An IndiaMART profile prints “Legal Status: Partnership”, “Nature of Business: Manufacturer” and the GST number 06AAZFA6645G1Z0, and says the firm runs “its own brands, including ‘Athena’ and ‘Desirez'”. The firm’s own site says “Founded in 2010”. Directory profiles are not filings; a partnership registers, if at all, with the state Registrar of Firms and files no public accounts.
