Bodycare Brand Audit: Noida Innerwear, Prices and Returns

Bodycare innerwear is sold by Bodycare Creations of Noida: who holds the marks, what its bras and briefs cost in India, where they are made, and returns.
Bodycare brand audit by FashionAudit: Bodycare logo and the headline “Noida Innerwear, Prices and Returns” over soft cotton innerwear and camisoles in pastel shades folded in an open drawer

Bodycare is an Indian innerwear label, and its own shop, ebodycare.in, is run by Bodycare Creations Limited from D-30, Sector 63, Noida. The shop sells under three names: Bodycare for women’s innerwear and loungewear, BodyX for men’s innerwear and Bodyactive for athleisure. A second Indian company, Bodycare International Limited, also puts the word on clothing, under its own corporate identity number and from its own Delhi office in Patparganj.

Everything here was read 30 September 2026: the shop’s policies and product pages, register and trade-mark mirrors, two Nykaa listings, and the Bodycare facet of a large Indian fashion marketplace, 4,335 listings strong that day. On that facet the Noida company was seller and “Manufactured By” name on 19 of 20 declarations opened; the twentieth, a vest, carried the other company in both fields.

The short answer

Bodycare Creations Limited, an unlisted public company incorporated in Delhi on 25 April 2008 and “Active” on the register mirrors, operates ebodycare.in, prints its CIN on its product pages and signed 19 of 20 marketplace packs opened. Bodycare International Limited, incorporated in 1999, is a separate company, and the trade-mark mirror prints each as proprietor of its own class 25 “Bodycare” word mark, for different goods. Own-site prices ran ₹139 to ₹629, and only 1 of the opening 40 marketplace listings sold below MRP. Returns run seven days with wide hygiene exclusions; the pages read show neither a warranty nor a grievance officer.

Who owns Bodycare

ZaubaCorp and InstaFinancials, two sites that republish the Registrar of Companies’ data, give the same core entry for the shop’s operator: CIN U17210DL2008PLC177227, status “Active”, incorporated 25 April 2008 under the Registrar in Delhi, a public company limited by shares and “Unlisted”. Authorised capital is ₹5,00,00,000 and paid-up capital ₹3,22,18,900. No shareholding pattern was read, so who owns the shares, and whether control has ever changed hands, is not established here.

The registered office on ZaubaCorp reads “B-2 203 , Yamuna Vihar, Delhi, India – 110053”. The shop’s own pages give another address: the website, the product pages and the company’s trade-mark filing all print D-30, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.

On detail the mirrors part company. ZaubaCorp’s activity wording is “Manufacture of made-up textile articles, except apparel”, InstaFinancials’ is “Manufacture Of Textiles”. For the latest annual general meeting, ZaubaCorp gives 30 September 2023, TheCompanyCheck 30 September 2024 and InstaFinancials 30-09-2025. Three mirrors, three dates, and this page does not pick one.

TheCompanyCheck carries “Revenue of ₹253.43 Cr” for FY 2024, which it describes as 10% below the year before, and shows no profit; no audited statement was read. ZaubaCorp lists open charges in favour of HSBC, DBS Bank, Axis Bank, PNB and HDFC Bank. A charge is a lender’s registered security, the paperwork of secured borrowing, and records no dispute.

The brand is older than the company. The about page says Bodycare “was established in the Year 1992” as a hosiery firm “manufacturing innerwear under the brand name ‘Bodycare'”, and that “Bodycare Creations Ltd. was established in 2008”. No document read shows what became of that earlier firm’s business.

How Bodycare reaches the shelf

On its own shop the paperwork points one way. The terms say the site is operated by “Bodycare Creations Ltd”, with contact at D-30, Sector-63, Noida, 0120-4686444 and wecare@bodycarecreations.com. The privacy policy names Bodycare Creations Limited at the same address, every footer read carries “Copyright 2026 Bodycare Creations Ltd. | All Rights Reserved”, and refunds come from Bodycare Creations Limited.

The product pages go a step further. Each prints its maker as “Bodycare Creations Limited – For APPARELS, D-30 Sector 63 Noida 201301 Uttar Pradesh India” and adds CIN U17210DL2008PLC177227, the number the register mirrors carry, so the shop is tied to the company by a number, not only a name. The terms and privacy policy print neither CIN nor GSTIN.

Two Nykaa listings, a two-pack and a three-pack of the Perfect Coverage Bra, each named BODYCARE CREATIONS LIMITED as seller. The pages read publish no store count and no list of factories; the about page claims a capacity of “around 15 million pieces per annum”.

