Miss Chase Brand Audit: One Kolkata Company in Every Role

Miss Chase is owned by a Kolkata company named on its mark, its shop and every pack read. What its jeans and dresses cost in India, and what its returns allow.
Miss Chase brand audit by FashionAudit: Miss Chase name and the headline “One Kolkata Company in Every Role” over a fitted dress and a pair of high-waisted jeans on hangers against a dark wall

Miss Chase is a women’s clothing label from Kolkata, and the business behind it is Chase Lifestyle Private Limited. Its shop, chasehaul.com, says “Chase Haul is operated by Chase Lifestyle Private Limited, a women’s apparel house founded in Kolkata in 2012”. On 29 September 2026 the label’s older address, misschase.com, opened no shop of its own; it redirected to chasehaul.com.

Company, mark and shop pages were read on 29 September 2026. Listing counts, prices and pack declarations come from a large Indian fashion marketplace a day later, 30 September 2026, where the Miss Chase facet showed 4,520 items; each of twenty opened named the same Kolkata company as seller and after “Manufactured By”.

The short answer

Chase Lifestyle Private Limited of Kolkata is printed on the class 25 “Miss Chase” word mark on the mirror, runs chasehaul.com, and was seller and signer on each of the twenty marketplace declarations opened a day later, each field carrying one unchanging string. No filing read shows who owns its shares. Its own shop sold four pieces at 34.8% to 68.7% of MRP; the marketplace’s opening 40 had a median paid of 42.5% of their median MRP, all reduced. Returns run seven days less a ₹100 charge, three for “ready-made LUXE items”.

Who owns Miss Chase

All company and trade-mark readings on this page come from mirror sites that copy India’s official registers, not from the registers themselves. Zaubacorp prints Chase Lifestyle Private Limited as “Active”, incorporated on 01 October 2012 under ROC Kolkata; TheCompanyCheck calls it an “Active Private Limited Company”. Zaubacorp’s CIN is U14101WB2012PTC186648, with a previous CIN, U52100WB2012PTC186648, differing only in the five characters after the U, and its registered office is “7A, Pretoria Street, , KOLKATA, West Bengal, India – 700071”. Both mirrors put authorised and paid-up capital at ₹1 lakh.

The company is unlisted, and no filing read sets out who owns its shares. “Owner” here therefore rests on something narrower than a share register: the business operating the label’s shop and the business the mirror prints against the mark are the same. No document read records a change of ownership, and no credit-rating release on the company was among them.

Money figures come from one aggregator. TheCompanyCheck shows revenue of ₹47.84 crore for “FY 2024”, “down 14%”, without saying which March that year closed in, and its profit line reads “Locked”; no filed accounts were read. Both mirrors record a ₹1 crore HDFC Bank charge, dated 16 December 2016 on Zaubacorp, and both show it satisfied on 05 June 2020.

On QuickCompany, application No. 2431855, the words “Miss Chase” in class 25 for “Clothing, Footwear, Fashion Accessories, Stylish Homewear, Readymade Garments”, prints Chase Lifestyle Private Limited of Kolkata as proprietor. Filed on 22 November 2012, it is “Registered”, renewed, and runs to 22 November 2032. Use is claimed from 01 October 2012, the applicant’s own claim and the same day Zaubacorp gives for incorporation. A “miss chase” search returns 61 matches, mostly other words such as Misscasa, Miss Chai and Miss Charming; of the 30 displayed, this was the one class 25 entry for the label.

An entry like that proves a filing, not a business: one company’s name against two words for a list of goods, with dates and a status. It cannot show who packed a given parcel. Its value here is that every other document read points at the same company.

How Miss Chase reaches the shelf

The documents read show the label reaching buyers by two roads. On chasehaul.com the footer reads “© 2023 Chase Lifestyle Private Limited. All rights reserved.”, and the about page calls the shop the place “where you buy them directly from us, without a marketplace in between”. On the marketplace, the seller-of-record field on all 20 records opened read CHASE LIFESTYLE PVT. LTD, so the company sells there under its own name as well.

No document read gives a store count or a channel split, or names Miss Chase under anyone else’s licence, franchise or distribution arrangement.

Miss Chase on the shelf

The Miss Chase facet carried 4,520 listings on 30 September 2026, with no neighbouring facet using the name. The opening 40 in facet order were led by 14 pairs of shorts, 11 dresses, 4 jumpsuits, 3 skirts and 3 jackets, 35 of the 40, at a ₹3,745 median MRP and ₹1,593 median selling price, a 42.5% share, with all 40 below the tag. A sleeveless V-neck wrap piece tagged ₹3,149 was selling at ₹1,574.

