Street 9 is a women’s western-wear label sold mainly online, and it spells itself four ways: “Street 9”, “Street9”, “STREET 9” and “STREET9”. Its About page calls it “an online apparel brand dedicated to providing latest high street fashion for modern women”. The Contact Us page of street9.com names the company behind it as STREET NINE FASHIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, at D142, EPIP, Site V, Kasna, Greater Noida. No document read names a marketplace or retail chain as owner, licensor or investor.
The pack tells a two-company story. Of twenty listings opened on a large Indian fashion marketplace, read 30 September 2026, STREET NINE FASHIONS sold nineteen, and the “Manufactured By” field named Mint Fashion Pvt Ltd on every one. The brand’s own product pages, read 29 September 2026 with the company and trade-mark records below, put it plainly: made and packed by Mint, marketed by Street Nine.
Street Nine Fashions Private Limited, a Delhi-registered company formed in 2016 and “Active” on the register mirrors, runs street9.com, is printed as proprietor on the STREET9 marks on a register mirror, and sold 19 of 20 marketplace records read. Mint Fashion Pvt Ltd, at the same Kasna street address, is the manufacturer those records declare, and street9.com says it made and packed the goods. Origin reads India throughout. Eight own-site products sold at 23.0% or 30.0% of their higher printed price; the marketplace median paid was 30.0% of median MRP. Returns and exchanges run seven days from receipt.

Who owns Street 9
ZaubaCorp and Tofler, two companies-register mirrors, carry STREET NINE FASHIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U18209DL2016PTC306311, as “Active”; The Company Check prints “Active Private Limited Company”. It was incorporated on 22 September 2016 at the RoC Delhi with ₹1,00,000 of authorised and paid-up capital, a small figure that says nothing about how much it sells. ZaubaCorp gives the registered office as Tilak Nagar, New Delhi, and two current directors, both appointed on incorporation day; as private individuals they are not named.
ZaubaCorp’s activity label, NIC 1820, reads “Dressing and dyeing of fur; manufacture of articles of fur”; the CIN carries 18209, an apparel code, and the fur words are only the mirror’s title for it.
On money the mirrors part ways: ZaubaCorp and Tofler show a latest balance sheet of 31 March 2023, The Company Check a FY 2025 figure. No filed statement was read, so no revenue or profit number appears here. FashionAudit did not find, in the documents read, an investor, a platform stake, an acquisition or a change of control.
A GST mirror gives GSTIN 09AAXCS6286L1Z4, an Uttar Pradesh number, registered on 27 July 2017 with status “Regular”, principal place “C-123 SECTOR-65 NOIDA”, and further registrations in Haryana and Maharashtra under the same PAN. The documents read therefore give the company three addresses: Tilak Nagar, Sector 65 and D142 EPIP Kasna.
Every trade-mark reading here is a mirror reading, from QuickCompany and, for one entry, trademarking.in; neither is the registry. The mirror prints Street Nine Fashions Private Limited as proprietor of the STREET9 marks, including in class 25 for clothing.
| Application | Mark and class | Goods or note | Status as the mirror prints it | Filed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5133987 | Street9, class 18 | “Imitations Of Leather; Ladies Handbags”; certificate no. 3801361, valid to 16 September 2031 | “Registered” | 16 September 2021 |
| 5133989 and 4438641 | Street9, class 14 | Two entries | “Registered” | 16 September 2021; 12 February 2020 |
| 5133990 and 5133991 | Street9, class 35 | Two entries | “Registered” | 16 September 2021 |
| 5317641 | Indostreet, classes 14, 25 and 35 | Class 25 for “Clothing, Footwear, Headwear” | “Registered” | 7 February 2022 |
QuickCompany entries and company list, and trademarking.in for No. 5133987, read 29 September 2026. The list also prints the company against Curvy Street, Ms Mint Street and Ink & Ivory applications, not looked into further.
An entry pairs a name with a word or device, the goods named, a claimed first-use date and the status last copied across. It cannot say who cut the cloth, and no registered user appears on any STREET9 page read. Two STREET9 applications in class 25 for clothing, Nos. 3584274 (filed 4 July 2017) and 4754800 (filed 24 November 2020), claim use from 1 April 2014, which is the applicant’s own statement.
How Street 9 reaches the shelf
The brand’s own route is its online store, street9.com, which lists its products under “STREET 9”. No document read mentions a physical shop. STREET9 listings also appear on Flipkart and Ajio, seen 29 September 2026; no count or price is taken from either.