Bodycare on the shelf

The marketplace’s Bodycare facet listed 4,335 items on 30 September 2026, with no second Bodycare facet beside it. The opening forty, in facet sequence, were almost all underwear: 32 briefs, 6 bras, one innerwear vest and one camisole. Their median MRP was ₹468 and their median selling price ₹460.50, so the median paid came to 98.4% of the median MRP.

That was the highest share among ten Indian labels read the same day, above Banana Club at 88.8%. Just 1 of its 40 sold below MRP, while the other nine each had all 40 reduced. A pack of three assorted cotton hipster briefs was listed at ₹351 and sold at ₹351. Behind a Briefs filter, thirty listings gave ₹444 for both medians, with none reduced.

Twenty of the forty were opened. BODYCARE CREATIONS LIMITED was seller of record on 19, and its D-30, Sector-63 address followed “Manufactured By” on the same 19, written three ways (15, 3 and 1). The importer field repeated the Creations string on 13 and was blank on 7, and all twenty declared India. The exception was an innerwear-vest record sold by BODYCARE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and signed “Bodycare International Ltd. Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201302”: one record of twenty, printed as a record.

Where Bodycare is made

The home page puts it in one line: “Every Bodycare product is proudly made in India”. No factory or document stands behind that line on the pages read, but the twenty marketplace declarations agree with it; the own-site product pages carry no country line at all.

For an innerwear pack, the “Manufactured By” line is easy to over-read. Indian packaging rules use that slot for whoever is answerable for what is in the pack, plus an address to reach them. For Bodycare that is Bodycare Creations at D-30, Sector 63, also the shop’s contact address. The line does not say a brief was knitted or sewn at D-30, and nothing read says so.

Composition is printed garment by garment: “95% Cotton 5% Spandex” on the 6584 bra, “95% cotton 5% Spandex stretch fabric” on the 6586. The BX10B brief page gives two, “Super Combed Cotton Spandex” in one place and “100% Cotton” in another. No certifier or textile standard is named anywhere read.

Two Bodycare companies on the register

Bodycare International Limited, CIN U17119DL1999PLC101029, was incorporated on 6 August 1999 and is “Active” on ZaubaCorp and on Tofler, whose entry is marked “Updated: 23 Oct 2024”. Its registered office is “163, Functional Industrial Estate, Patparganj, New Delhi”. Its IndiaMART page lists its brands as “Bodycare, Bodycare Insider, Proteens, Proteens Basyx, Bodycare Basyx, Bodycare First” and gives “Faridabad, Haryana”, not the Delhi office on the register mirror.

Every trade-mark line on this page comes from quickcompany.in, a privately run site that mirrors the Trade Marks Registry’s data rather than the Registry itself. An entry records who applied for a word, for which goods, and how far the application got. It cannot say who stitches or ships a garment today.

quickcompany.in mark and company pages, all class 25, read 30 September 2026. The two entries for No. 4604236 are the mirror’s own and are printed as found.

Read side by side, the two word marks cover different goods. No. 5096025, printed to the Noida company, covers “Ladies Garments Except Thermal Wear And Socks; Ladies Headgear And Footwear; Ladies Hosiery Goods; Ladies And Gents Inner Wear; Swim Wear”. No. 4604233, printed to the Patparganj company, covers “Kids Garments Except Swim Wear; Kids Headgear And Foot Wear; Thermal Wear; Socks; Kids Hosiery Goods; Kids Innerwear; Gents Garments And Hosiery Goods Except Innerwear And Swimwear”. The 2003 label mark on the International side is wider: “Hosiery And Readymade Garments Included In Class 25”.

The two marks cover different goods. Both companies trace their story to 1992: the ebodycare.in about page for the brand, and IndiaMART’s “Founded in August 1992” for Bodycare International. For a shopper the useful point is narrow. A pack with “Bodycare” on it may come from either company, and the maker line says which; on the facet read, nineteen said Creations and one said International.

Returns, warranty and who answers

On ebodycare.in, eligible items can go back “within 7 days” of delivery, but much of what the brand sells is not eligible. The shipping and returns page sets the exclusion out in these words:

Panties, Briefs, Shapewear Panties, Masks, Lingerie Sets & Maternity Panties cannot be returned or exchanged due to the Hygiene Issues and intimate nature of the garment

ebodycare.in, Shipping & Returns, read 30 September 2026. Perfumes, deodorants and hair-removal sprays are excluded on the same page.

Bras are not on that list, yet the 6584 bra page shows “Return/Replacement not allowed”, as does the BX10B brief page, so the product page can be stricter than the policy. Refunds go to the original payment source: three to five business days for card, net banking and cash-on-delivery refunds by NEFT, two for cash-on-delivery refunds taken as credit. Shipping is free above ₹499, ₹75 below it, with ₹35 added for cash on delivery.

