Parx Brand Audit: A Casual Label in Raymond Lifestyle’s Portfolio

Who owns Parx, who signs for its clothes and what it costs in India, traced through Raymond Lifestyle's filings, the trade-mark mirror and a marketplace shelf.
Parx brand audit by FashionAudit: Parx name and the headline “A Casual Label in Raymond Lifestyle's Portfolio” over folded checked shirts and chinos on a dark wooden table

Parx is a casual menswear label, not a company. The company that counts it among its brands in stock-exchange filings is Raymond Lifestyle Limited, a listed company. The wider Raymond group is covered in our audit of Raymond and its group companies, so this page stays with the Parx label and its paperwork.

Read 29 September 2026, that paperwork splits three ways. A large Indian fashion marketplace carried 3,763 Parx listings, and the first 20 opened showed Raymond Lifestyle Limited as the selling party on 17; the “Manufactured By” field on those 20 named ten firms, none of them a Raymond company. A copy of the trade-mark register prints the class 25 word mark to another name again: “Raymond Apparel Public”.

The short answer

Parx sits in Raymond Lifestyle Limited’s brand portfolio, which reports no Parx revenue of its own. Of 20 Parx marketplace declarations opened on 29 September 2026, the company sold 17, while ten outside firms, and no Raymond name, stood on the maker line; three Parx pages on myraymond.com named three more. The class 25 mark is printed to Raymond Apparel Public. Own-site Parx polos, a shirt and a trouser sold for ₹599 to ₹1,149 against MRPs of ₹999 to ₹2,499, returns run 15 days, and the site’s terms send any warranty to the maker or supplier.

Who owns Parx

Raymond Lifestyle Limited’s board-meeting outcome of 31 July 2026 lists Parx beside Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Raymond Made to Measure, Raymond Ready to Wear and Ethnix by Raymond in the company’s portfolio. A filing of 11 April 2025 names it in the same list, and a CARE Ratings release on the company from December 2025 gives the portfolio as “Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Parx, and Ethnix”. Parx’s stablemate has its own page, our Park Avenue brand audit.

The marks need a note on their source first. Every trade-mark line here was copied from quickcompany.in on 29 September 2026, a privately run mirror of the Indian register, not the Registry’s own file. A mirror entry confirms that someone applied for a word in a class on a date, and the status last recorded. It does not show who may use the word today, whether a licence exists, or who makes or sells the goods, and it is only as fresh as its last copy.

On that copy, Parx No. 2085422, for class 25 goods including “Readymade Garments”, “Shirts”, “Tee Shirts” and “Trousers”, is “Registered”, filed on 14 January 2011, renewed from 14 January 2021 and valid to 14 January 2031. The proprietor is printed as “Raymond Apparel Public”, Ballard Estate, Mumbai, with no assignment, transmission or registered user listed. Nine further Parx entries, in classes 8 to 40, are “Registered” too, in three proprietor strings: “Raymond Apparel Public”, “Raymond Apparel Public Limited” and “Raymond Apparel Limited”. The mirror does not say whether those are one company, none prints Raymond Lifestyle Limited, and no document read joins the two names.

Owner revenue is not brand revenue. Raymond Lifestyle’s audited consolidated revenue from operations was ₹6,888.00 crore for the year to 31 March 2026, with a profit of ₹46.17 crore; the quarter to 30 June 2026 brought ₹1,515.51 crore and a loss of ₹22.59 crore. Parx sits inside the “Branded Apparel” segment, “Branded ready made garments”, which took ₹349 crore that quarter against ₹335 crore in the same quarter a year earlier. The filing says “the growth in our casual brands was in double digits” without naming them, so none of it is credited to Parx here.

How Parx reaches the shelf

No document read describes a Parx-only shop, website or distributor. The store counts below are for every brand the company sells, printed on different dates by different documents; they are readings, not a direction of travel.

Online, the company’s shop is myraymond.com, titled “Shop for Raymond, Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Parx online”. Its Parx collection counted 2,988 products on 29 September 2026, and product records give the vendor simply as “Parx”.

Management placed the label on its call of 7 May 2026. Branded apparel would tilt towards “smart casuals, polos, chinos, t-shirts, corduroy, denim”, with ColorPlus leading that push and the other three brands, Parx among them, cast in support:

…Parx providing robust secondary support to drive this transition.

Parx on the shelf

On 29 September 2026 the Parx facet of a large Indian fashion marketplace held 3,763 listings. The first 40 in facet order leaned to denim and outerwear: 18 jeans, 11 jackets, eight T-shirts, two shirts and a sweater. Median MRP was ₹3,299, the median asking price ₹1,948, or 59.0% of MRP, and 27 of the 40 were reduced.

Narrowed to jeans, 30 listings gave the same ₹3,299 median MRP, a median asking price of ₹2,481, or 75.2%, and reductions on 16. Among ten Indian menswear names read that day, Parx’s 59.0% was third-highest, below Locomotive’s 80.0% and Leotude’s 62.5%, and above the other Raymond name read that day, ColorPlus, at 47.2%. The seller field on the first 20 read RAYMOND LIFESTYLE LIMITED on 17 and Truecom Retail on three.

