Crimsoune Club Brand Audit: Made-in-India Casualwear, Prices

Crimsoune Club is a casualwear label of Mangla Apparels India. Who owns it, which company signs its packs, where its clothes are made and what they cost.

Crimsoune Club is a casual clothing label for men, women, boys and girls. Its website says it “is owned / operated by Mangla apparels India pvt. Ltd.”, a private Delhi-registered company with its corporate office at Kundli, Haryana. Eleven of the twelve best-sellers on the site were menswear on the day read, so this is not a women’s-only label.

The brand’s pages, three rating documents from CARE and CRISIL, and mirror sites copying the Indian company and trade-mark registers were all read on 30 September 2026. That day a large Indian fashion marketplace showed 17,647 Crimsoune Club listings, and twenty declarations opened there each named Mangla Apparels as seller of record and after “Manufactured By”.

The short answer

Mangla Apparels India Private Limited runs the site, appears under Mangla Apparels name strings as proprietor of the class 25 Crimsoune marks on the trade-mark mirror, and was both seller and signer on the twenty marketplace declarations examined on 30 September 2026. Three own-site pieces sold at 40% to 45% of MRP, and discounted goods there cannot be returned.

Who owns Crimsoune Club

ZaubaCorp, a copy of the companies register, shows Mangla Apparels India Private Limited “Active”, incorporated on 08 March 2007 under ROC Delhi, with ₹8.968 crore paid up and the activity “Manufacture of wearing apparel, except fur apparel”. Tofler agrees, and both give the year to 31 March 2023 as the latest reported. The company is unlisted.

The mirror’s registered office, in Katra Nagpur, Chandni Chowk, matches the brand’s contact page. No document read records a change of control or mentions an outside investor or platform stake.

The About page calls Crimsoune Club “an award winning and leading fashion brand founded in 2005”, naming no award, and speaks of “our parent company Mangla Apparels, a multi-dimensional textile company with over 80 years of experience in textiles”. Those are the brand’s own words, quoted as the page gives them.

The trade-mark readings below all come from QuickCompany, a copy of India’s trade-mark register rather than the register itself.

QuickCompany mark pages for Nos. 1370259, 2024792, 2024791 and 3203201, and its “crimsoune” search list for No. 2024793, read 30 September 2026. No registered user appears on the four mark pages read.

The oldest mark’s page records that “Pursuant To A Request On Form Tm 24 Dated 29/04/2013 And Order Thereon Dated 16/04/2014 Mangla Apparels India Pvt. Ltd Has Been Brought On Record As Subsequent Proprietor”; it does not show the 2005 applicant. The two 2010 pages read print “Mangla Apparels Private”, and No. 2024792 gives the 2005 mark’s C 21 SMA Co-operative Industrial Estate address in Delhi. That string is a shorter form than the CIN company’s registered name, and it is given here as the mirror prints it.

Each entry notes which applicant staked out a word or logo against a stated class of goods, and what stage the registry has reached with it. It cannot say who buys the cloth, bills the marketplace or refunds a buyer.

  • 200401 October, the first use claimed on the label mark No. 1370259
  • 200511 July, that mark filed in class 25; the About page also gives 2005 as the founding year
  • 200708 March, Mangla Apparels India Private Limited incorporated, ROC Delhi
  • 201416 April, the registry’s order bringing Mangla Apparels India Pvt. Ltd on record as “Subsequent Proprietor”
  • 202428 June, CARE assigns BBB+; Stable and A3+
  • 202521 January, a CRISIL rating withdrawn; 30 April, CRISIL assigns BBB+/Stable/A2

The 2004 and 2005 dates are the applicant’s and the brand’s own claims.

How Crimsoune Club reaches the shelf

The privacy policy names the house as “Mangla apparels Pvt. Ltd.”, without “India”, and it is printed as it reads. Each of three product pages read says “Manufactured And Marketed by Mangla Apparels India Private Limited, Plot No. 118-E, Sec-56, Phase-V, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana 131028”.

Offline, the company sells through its own stores, franchisees and other retailers, and three documents count those channels differently.

The About page, undated

  • “more than 450 cities across India”
  • “over 4,000 retailers”
  • “over 200 exclusive stores”

CARE, at 31 March 2024

  • 150 exclusive brand outlets, 110 company-owned and company-operated, the rest franchised
  • FY24 revenue: about 20% outlets, 30% large-format stores, 30% outright, the rest lot sales and online

CRISIL, 30 April 2025

  • Sales through multi-brand outlets, exclusive outlets, shop-in-shop and online
  • “~40-45%” from multi-brand outlets

Two hundred and 150 are two readings, one undated and one pinned to a balance-sheet date. CRISIL names “Reliance Trends, Chunmun, Bindals among others” as multi-brand tie-ups, which says where the clothes sell, not who has a stake; FashionAudit’s audit of Reliance Trends covers that chain. No document read shows another company licensed to make or sell Crimsoune Club goods.