No licence, franchise, distribution or joint-venture paper was found, and no Indian retail group names Street 9 in any document read. On IndiaMART, a business directory, “Street Nine Fashions Private Limited” calls itself a “Manufacturer of ladies fashion garments” in Greater Noida. That is its own directory entry, not a filing.

Five roles, two company names, one Kasna street address shared on the brand’s pages.
Street 9 on the shelf
On 30 September 2026 one large Indian fashion marketplace listed 4,339 items under its STREET 9 facet. Two smaller facets, STREET 9 BASICS (121) and WORK IT by STREET 9 (76), are left out below.
The first forty in facet order were a dress rail: their five largest categories were 29 dresses, four night suits, two jackets, two coats and a top, 38 of the 40. Median MRP was ₹5,999 and median selling price ₹1,799, a share of 30.0%, and 38 of the 40 were marked down. A “Women Floral Printed Net Sheath Maxi Dress” tagged ₹5,999 sold for ₹1,919. Thirty dresses, filtered, gave the same medians, 29 marked down.
Of ten Indian labels read there that day, only Vishudh had a higher median MRP (₹7,924) or a lower share paid (25.9%).
Twenty of the forty were opened field by field. The seller read STREET NINE FASHIONS, without “Pvt Ltd”, on 19, and Flashtech Retail on one, printed as given. All 20 declared India with the importer field empty. “Manufactured By” read Mint Fashion Pvt Ltd, D142 EPIP Site V, Kasna, Greater Noida 201310, on all 20, in seven variants of spacing and capitals; Street Nine Fashions was on none of those lines. Among the ten labels, Street 9 was one of three where the brand-owning company was not named on a majority of maker lines.
Where Street 9 is made
Every origin statement read says India: “MADE IN INDIA” on the About page, “Country Of Origin:- India” on product pages, and India on the marketplace records. No document read lists factories or outside makers.
Indian packaging rules use the “Manufactured By” line to name the company that answers for an article, so on a Street 9 garment it tells a buyer that Mint Fashion Pvt Ltd has put its name to the goods. It does not put a sewing machine at D142, and nothing here says any dress was stitched at that address.
Fabric wording is brief. The three own-site product pages read give “Polyester” and “Woven”, with no percentage or weight. The “Embalished Maxi Dress”, spelt so on the page, adds “Use Mild Detergent, Machine Wash Cold, Do Not Bleach, Warm Iron, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Wrink, Do Not Dry Clean.” The About page’s “high-quality clothing” names no standard or test, and no sustainability claim or certifier appears.
Made and packed by Mint, marketed by Street Nine
Each street9.com product page read carries the same pair of lines.
“Manufactured & Packed by:- Mint Fashion Pvt Ltd D142 Epip Site V Kasna Greater Noida” — “Marketed by:- Street Nine Fashions Pvt Ltd D142 Epip Site V Kasna Greater Noida”
street9.com product page for the Printed Shirt, SHR00008390, with identical lines on DRS00005487 and DRS00001478; read 29 September 2026.
So the company printed on the marks calls itself the marketer and names a second company as maker and packer, both at the D142 address its Contact Us page gives.
ZaubaCorp carries a MINT FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U51494DL2010PTC208527, “Active”, incorporated 21 September 2010 at the RoC Delhi, paid-up capital ₹10,00,000, registered office in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, activity NIC 5149, a wholesale heading, and website fashionmintltd.com. The labels print “Mint Fashion Pvt Ltd” at Kasna; that register page gives no Kasna address. The strings and addresses differ, and this page does not treat the registered company and the name on the pack as confirmed to be one entity.
ZaubaCorp also lists both current directors of Street Nine Fashions as directors of that registered Mint Fashion company. A directorship is not a shareholding; no shareholding record for either company was read, and nothing about ownership or control is drawn from the overlap.
The brand’s legal pages name neither company. The Terms & Conditions speak only of “the website owner” and “Street9”, the Privacy Policy names no company, and the footer reads “Copyright © 2025 STREET 9. All Rights Reserved.”
Returns, warranty and who answers
The returns rule sits on the shipping-policy page: “Returns and Exchanges can be made within 7 days post receipt of your order.” Refunds are “processed within 10-12 working days of us receiving the product”, to the original payment source for prepaid orders and to bank details the customer supplies for cash on delivery. Street9 pays the courier for damaged or defective pieces and size changes. The returns link opens returns.logisy.tech, an outside portal naming neither the brand nor its company.
No product warranty appears, and the terms say “The website owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees whether express, implied in law or residual regarding the website.” Jurisdiction is New Delhi.