On the brand’s own pages the fibre is printed: “Cotton 100%” on the XMSS13962-N7 shirt, “Cotton 98%/Spandex 2%” on the XMTD03786-N8 trouser, 60% cotton and 40% polyester on the XMKB06154-K8 polo. Two polo pages say “Wrinkle Resistant” or “Resists Wrinkles”; the pages read publish no test, standard or figure for either.

Where Parx is made

Every Parx declaration read gives India as the country of origin: 20 of 20 on the marketplace, and all three product pages opened on myraymond.com. None gives a Raymond company as maker.

Indian packaging rules want a pack to name a party who stands behind the goods, and on a marketplace listing that party sits under “Manufactured By”. The field is a declaration of who answers for the product. It is not a factory list, and an address in it locates the named party, not a production line. For Parx that party was one of the ten firms below on every record, spelt as the field printed them and cut short where it cut them short.

“Manufactured By”, as printed (name and place)Records of 20
“VINITA SYNTHETIC INDUSTRIES PVT LTD” at M.I.D.C., Tarapur, Boisar, District Palghar (one record in title case)6
“WASH N WEAR APPAREL PROCESSORS”, Waliv Road, Vasai (one in title case)3
“RAJLAXMI HOME PRODUCTS PVT LTD”, Anjanikumar Industrial Estate, Mumbai 400078 (one in title case)3
“CHILLCARE APPARELS PVT LTD”, Irla Lane, Vile Parle (W)2
“DIFFERENT GARMENT PVT LTD”, New Shivpuri Road, Ludhiana1
“GOLDMOHUR DESIGN & APPAREL PARK LTD”, Goldmohur Mill, Dadar East1
“Quantum Industries And Services, Ajanade Kh…”1
“PAHWA HOSIERY WORKS HAMBRAN ROAD NEAR DAIRY C…”1
“New Fashion Knitwears,Industrial Area-A, Ludh…”1
“SANYA CREATION,STREET NO 4, CIVIL LINES, LUDH…”1

Parx listings on a large Indian fashion marketplace, first 20 in facet order, opened 29 September 2026. A trailing “…” marks a field that stopped there.

The brand’s own site adds three more firms, none of them among the ten: “Royal Exports, Industrial Area-A Ludhiana” on the XMKB06154-B1 polo, “Ace Clothing Company Pvt. Ltd” at Umbergaon, Valsad on the XMSS13962-N7 shirt, and “Zedex Clothing Private Limited” at Isanpur, Ahmedabad on the XMTD03786-N8 trouser. That is 13 outside names across 23 Parx declarations, printed without any label for how each relates to Raymond, because no document read gives one. The July 2026 filing reports a separate “Garmenting” segment, “Garment manufacturing”; the text read does not connect it to Parx.

The Raymond names on a Parx pack

A Parx buyer looking for the company that answers meets a different Raymond string at nearly every door. Each is printed as its document prints it, and no document read explains the differences.

One label, read document by document
  1. Trade-mark mirror“Raymond Apparel Public” on class 25 No. 2085422; “Raymond Apparel Limited” on the class 40 mark
  2. Exchange filingsRaymond Lifestyle Limited, which lists Parx in its portfolio
  3. Marketplace seller field“RAYMOND LIFESTYLE LIMITED” on 17 of 20; Truecom Retail on 3
  4. Marketplace maker fieldTen outside firms on 20 of 20; no Raymond string at all
  5. Marketplace importer field“Raymond Ltd, J.K. Gram, Pokharan Road ,Thane (West)” on 7; “Raymond Life Style Ltd, J.K Gram Nr Cadbury Junction” on 1; blank or “-” on 12
  6. myraymond.com product pageCustomer care: “Raymond ltd, J K Gram, Thane West”

The site’s legal pages add two more readings. The privacy policy names Raymond Lifestyle Limited and puts its registered office in MIDC Waluj, printing the town as Aurangabad where the July 2026 filing prints Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The terms of use give the contracting party as plain “Raymond”, described as “a company incorporated under the laws of India”; no suffix, identity number or address sits beside it.

So the seller field and the privacy policy agree on Raymond Lifestyle Limited, the care line and seven importer fields print “Raymond ltd” or “Raymond Ltd” at J.K. Gram in Thane, and the marks print Raymond Apparel. No document read says which of these names answers for a Parx garment; the telephone number on the Parx product pages read is the one beside the Thane care line.

Returns, warranty and who answers

On myraymond.com a Parx return has to be raised “within 15 days from the date of delivery”, unused, with tags intact, and the XMKB06154-B1 polo page repeats the promise as “Easy 15 days returns on all orders”. Briefs, trunks, socks and innerwear sets containing them cannot go back. The policy does not name the company that takes the payment or makes the refund.

On warranty, the terms hand products over “as is”, disclaim warranties express or implied, and add that any warranty “would be provided by the manufacturer/supplier”, “not by us”. The terms name no manufacturer or supplier. On the three Parx product pages read, the “Manufactured By” field names a different firm each time; the trouser’s, for instance, is Zedex Clothing Private Limited in Ahmedabad.