Among ten Indian clothing labels read that day, five showed a higher share than Miss Chase and four a lower one, and it was one of six whose opening 40 were all marked down.

Twenty of the 40 were opened. Seller: CHASE LIFESTYLE PVT. LTD, every time. Origin: India, every time. Importer: blank, every time. “Manufactured By”: “Chase Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. – 36/1E/1G East Topsia Road, Kolkata 700039”, every time. Of the ten labels read that day, Miss Chase alone had seller and maker fields that each printed one unvarying form across all 20.

Where Miss Chase is made

India is the only country in the record: the three chasehaul.com product pages read print “Country of Origin: India”, and the 20 declarations agree. The about page says “We design, manufacture and sell our own labels” but names no plant, no contract maker and no address, and the word “factory” does not appear on it. Whether the sewing happens in a unit of the company’s own or at outside units, nothing read settles.

The pack line is a signature rather than a site plan. India’s packaging rules ask it to name the business that answers for the article, and Chase Lifestyle’s version carries an East Topsia Road address, the one the brand’s product pages print as “Manufacturer”. That tells a buyer which company answers for the goods; it does not say a given pair of shorts was stitched at that address. The mirror’s registered office, 7A Pretoria Street, is a different address, and both are printed as found.

The fabric trade names carry uneven evidence. CHASEstretch™ is “2-way stretch with a minimum of 2% elastane”, and its jeans declare “71.4% Cotton, 26.6% Polyester, 2% Elastane”, so the number is matched on the label, though no test standard is named. 24/7 Comfort-Tech™ denim is “milled to be noticeably softer and more breathable than standard denim”, with no measure beside it. CHASEshape™ offers “Level 1 shaping” on a scale of the brand’s own. The about page’s “Our model minimizes waste with the planet in mind” comes with no figure or certifier.

From misschase.com to Chase Haul

On 29 September 2026 both misschase.com and its terms-and-conditions page redirected to the matching page on chasehaul.com. That is one day’s reading; no document read dates the start of the redirect.

The redirect leads to a shop for several labels. The chasehaul.com footer lists Miss Chase, Miss Chase A+, Dolce Crudo, Life With Pockets, Nine Vogue, Eyza and Mizuki, and of all seven the about page says, “We, at Chase Haul, design, engineer and manufacture the labels sold here”. Its Miss Chase collection showed “1,885 products” on 29 September 2026; that count and the marketplace’s 4,520 were taken on different days at different sites, and neither measures the other.

The redirect changes the address and leaves the company in place: the terms page the old domain now leads to names Chase Lifestyle Private Limited as operator. Two of the four pieces priced below are Miss Chase A+, the plus-size line, sold in the same shop under its own name.

Returns, warranty and who answers

The about page gives the company’s own account.

We design, manufacture and sell our own labels — which means when something about a garment is wrong, there is no one else to point at.

chasehaul.com, About us page; read 29 September 2026.

The policies turn that into days and rupees. Product pages promise “7 days hassle-free returns and exchanges from the day of delivery of product” and keep a “₹100 non-refundable logistics charge”; the dress page allows three days for “ready-made LUXE items”. Damage must be emailed “within 1 day of receiving the product”, an undelivered order flagged “within 24 hours”. Refunds come “as soon as possible and in case within 5-7 business days”, and a return sent back used, damaged or de-tagged “shall be declined, and the said product shall be re-shipped back to the user”.

There is no warranty sentence in the terms or on the product pages read. The nearest the terms come is describing the site as “enabling the users to purchase original products from our clothing lifestyle brands”.

So a chasehaul.com buyer gets a week, minus ₹100, to send most pieces back; three days on LUXE items; one day to spot damage; and one address, hello@chasehaul.com, from the privacy policy. As read on 29 September 2026, neither that policy nor the terms names a grievance officer, and the terms read have no jurisdiction clause; the contact and refund-policy pages were not among those read. The money is paid to Chase Lifestyle, and on the marketplace the same company sold every record opened. Here the company taking the money, the company on the pack and the company printed on the mark are one.

What Miss Chase costs in India

No document read prints a Miss Chase price outside India, and every record opened declared Indian origin with no importer, so the available comparison is the brand’s own shop against the marketplace.

chasehaul.com product and collection pages, read 29 September 2026. The last column divides the selling price by the MRP.