Crimsoune Club on the shelf

The marketplace facet showed 17,647 Crimsoune Club listings on 30 September 2026; no other facet beside it used the name. Its first forty ran to 13 kurtas, 12 sweaters, 4 jeans, 3 jackets and 3 trousers, 35 of the forty, at a ₹2,499 median MRP and ₹2,041.50 median paid, or 81.7%, and every one sat below its tag. A spread-collar shacket tagged ₹5,999 was selling at ₹3,484.

Thirty listings behind a Kurtas filter gave ₹2,099 against ₹1,899, 90.5%, all thirty cut. Of ten clothing and innerwear labels read that day, four showed a higher share than 81.7% and five a lower one; among the six clothing labels only Banana Club, at 88.8%, was higher.

All twenty declarations opened named MANGLA APPARELS INDIA PVT LTD as seller and India as origin, left the importer field empty, and printed one “Manufactured By” string: “Mangla Apparels India Private Limited, Plot No.118-E, Sec-56, Phase-V, Kundli, S…”, cut short by the field.

Where Crimsoune Club is made

Both rating agencies say the company has its own factories, counted differently. CARE, June 2024: “The company has its apparel manufacturing plant in Kundli, Haryana and also has a denim manufacturing plant in Noida, UP.” CRISIL, January and April 2025: “The company has three manufacturing facilities in Kundli, Haryana, and one in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.” Neither gives the share of Crimsoune Club output made in-house.

Work also flows outward. CARE says the company “provides job work for other apparel brands”, and CRISIL that it “also supplies designer fabric to other apparel manufacturers”. No document read names an outside maker of Crimsoune Club.

Under India’s packaging rules, whoever appears after “Manufactured By” is the party accountable for the goods: a signature with an address, not a record of where a seam was run. Here it is a Kundli plot, in the town where both agencies place manufacturing plants, but nothing read ties a given sweater to it. Every origin field read says India.

Two rating agencies, two sets of figures

The company’s filed accounts with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs were not read. The money figures below come from two rating agencies that reviewed the company ten months apart, each as it published them.

Year to 31 MarchCARE, 28 June 2024: operating incomeCARE: profit after taxCRISIL, 30 April 2025: operating incomeCRISIL: profit after tax
2023₹424.19 crore, marked “(A)”, audited₹23.15 crore₹424.18 crore₹16.50 crore
2024₹412.54 crore, marked “(UA)”, unaudited₹17.76 crore₹402.72 crore₹10.58 crore

CARE Ratings press release dated 28 June 2024; CRISIL Ratings rationale dated 30 April 2025. CRISIL’s table does not say whether its figures are audited.

Revenue for the year to March 2023 is all but identical in both. The profit figures differ in both years. CARE marked its FY24 figures unaudited and CRISIL does not label its own, so the two may have been prepared on different bases; both are printed as published. Tofler adds only a band, “INR 100 cr – 500 cr” of operating revenue for the year to March 2022.

CARE assigned “CARE BBB+; Stable” and “CARE A3+” in June 2024. On 21 January 2025 CRISIL withdrew an earlier rating on ₹148.9 crore of facilities, by its own account at the company’s request. On 30 April 2025 CRISIL assigned “Crisil BBB+/Stable/Crisil A2” on ₹156 crore. Nothing later was read.

Returns, warranty and who answers

The returns page allows seven days from receipt to return or exchange. Prepaid refunds come within three to five working days of a quality check; cash-on-delivery refunds take seven to ten. Full-price returns lose ₹100 unless the piece arrived damaged or defective, shipping is “strictly non-refundable”, and damage must be reported “within 24 hours”.

The sharper limit is price, spelled out on the cargo jeans page:

Returns are not valid on discounted products. Size exchanges valid on discounted products until size/stock available in the same.

crimsouneclub.com, product page for the Black Baggy Cargo Jeans, MD2071; read 30 September 2026.

Every piece on the best-sellers page was discounted on the day read, so for those the return right does not reach, and what a buyer keeps is a size swap while stock lasts. The terms of use carry no warranty sentence.

Who stands behind the money is vaguer. The returns page names only “Crimsoune Club”; the terms define “we” as “Mangla apparels India pvt. Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries and other authorized partners”. The privacy policy gives a grievance mailbox, grievances@crimsouneclub.com, but no officer’s name, and sends disputes to “Delhi courts”. The contact page adds a phone line, Monday to Saturday. On the marketplace, all twenty records were sold by the company the terms name.