No grievance officer is named on the terms, privacy policy, contact page or FAQ read on 29 September 2026. The privacy policy sends concerns to support@myraymond.com, and each Parx product page gives the number 1800222001 under the “Raymond ltd” care line. That care line is the contact the Parx pages read put in front of a buyer.

What Parx costs in India

All 23 Parx declarations read give India as origin, and no document read prints a Parx price outside India, so the useful comparison is between the brand’s shop and the marketplace. The own-site readings were taken on 29 September 2026.

Parx product on myraymond.comStyle codeMRPSelling price

Men Black Regular Fit Solid Polo Neck Collar T-ShirtXMKB06154-K8₹1,199₹599

Men Green Slim Fit Printed Casual ShirtXMSS13962-N7₹2,499₹1,149 (54% off)

On its own shop a Parx polo sold for ₹599 to ₹647, and the shirt and trouser for under half their MRP. The marketplace’s first 40 carry a higher median MRP of ₹3,299, but that sounding was led by jeans and jackets, not polos, so the two describe different racks rather than one item priced twice. Readers pricing other casual menswear can compare our audits of Allen Solly and Flying Machine.

Checking a Parx is genuine

The FAQ and terms of myraymond.com, read on 29 September 2026, carry no authenticity check for Parx and no list of where to buy it. This audit did not find any document describing counterfeit Parx goods either, so the checks rest on what the declarations show.

Check 01

Read the seller line

RAYMOND LIFESTYLE LIMITED was seller of record on 17 of 20 Parx marketplace records read, and Truecom Retail on the other three. Keep the invoice from whichever of them sells the piece.

Check 02

Do not expect Raymond as maker

All 20 records named an outside firm under “Manufactured By”, so a non-Raymond maker line is the normal Parx reading and proves nothing either way.

Check 03

Match the style code on myraymond.com

Parx codes run like XMKB06154-B1 or XMTD03786-N8. Look the code up on myraymond.com and set its fabric, maker line and MRP beside the listing before paying.

Check 04

Read origin and MRP on the tag

Every Parx declaration read said India. Another country, or an MRP far off the brand’s own shop, is a reason to ask where the piece came from.

The record in India

The public record around Parx is mostly the register and the exchange. Ten Parx marks show “Registered” on the mirror, the class 25 word mark dating from January 2011.

This audit did not find a licence, franchise or distribution agreement for Parx, or a Parx-specific revenue, store count or channel split, in any document it read. Nobody has ruled on anything printed here about the Parx marks or the Parx pack; the company names are printed as each document prints them.

Who Parx is actually for

Parx suits a shopper after casual menswear, mostly jeans, jackets and polos, sold under a name a listed company lists in its filings. Polos went for ₹599 to ₹647 on the brand’s shop, a Parx jean was asked at a median of ₹2,481 on the marketplace, and the buyer gets 15 days to return and a care number.

What the buyer does not get is a Raymond company on the maker line; none of the Parx records read had one. The rest of the family is in our Raymond group audit, and another Indian menswear name in our Peter England audit.

Common questions

Who owns Parx?

Raymond Lifestyle Limited lists Parx in its brand portfolio in exchange filings of April 2025 and July 2026. The class 25 Parx mark is printed on a register mirror to “Raymond Apparel Public”, a different name, and no document read joins the two.

Does Raymond make Parx clothes?

No Raymond company appeared on the “Manufactured By” line of any of 20 Parx marketplace records read on 29 September 2026, which named ten outside firms, or on three Parx pages of myraymond.com, which named three more. The field identifies the party answerable for a Parx garment; it is no guide to a factory.

Where are Parx clothes made?

All 23 Parx declarations read gave India as the country of origin. Addresses on the maker line include Tarapur, Vasai, Mumbai, Ludhiana, Umbergaon and Ahmedabad; they locate the named firms, not a factory.

What is the Parx return policy?

On myraymond.com, 15 days from delivery, unused and with tags intact; briefs, trunks, socks and innerwear sets are excluded. Refunds to cards or net banking are meant to arrive five to seven working days after processing.

Is Parx cheaper on the marketplace or the brand’s own site?

The readings are not a like-for-like pair. Own-site polos sold at ₹599 to ₹647 on 29 September 2026, while the marketplace’s first 40, mostly jeans and jackets, had a median asking price of ₹1,948.

The FA take

Parx is easy to place and harder to pin down. Raymond Lifestyle Limited lists it in its filings and sold 17 of the 20 marketplace records read. Own-site polos at ₹599 to ₹647 and a 15-day return window make it a low-risk casual buy on price.

The pack asks more of its buyer. Ten outside firms, and three more on the brand’s own pages, sign as maker; the marks print Raymond Apparel; the care line prints “Raymond ltd”; and the site’s terms point warranty to “the manufacturer/supplier”. A Parx buyer reads several names, and the contact the pages give is a Thane helpline.

Fair value on the brand’s own shop; buy it for the price and the 15-day return, and keep the invoice, because on every Parx record read the seller and the maker line named different firms.