On its own shop the brand was charging between 34.8% and 68.7% of the tag, the CHASEstretch jeans cut deepest. The marketplace’s opening 40 had a median paid of 42.5% of their median MRP, and 30 dresses behind a filter at ₹4,120 median MRP, ₹1,789 paid, 43.4%, all reduced. The four shop pieces were never matched to marketplace listings, so the figures are two readings, not a like-for-like test. The dress showed ₹1,645 on its page and ₹1,628 on the collection grid the same day; the table uses the first.

Checking a Miss Chase is genuine

Nothing read names approved resellers or mentions copies, so these checks lean on what the pack, the listing and the brand’s shop print.

Check 01

One company, twice

Every record opened on 30 September 2026 paired CHASE LIFESTYLE PVT. LTD as seller with Chase Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. under “Manufactured By”. A listing that breaks the pair falls outside everything read, so ask before paying.

Check 02

East Topsia Road on the pack

The maker line on marketplace records and the brand’s product pages gives 36/1E/1G East Topsia Road, Kolkata 700039. The registered office on the mirror is 7A Pretoria Street, which is not the pack address read.

Check 03

Find the style code on chasehaul.com

The shop prints codes such as MCAW24DEN91-40-71-26 for Miss Chase and APSS18DEN02-19-115-26 for Miss Chase A+. Set the fabric line and MRP beside the shop’s page for that code.

Check 04

Weigh the price against the shop

The brand’s own shop sold four pieces at ₹1,215 to ₹1,645 on 29 September 2026. An offer well beneath the owner’s own cut deserves a question first.

The record in India

What was read is register material: the company “Active”, the class 25 mark “Registered” to 2032, and the 2016 HDFC Bank charge shown satisfied in 2020. None of the sources was a court or regulator database, and within them FashionAudit did not find any case or regulatory step touching the label or Chase Lifestyle. Nobody has ruled on the Miss Chase mark, its packs or its shop terms in anything this page relies on.

Who Miss Chase is actually for

Miss Chase suits a buyer after shorts, dresses, jumpsuits or stretch denim at the selling price, who wants one Kolkata company behind the mark, the sale and the pack. The CHASEstretch jeans are the one line where a printed number meets a matching fabric declaration. It suits less well anyone expecting a written warranty, a named grievance officer, or more than a day to notice transit damage. Other women’s labels traced here include FashionAudit’s page on Biba and its audit of Aurelia.

Common questions

Who owns Miss Chase?

Chase Lifestyle Private Limited, an unlisted Kolkata company incorporated on 01 October 2012 per a register mirror. It operates chasehaul.com and is printed as proprietor of the class 25 “Miss Chase” mark on the trade-mark mirror. No filing read shows who owns the company’s shares.

Why does misschase.com open chasehaul.com?

On 29 September 2026 misschase.com and its terms page redirected to chasehaul.com, a shop run by the same company for Miss Chase and six other labels. No document read says when the redirect began.

Whose name is on a Miss Chase pack?

On each of the twenty marketplace declarations opened on 30 September 2026, Chase Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. at 36/1E/1G East Topsia Road, Kolkata, under “Manufactured By”, with the same company as seller and the importer field blank. That line names the company answerable for the goods, not a factory.

Does Chase Lifestyle make Miss Chase clothes itself?

The company says “We design, manufacture and sell our own labels”. Its about page names no plant or contract maker, and no document read settles whether the sewing is done in-house or outside. Every declaration read gives India as the origin.

How long do I have to return a Miss Chase order?

Seven days from delivery on chasehaul.com, less a ₹100 logistics charge, and three days for “ready-made LUXE items”. Damage must be reported by email within one day of receiving the parcel, and used or de-tagged returns are sent back.

The FA take

On the pack, Miss Chase is as simple as a label gets. Chase Lifestyle Private Limited of Kolkata is printed on the class 25 mark on the mirror, runs chasehaul.com, and sold and signed every one of twenty marketplace declarations opened on 30 September 2026. The old misschase.com address now leads to the same company’s seven-label shop.

Behind the pack the paper runs thinner. No filing read shows who owns the company’s shares, revenue exists only as an aggregator’s figure, and the company says it manufactures without naming a plant. The terms read give no warranty and allow one day to report damage.

One Kolkata company answers for Miss Chase at every step read: pay the selling price, open the parcel the day it lands, and write to the company within a day if anything is wrong.
