Oxolloxo Brand Audit: Noida Western Wear, Prices and Returns

Who owns Oxolloxo, the Noida-run women's western-wear label: the company that sells and signs for it, where it is made, and its Indian prices and returns.

Oxolloxo is a women’s western-wear label sold from its own shop, oxolloxo.com, and the word is a brand name only: no company-register mirror read on 29 September 2026 carries a company called Oxolloxo. The business behind it sits in the shop’s footer, “KPA Apparels Pvt. Ltd C-134, Sector 63, Noida-201301”. The menu runs from dresses, co-ords and crop tops to plus sizes and men’s shirts, and the About Us page dates the label “Since 2014”.

A large Indian fashion marketplace, read 30 September 2026, listed 3,185 items under its Oxolloxo facet. Twenty were opened, and a KPA name filled both the seller field and the “Manufactured By” field on each. One difference sits on the trade-mark mirror, where the Oxolloxo marks carry a name ending in “Public Limited” that the register mirrors do not show.

The short answer

Oxolloxo is run by KPA Apparels Private Limited, registered in Delhi on 21 October 2013 and “Active” on three register mirrors. It was named seller on each of twenty marketplace listings opened on 30 September 2026; the maker lines printed its register spelling on 15 and “KPA Apprals Pvt. Ltd” on 5, and all declared India. A trade-mark mirror prints the class 25 Oxolloxo mark, “Registered”, to “Kpa Apparels Public Limited”, a name no register mirror read carries; the two are set side by side, not merged. Own-site prices ran ₹1,374 to ₹2,699; returns allow 14 days less ₹99, and the terms give no warranty on quality.

Who owns Oxolloxo

Three mirrors of the companies register, ZaubaCorp, Tofler and InstaFinancials, carry one company matching the name on the shop: KPA APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U18109DL2013PTC259392, incorporated on 21 October 2013 with the Registrar of Companies in Delhi. All three show “Active”. Paid-up capital is ₹2,01,00,000 of ₹2,10,00,000 authorised, and Tofler calls it an “Unlisted private company limited by shares”. ZaubaCorp shows three directors, private individuals not named here.

ZaubaCorp gives the activity as NIC 1810, “Manufacture of wearing apparel, except fur apparel”. That is the activity class the register mirror carries, not a plant or an output figure. No document read publishes turnover, profit or headcount, names a parent or subsidiary, or records funding; Crunchbase, an aggregator, lists no investor. FashionAudit did not find an acquisition, a share sale or a licence of the name among the documents opened.

The link from shop to register rests on the name alone: oxolloxo.com prints no CIN or GSTIN, and no second KPA Apparels company surfaced on the mirrors. The site gives Noida addresses and never the registered office in New Delhi.

The mark readings on this page are taken from quickcompany.in, a private site that republishes the Trade Marks Registry’s data and is not the Registry. It is good for what an applicant filed, in which class and when, and the status word it last picked up. It is no guide to who cuts or ships a top today, to an unfiled licence, or to whether its proprietor field matches the Registry letter for letter.

Two Oxolloxo registrations were opened. No. 2681829, class 25, for “Clothing; Footwear; Headgear”, was filed in Delhi on 18 February 2014 claiming use since 1 January 2014; it shows “Registered”, “Renewed For A Period Of 10 Years From 18/02/2024”, valid to 18 February 2034. No. 2681830, class 24, for textiles, is “Registered” to the same date. The use date and the shop’s “Since 2014” are both the company’s own word.

How Oxolloxo reaches the shelf

The home channel is the brand’s own shop. Every policy page read on oxolloxo.com names KPA Apparels, and the terms reserve a right “to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors”. The About Us page points anyone searching for “western clothing stores near me” to “Oxolloxo’s online platform”. No document read names a physical shop or splits sales by channel.

Listings were also seen on Flipkart and AJIO on 29 September 2026, used here for presence only. On tradeindia.com the company’s own directory entry calls it “Manufacturer, Supplier” and Oxolloxo a brand “from the house of KPA Apparels Pvt. Ltd.”; that is self-description, not a filing. Three Noida address strings recur: C-134, Sector 63 on the footer and contact page, “134 C Block Road Industrial Area Sector 63” in the Privacy Policy, and E-89, Sector 6 for returns. No document read says what stands at any of them.