For a complaint, the pages read give two mailboxes, care@street9.com in the Privacy Policy and support@street9.com on the Contact Us page, and no named grievance officer, so a buyer with a problem may want to write to both and quote the order number. On a marketplace order, the listing prints its own seller, STREET NINE FASHIONS on 19 of the 20 read.
What Street 9 costs in India
| Own-site item | Code | Higher printed price | Selling price | Selling as share |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Printed Shirt, blue, polyester (M size backordered) | SHR00008390 | ₹1,699, “compare at” | ₹391 | 23.0% |
| Maxi Dress, green, polyester (page says “unavailable”) | DRS00005487 | ₹2,899, labelled MRP | ₹870 | 30.0% |
| “Embalished Maxi Dress”, nude, polyester | DRS00001478 | ₹3,999, labelled MRP | ₹920 | 23.0% |
| Printed Midi Dress, blue | DRS000011139 | ₹2,399 | ₹720 | 30.0% |
| Printed Co-Ord Set (homepage) | none shown | ₹2,298 | ₹689 | 30.0% |
| Straight Trouser (homepage) | none shown | ₹2,299 | ₹690 | 30.0% |
| Moss Shirt (homepage) | none shown | ₹1,699 | ₹510 | 30.0% |
| Rugged Denim (homepage) | none shown | ₹2,299 | ₹529 | 23.0% |
street9.com product pages, collection pages and homepage, read 29 September 2026. Share is selling price over the higher printed price; the shirt’s higher figure is shown as a “compare at” price, and the two maxi-dress pages label theirs MRP.
The own-site markdowns fall into two exact bands, five items at 30.0% and three at 23.0%, and a day later the marketplace’s first forty had a median paid of 30.0% of their median MRP. Only two of those forty listings, and none of the eight own-site items, sold at the higher figure.
Street 9 carries no overseas price in the documents read, and all 20 of its marketplace records named India as the country of origin, with no importer entered. No like-for-like pair was found either: the own-site style codes, looked up on 29 September 2026, led only to street9.com pages. The marketplace’s ₹5,999 median MRP sits above every own-site price read, but the items differ and no gap is computed.
For other Indian womenswear labels, see the Libas brand audit and the Aurelia brand audit.
Checking a Street 9 is genuine
street9.com publishes no way to verify a garment and names no authorised resellers on the pages read. What a buyer can compare is the pack, the seller field and the brand’s own prices.
Expect Mint Fashion on the maker line
Every marketplace record opened named Mint Fashion Pvt Ltd at D142 EPIP Site V, Kasna, Greater Noida. A Street 9 piece signed for by another firm is out of line with those twenty; raise it before paying.
Read the seller field
STREET NINE FASHIONS sold 19 of the 20 records read on 30 September 2026. Know whose name is on the order before it ships.
Match the GSTIN
A GST mirror and IndiaMART both give 09AAXCS6286L1Z4, an Uttar Pradesh number, for Street Nine Fashions Private Limited. Set it against the tax invoice.
Look the code up on street9.com
Own-site codes run like DRS00001478 and SHR00008390, and the items read sold at 23.0% or 30.0% of their higher printed price. Search the code on the brand’s site first.
The record in India
In the documents read, the record is registry paperwork. As at 29 September 2026, register mirrors showed Street Nine Fashions and the registered Mint Fashion company as “Active”, and the GST entry showed “Regular”.
Nobody has ruled on anything described here about the STREET9 marks, the Street 9 tag or street9.com; both company names are printed as the documents print them.
Who Street 9 is actually for
Street 9 fits a shopper after a printed polyester maxi or midi dress, a co-ord or a shirt for well under ₹1,000 on the brand’s own site, who watches the selling price rather than the printed one. It suits less well anyone wanting a fabric breakdown or a product warranty. Compare FashionAudit’s H&M audit and its Max Fashion audit.

Street 9 puts two company names on its own pages. Street Nine Fashions Private Limited runs the site, is printed on the STREET9 marks on the register mirror and sold nineteen of twenty marketplace records read; Mint Fashion Pvt Ltd, at the same Kasna street address, signs as maker on every record read and, in the brand’s own words, packs the goods too.
On value, the selling price is the number that matters: prices ran at 23% or 30% of the printed figure on the brand’s site, and the marketplace’s median paid was 30.0% of its median MRP. The trade-off is a short seven-day return window, no product warranty on the pages read and fabric details limited to “Polyester” and “Woven”.
Fair value for a printed polyester dress under ₹1,000 on the brand’s own site; pay the selling price and keep the invoice.
