellers. The contact page warns that the company will not ask customers for passwords or OTPs, and that any other contact number or WhatsApp account found online may be fraudulent.

Check 01

Look for Pratyaya after “Manufactured By”

All 20 marketplace records opened named Pratyaya E-Commerce there, and the three own-site pages named it as maker or marketer. Another company on that line means asking the seller before paying.

Check 02

Expect “India” as the origin

Every one of the 20 records declared India, as do the brand’s pages. A Nobero tag giving another country would be outside anything read.

Check 03

Price it on nobero.com first

The brand’s MRPs read ran from ₹999 to ₹1,999. A marketplace tag far above that, cut steeply, fits the pattern on the listings read and says nothing about authenticity either way.

Check 04

Use only the published contacts

Support runs through +91-9121514031 on WhatsApp and care@nobero.com. The brand’s own contact page warns that any other number found online may be fraudulent.

The record in India

FashionAudit did not find any court, tribunal or regulator’s matter involving Nobero or Pratyaya E-Commerce in the documents read for this page, which did not include court databases. The register mirrors show the company as “Active” and the three marks as “Registered”. Nobody has ruled on any Nobero matter in the documents read here, and that absence is a reading of what was examined, not a finding about everything that exists.

Who Nobero is actually for

Nobero sells itself as travel clothing. afaqs reported on 7 December 2023 that TMRW had relaunched the label under the campaign line “The Other Side is Calling”, and described it as “a travel focussed fash-leisure brand”. The Travel Polo lists anti-odour and anti-bacterial treatment, “UPF 50+” and light water resistance; the Wanderer joggers claim a “Water & stain repellant” finish and a “Waterproof scuba zipper”. None of those claims names a test standard, laboratory or certifier; the fibre content and GSM are the firmer numbers. The range is not men-only: the full catalogue opens with women’s joggers.

It suits a buyer paying ₹599 to ₹1,799 on the brand’s own site for a cotton-rich tee or joggers from a company whose owner and results are on file, less so one persuaded by a marketplace MRP. For comparison, our Flying Machine audit and our Allen Solly audit read other Indian menswear names on the same terms.

Common questions

Who owns Nobero?

Pratyaya E-Commerce Private Limited, a Hyderabad-registered company, owns and runs the brand. Aditya Birla Digital Fashion Ventures Limited (TMRW) held 87.6% of Pratyaya at 31 March 2026, according to TMRW’s annual report for 2025-26.

Is Nobero an Aditya Birla brand?

On the documents read, Pratyaya’s majority holder is TMRW, which its 2025-26 annual report describes as wholly owned by Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited; TMRW held 87.6% at 31 March 2026. ABFRL disclosed the first stake, about 66%, to the stock exchange on 28 November 2022.

Where are Nobero clothes made?

The brand’s product pages say “Made in India”, and all 20 marketplace records opened on 29 September 2026 declared India. The company named on the label is the party answerable for the goods; no document read names who sews them.

What is Nobero’s return policy?

On nobero.com, items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, with free exchanges. No warranty wording appears on the pages read, and support is through WhatsApp and a care email address.

Why is the MRP higher on a marketplace than on nobero.com?

On 29 September 2026 the median MRP of the marketplace’s first 40 NOBERO listings was ₹4,599 against own-site MRPs of ₹999 to ₹1,999. The listings were not matched to own-site items, so the gap is between printed figures, not proven identical products.

The FA take

Nobero is easy to trace to the top. One Hyderabad company is printed on the marks, runs the site, was seller of record on 19 of the 20 marketplace records read and follows “Manufactured By” on all 20, and a listed group’s digital arm held 87.6% of that company at 31 March 2026, with its turnover and its ₹1.36 crore loss printed in the parent’s own report. The whole chain, from exchange letter to annual report, is on file.

The open questions are addresses. The own-site pages give Tirupur, the marketplace line a “Western Aqua” address, and nothing read says what either address houses. The written remedy is a 7-day return with no warranty and no named grievance officer on the pages read, and the median MRP of the marketplace’s first forty sat above every MRP read on the brand’s own pages.

A well-documented Indian casualwear label, best priced against nobero.com itself rather than against a marketplace MRP.