Oxolloxo on the shelf

On 30 September 2026 the Oxolloxo facet held 3,185 listings and had no neighbouring Oxolloxo facet. Tops led the opening forty in facet order with 22, then shirts 12, dresses 5 and one co-ord set, and not one sat at its MRP. The median MRP was ₹2,499 and the median selling price ₹1,339.50, a 53.6% share; a listing titled “Women Black Floral Print Square Neck Shoulder Strap”, tagged ₹3,899, was priced at ₹1,754.

Behind a Tops filter, thirty listings kept the ₹2,499 median MRP but paid a median ₹1,124, or 45.0%, all thirty marked down. Of ten Indian clothing names read that day, Oxolloxo’s 53.6% came fifth, just under Rareism’s 54.2%, and it was one of six with its whole opening forty reduced.

Twenty of the forty were opened. KPA APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED was seller of record on each; all twenty gave India, and none named an importer. The maker line read “KPA APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED, C-134, SECTOR 63, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Ut…” on fifteen, cut where the field stops, and “KPA Apprals Pvt. Ltd C-134, Sector 63, Noida-201301” on five, the dropped letters being the field’s. Seven of the ten labels had their owning company on most maker lines; only Miss Chase printed one name, spelt one way, in both fields of all twenty.

Where Oxolloxo is made

A maker line is easily read as more than it is. Under Indian packaging rules the “Manufactured By” slot names the party declared answerable for the article; for Oxolloxo that is KPA, at the C-134 plot the shop’s footer gives. It is a signature with an address, and it does not report where a top was cut or stitched, or by whom.

The About Us page carries the heading “Your Trusted Western Wear Manufacturing Partner” without saying whose manufacturing it means, and names no factory, outside maker or country. The own-site product pages read print no origin line, so India comes only from the marketplace declarations.

Product detail stops at the fibre: “Cotton”, “Polyester”, “Viscose (Rayon)”, no percentages. The About Us page cites “top-rate sustainable materials” without naming one or a certifier, and calls the label “the largest online women’s fashion destination” on no stated basis. Two product pages carry both “Tumble dry low” and “do not tumble dry” in their care text.

Private on the register, Public on the mark

The About Us page gives the company’s name in one more form:

KPA Appreal Pvt. Ltd. Oxolloxo is a universal brand that uplifts women through fashion.

oxolloxo.com, About Us, read 29 September 2026. Every other page of the site read spells the company “Apparels”.

The places read that name the company behind Oxolloxo are set out below, each string copied as printed.

Mirrors and oxolloxo.com read 29 September 2026; marketplace fields read 30 September 2026.

Most of that is abbreviation and spelling. One word differs in kind: the mark prints “Public” where every register mirror read prints “Private”, and a web search for “KPA Apparels Public Limited” on 29 September 2026 surfaced only the private company’s pages. Some details line up: the name stem, a “26 A Hanuman” address in New Delhi, and marks filed four months after the company was incorporated. Even that address comes two ways, “26 A, Hanuman Lane, Connaught Place” on the class 25 page and “26-A, HANUMAN ROAD” on the register.

Whether “Public” is the Registry’s wording or only the mirror’s was not checked against the Registry, so this page does not call the mark’s proprietor and the shop’s operator one legal entity. For a buyer, the narrower point is what the sale documents print: the company that sells and signs for the goods appears as a private limited company on every one read.

Returns, warranty and who answers

On oxolloxo.com the paper points to one company from checkout to refund. The refund policy is issued in KPA Apparels Pvt. Ltd.’s name, and product pages send returns to “KPA Apparels Pvt. Ltd. E-89, Sector 6, Noida – 201301”. The window is 14 days from delivery, for unused, unwashed pieces with tags and packaging, and ₹99 comes off the refund as a shipping fee. Money goes back to the original form of payment two to three business days after the warehouse inspects the return, and card credits take three to five more. A cancelled, lost or undelivered order is refunded in full, shipping included.

The terms give no quality promise of their own. Goods come “as is” and “as available”, “(except as expressly stated by us)”, and the company declines to warrant that what a buyer receives “will meet your expectations”. No page read offers a product warranty.

No named person or post for complaints appears: the terms, privacy policy, contact page and footer name no grievance or nodal officer, by name or title. They offer a telephone number, an info@ mailbox and a legal-enquiry address on the kpaapl.com domain, and the terms fall under “the laws of India” with no city or court named. On a marketplace order the seller field is the pointer, and all twenty read named the private company.