What Crimsoune Club costs in India

Every declaration read gave Indian origin and no importer, which leaves one test: crimsouneclub.com set beside the marketplace, same date.

Piece on crimsouneclub.comCodeMRPSelling priceSelling price ÷ MRPFabric as printed
Green Floral Printed Linen ShirtMH3512₹1,999₹899; ₹944 in 3XL and 4XL45.0%“80% Lyocell 20% Linen”

Black Baggy Cargo JeansMD2071₹3,299₹1,31940.0%“79% Cotton 19% Polyester 2% Elastane”

crimsouneclub.com product pages, read 30 September 2026. The fifth column divides the selling price by the MRP.

The brand’s shop cut harder: 40% to 45% of MRP, whereas on the marketplace the median paid came to 81.7% of the median MRP, and 90.5% under the kurta filter. None of the three codes was matched on the marketplace, so these are different goods, not one garment priced twice, and the deeper own-site price carried no right of return.

The “Linen Shirt” is 80% lyocell by its own product page, so linen is the minor fibre. The T-shirt page lists “Weave Type: Woven” and “Hand Wash”, with no fabric weight, and no care line gives a temperature. For other men’s casual and denim pricing, see FashionAudit’s Flying Machine audit and its Peter England audit.

Checking a Crimsoune Club is genuine

The terms say nothing on authenticity or authorised sellers, so these checks use what the brand’s pages and the marketplace records print.

Check 01

Mangla Apparels in the seller field

All twenty records opened on 30 September 2026 named MANGLA APPARELS INDIA PVT LTD as seller. If a listing names a different seller, ask about it before you buy.

Check 02

Plot No. 118-E, Kundli, on the maker line

The marketplace records and the brand’s product pages both give this Sonipat address after the company name.

Check 03

Search the code on crimsouneclub.com

Product pages print codes such as MH3512 and MD2071 beside the MRP and fibre content. A tag that differs from the page for its code deserves a question first.

Check 04

Read the fibre line against the name

The brand’s “Linen Shirt” declares 80% lyocell and 20% linen. Set the fibre split on the sewn-in label beside the product page for the same code; the two should agree.

The record in India

The register mirrors read on 30 September 2026 showed the company “Active”.

FashionAudit did not find a decided court or tribunal case about Mangla Apparels India or Crimsoune Club in the case reports read. The 2014 registry order is an ownership entry on the register. Each figure on this page is given as its source printed it.

Who Crimsoune Club is actually for

Crimsoune Club suits a buyer of casual shirts, denim and T-shirts, or the marketplace’s kurtas and sweaters, who wants one company on the site’s terms, the seller field and the maker line, and who knows the size before paying a sale price. It suits less well anyone needing a written warranty, a named grievance officer or money back on a reduced item. For another high-street price point, see FashionAudit’s Max Fashion audit.

Common questions

Who owns Crimsoune Club?

Mangla Apparels India Private Limited, CIN U18109DL2007PTC160266, an unlisted company incorporated in Delhi on 08 March 2007. It operates crimsouneclub.com, and the trade-mark mirror prints Mangla Apparels name strings as proprietor of the class 25 Crimsoune marks. No document read records a sale of the brand or the company.

Is Crimsoune Club an Indian brand?

Yes. The company is registered in Delhi with its corporate office at Kundli, Haryana, and every declaration read on 30 September 2026 declared Indian origin and left the importer field blank.

Does Mangla Apparels make the clothes itself?

CARE describes an apparel plant at Kundli and a denim plant at Noida; CRISIL counts three facilities at Kundli and one at Noida. Neither says what share of Crimsoune Club output is made in them, and no outside maker is named in any document read. The company also does job work for other brands, CARE says.

Can I return a discounted Crimsoune Club piece?

Not on the brand’s own site. Its product pages say returns are not valid on discounted products and allow a size exchange while stock lasts. Full-price pieces can be returned within seven days, with ₹100 kept unless the item was damaged or defective.

How many Crimsoune Club stores are there?

The brand’s undated About page says over 200 exclusive stores. CARE counted 150 exclusive outlets at 31 March 2024, 110 of them company-run and the rest franchised. They are two readings from different documents.

The FA take

Crimsoune Club traces to one Indian company. Mangla Apparels India Private Limited runs the site, prints its Kundli plot on the product pages, appears as proprietor of the class 25 marks, and was seller and signer on every marketplace declaration examined. Both rating agencies describe a manufacturer with plants of its own.

The fine print is what to weigh. On the brand’s site the discount is deep and the exit narrow: no return on reduced pieces, 24 hours to report damage, no warranty in the terms.

A well-signed Indian casual label: check the size chart before paying a sale price, because on crimsouneclub.com a reduced piece can be exchanged but not returned.