The terms limit the company’s liability and give no product warranty. No grievance officer is named, by person or by post, on the privacy policy, the terms or the “Raise a Concern” page, which offers a form beside the customer-care phone and mailbox and states no reply time. In writing, then, a buyer has the maker line, a week for qualifying items and the concern form. Nykaa’s own term on the three-pack was “within 7 days of delivery if in original condition with tags attached”.

What Bodycare costs in India

No document read prints a Bodycare price outside India, and the shop delivers only within it, so this is a domestic price sheet.

ebodycare.in product, collection and home pages, read 30 September 2026. Home-page prices appear without an MRP beside them.

Of the four items printed with an MRP, only the 6584 bra showed a cut, and the marketplace medians, ₹468 and ₹460.50, sat close together too.

The Nykaa listings cannot be paired with the own site. The two-pack of B, C and D cup bras was ₹960 “inclusive of all taxes” with no style code shown; the three-pack carried code BDC00340 at ₹765, every size sold out. Neither matches an own-site code, so no gap between channels is computed.

Checking a Bodycare is genuine

The pages read print neither an authenticity statement nor any authorised-seller list, so these checks lean on the paperwork.

Check 01

Look for D-30, Sector 63 under “Manufactured By”

Nineteen of twenty marketplace records opened named Bodycare Creations at that Noida plot. The twentieth named Bodycare International, a separate company.

Check 02

Match the CIN from the own site

ebodycare.in product pages print U17210DL2008PLC177227. Where a pack or invoice names Bodycare Creations, that is the number to match.

Check 03

Set a deep discount against the day’s shelf

On 30 September 2026 only 1 of 40 facet listings sold below MRP. A steep markdown stands apart from that.

Check 04

Search the style code

Own-site codes read like 6584-White or BX10B. Search one on ebodycare.in and compare composition and MRP.

The record in India

What the public record shows is registry paper: “Active” for both companies on the mirrors, “Registered” for the Bodycare, Bodyx and Bodyactive marks, and lenders’ charges. FashionAudit did not find a court or tribunal decision naming either company in the documents read on 30 September 2026. Nobody has ruled on the Bodycare registrations and records as this page gives them.

Who Bodycare is actually for

Bodycare suits a buyer after everyday cotton bras and briefs at ₹139 to ₹480 a piece, who would rather see one Noida company on the pack and the invoice than hunt for a markdown; on the day read there was hardly one to find. The trade-off is the returns page: briefs and panties cannot go back, the 6584 bra page rules out returns too, and the terms give no warranty. For how two national chains price and sign their goods, see FashionAudit’s Reliance Trends audit and Westside audit.

Common questions

Which company is behind Bodycare innerwear?

The brand’s shop, ebodycare.in, is run by Bodycare Creations Limited, CIN U17210DL2008PLC177227, incorporated on 25 April 2008 and “Active” on the register mirrors. It trades from D-30, Sector 63, Noida, and on 30 September 2026 it signed 19 of the 20 marketplace packs opened. No shareholding document was read.

Is Bodycare International the same company as Bodycare Creations?

No. Bodycare International Limited has a different CIN, was incorporated in 1999 and gives a Patparganj, Delhi office. The trade-mark mirror prints each company on its own class 25 “Bodycare” mark, and the two marks cover different goods.

Can I return Bodycare briefs or bras?

Briefs, panties, lingerie sets and several other lines are excluded on hygiene grounds, and the 6584 bra and BX10B brief pages both show “Return/Replacement not allowed”. Other eligible items can go back within seven days of delivery.

Is Bodycare made in India?

The home page says every product is made in India, and all 20 marketplace declarations read gave India. The “Manufactured By” line names the answerable company, Bodycare Creations on 19 of them, not a factory.

Was Bodycare discounted when this page was read?

Barely. On 30 September 2026, 1 of 40 marketplace listings sold below MRP, and one of the four own-site items printed with an MRP showed a cut. That is one day’s reading; no document read gives a pricing policy.

The FA take

Bodycare traces cleanly to one Noida company. Bodycare Creations Limited runs the shop, prints its CIN on product pages, is named on the Bodycare, BodyX and Bodyactive marks it sells under, and signed nineteen of twenty marketplace packs opened. On the day read its prices were barely cut: ₹139 to ₹629 on its own site, one reduction in forty on the marketplace.

Two further readings sit beside that. Bodycare International, a separate company, holds its own “Bodycare” mark covering different goods and appeared on one pack. The after-sale terms are brief: no warranty in the terms, and product pages that narrow the returns policy further.

Traceable, steadily priced basics; check the maker line for D-30, Sector 63, and treat every innerwear purchase as final.