What Oxolloxo costs in India

No document read prints an Oxolloxo price outside India, and every marketplace declaration read named India and left the importer field blank.

oxolloxo.com product pages and Women Dresses collection, read 29 September 2026. Each product page showed a single price with no higher MRP printed beside it.

The shop shows one figure per item; on the marketplace every one of the opening forty carried an MRP and a lower selling price. A 29 September 2026 search on the three own-site style codes found only the brand’s own pages, so no garment was matched across channels and no gap is computed. The own-site dresses sit a little above the marketplace’s ₹1,339.50 median paid, and the plus-size pieces run higher: bands, not pairs.

Checking an Oxolloxo is genuine

oxolloxo.com publishes no authenticity statement or list of authorised sellers on the pages read, only the clause on refusing reseller orders.

Check 01

Look for KPA at C-134 on the maker line

All twenty marketplace records opened printed a KPA name at C-134, Sector 63: fifteen in the register’s spelling and five as “KPA Apprals Pvt. Ltd”. Any other company there matches none of them.

Check 02

See whose name is on the sale

KPA APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED sold every record read on 30 September 2026. If another seller appears, that firm, not KPA, is the one on the invoice.

Check 03

Search the style code on oxolloxo.com

Own-site codes look like S26364PDR003. Search it on the brand’s shop and compare fibre and price.

Check 04

Expect India and an empty importer field

All twenty declarations read gave India and no importer; a foreign origin would stand apart.

The record in India

The public paper on this label is registry paper: “Active” for the company on three mirrors, “Registered” for both Oxolloxo marks, the class 25 one renewed from 18 February 2024. We did not find a decision of any court, tribunal or regulator involving KPA Apparels Private Limited or Oxolloxo in the documents opened on 29 September 2026; none was a court index, so the nil goes no further than they do. Nobody has ruled on the Oxolloxo paperwork described here; the mirror’s “Public Limited” string and the register’s private company are printed side by side, and this page does not choose between them.

Who Oxolloxo is actually for

Oxolloxo suits a shopper after western tops, shirts and dresses, plus sizes included, at ₹1,374 to ₹2,699 on its own shop, who wants one company on the invoice and the pack and is happy buying online. Against that, ₹99 comes off every refund, fabric is given by fibre alone, and the terms give no quality warranty. The same questions are put to a mass-market chain and an online-first label in FashionAudit’s Reliance Trends audit and Bewakoof audit.

Common questions

Who owns the Oxolloxo brand?

The company named on oxolloxo.com is KPA Apparels Pvt. Ltd, matched by name to KPA APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U18109DL2013PTC259392, incorporated in Delhi on 21 October 2013 and “Active” on three register mirrors. No filing read shows who owns its shares. The trade-mark mirror prints the Oxolloxo marks to “Kpa Apparels Public Limited”, a name that differs by one word.

Is the company behind Oxolloxo public or private?

Every company-register mirror read carries it as a private company, and it is unlisted. Only the trade-mark mirror prints “Public Limited”, and that wording was not checked against the Trade Marks Registry, so the two names are reported side by side.

Where are Oxolloxo clothes made?

All 20 marketplace records read on 30 September 2026 declared India, with KPA Apparels on the “Manufactured By” line. That line names the answerable company, not a factory. The own-site product pages read print no origin, and no document read names a factory.

How long do I have to return an Oxolloxo order?

On oxolloxo.com, 14 days from delivery, for unused, unwashed pieces with tags and packaging. ₹99 is deducted from the refund as a shipping fee, and refunds go to the original payment method after the warehouse inspects the return.

Does Oxolloxo have physical stores?

No document read names one. The About Us page points shoppers searching for stores to its “online platform”, and the label is also sold on marketplaces, including one whose Oxolloxo facet held 3,185 listings on 30 September 2026.

The FA take

Oxolloxo leads back to one Noida company at nearly every step. KPA Apparels runs the shop, issues the refund policy and sold every marketplace record read, and a KPA name at C-134 filled every maker line. Prices ran ₹1,374 to ₹2,699 on its own site and a median ₹1,339.50 on the marketplace.

Two points stay open on paper. The trade-mark mirror prints the marks to a “Public Limited” company that no register mirror read carries, and the documents read do not reconcile the two names. The shop names no grievance officer, fabric stops at fibre names, and the terms offer no warranty on quality.

A traceable online womenswear label at mid-market prices; buy it with the 14-day clock and the ₹99 deduction in mind, and look for KPA at C-134 on the maker line.
