Amazfit is a brand, not a company. It belongs to Zepp Health Corporation, a Cayman holding company listed on the New York Stock Exchange as ZEPP, which filed in America as Huami Corp until 25 February 2021.
Its owner has little else left to sell: the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2025 says Amazfit-branded products were “100.0% of our total revenues”, against 94.0% the year before.
India is where this page earns its keep. No Zepp company sells here, and the sentence qualifying every health number on the Indian product page sits collapsed at the foot of it.
Amazfit belongs to Zepp Health Corporation (NYSE: ZEPP), which reported US$258.9 million of revenue and a US$40.1 million net loss for 2025, and says Amazfit-branded products were 100.0% of that revenue. Xiaomi held 15.3% of its shares at 28 February 2026 with one board seat — a shareholding, not control. In India the goods are “Imported & Marketed By: PR INNOVATIONS PVT LTD”, and the T-Rex 3 Pro was ₹69,999 here against US$399.99 in America on 24 September 2026.

What Zepp Health publishes about the brand
The owner files in dollars, so the money is readable. Revenue rose 41.8% to US$258.9 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, and the net loss narrowed from US$75.7 million to US$40.1 million. Revenue for the quarter to 31 March 2026 was US$51.5 million, with nothing later filed.
The segment note in the audited accounts explains the reshaping in its own words: “Beginning in fiscal year 2024 … the Group consolidated its previous two segments (Xiaomi wearable products and Self-branded products) into a one single reportable segment (Amazfit-branded products).”
- Huami CorpThe name on the American filing record from 6 November 2017
- Zepp Health CorpRenamed 25 February 2021; ticker moved from HMI to ZEPP
- One segment: Amazfit-branded productsTwo segments consolidated into one from fiscal 2024
The Indian warranty table has not caught up: the covered item there is still “All Huami series watches Host”. The brand was 73.9% of its owner’s revenue in 2023 and all of it in 2025.
The Xiaomi question, from the current filing
Amazfit is often described as a Xiaomi brand, and the current annual report does not support it: “As of February 28, 2026, Xiaomi held 15.3% of our total outstanding shares, and has appointed one director to our board.”
The trading side has run down, and the filing dates each step: revenue from Xiaomi and its affiliate, chiefly for sales of Xiaomi Wearable Products, was US$92.0 million in 2023, US$11.0 million in 2024 and nil in 2025.
- 2023US$92.0 million
- 2024US$11.0 million
- 2025Nil
- 28 Feb 2026Xiaomi holds 15.3%, one board seat
Three years of sales to one customer, then none.
Two further sentences keep it from being simple. The report records that the “华米” trademark in one category “is contractually owned by Xiaomi only”. And Xiaomi appears in the risk factors among the competitors, beside Huawei, Apple and Samsung.
So: a 15.3% holding, one appointed director, no sales to that shareholder in 2025, one trademark category held by it, and a place on the competitor list. A stake of that size with one board seat is a shareholding rather than control, and nothing read says Xiaomi controls Zepp.
Who brings Amazfit into India
The brand answers this itself. Its Indian FAQ states: “The Amazfit products in India are Imported & Marketed By: PR INNOVATIONS PVT LTD.” The same name appears in the privacy policy and in the legal-metrology block on every product page.
On the companies register that is P.R. Innovations Private Limited, CIN U51101UP2013PTC059368, incorporated 5 September 2013 under RoC Kanpur, status in the register’s own word “Active”, activity code 5110, “Wholesale on a fee or contract basis”. The CIN reads U for unlisted, UP for the state and PTC for an ordinary private company rather than FTC, the code for a foreign company’s Indian subsidiary.
Two register mirrors read that day disagree on the detail: paid-up capital of ₹1,16,93,900 and four directors on one, ₹1,09,88,900 and three on the other. Both are prints of the master data, so this page carries both. No director is named here.
Nothing above that layer is documented: the 2025 subsidiary list names no Indian company, and no document read describes a licence, a joint venture or an equity link between Zepp and this importer.
Three Indian addresses are published for that one importer: Agra, Ghaziabad and East Delhi. The brand lists authorised sellers under the heading “Authorized Partner” — Amazon, Reliance Digital, Helios and myG — and no serial lookup, hologram or verification page was found on its Indian pages, so that list is the check a buyer has. This site reads the Indian smartwatch shelf brand by brand, from boAt and Noise to Apple Watch.
What Amazfit costs in India
Both sides of this comparison come from the same brand. The Indian and American stores were read on 24 September 2026, and the Indian T-Rex 3 Pro page prints the dollar figures itself.
| Model | India, as printed | United States, as printed | Tax wording, as printed |
|---|---|---|---|
| T-Rex 3 Pro, every colour and both case sizes | Regular ₹69,999, sale ₹34,999 | $399.99 | India: “All prices are inclusive of Taxes.” United States: no tax line beside the price |
| Amazfit Balance 2, 47 mm | Regular ₹49,999, sale ₹24,999 | $299.99 | India: “Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout.” United States: no tax line beside the price |
| Amazfit Balance 2 on Amazon.in | “M.R.P.: ₹49,999.00”, selling ₹24,999.00 | — | “Inclusive of all taxes” |
The brand’s Indian and American stores and the Amazon.in listing for ASIN B0F8HNKK6Z, read 24 September 2026.
No conversion is applied and no gap is calculated: the figures stand as each store printed them, with tax included on one side and not stated on the other. Both Indian watches were reduced by half that day, so the regular figure and the figure paid are different numbers.
Watch tiers on this site run Budget under ₹3,000, Mid ₹3,000–15,000, Premium ₹15,000–1,00,000 and Luxury above that. This audit places Amazfit at Premium on the two regular prices its own Indian store published on 24 September 2026, ₹69,999 and ₹49,999. The same store sold models well below ₹15,000 that day, so the band describes the two watches priced here.
One wording difference deserves attention. The brand’s Indian store never uses the letters MRP: it prints “Regular price”, “Sale price” and “All prices are inclusive of Taxes”. The Amazon.in listing prints “M.R.P.: ₹49,999.00”.
What the Indian page says the watch measures
This is the part that matters most on a smartwatch, because the product makes measurable promises about the buyer’s body. This page prints the claim and the disclaimer, says where each sits, and takes no view on what any sensor does.
Under a collapsible heading called “Health Features”, the Indian T-Rex 3 Pro page lists “24H Monitoring: Heart rate / Blood-oxygen saturation / Stress level / Skin temperature (thermometer)”, manual measurement of the first three, sleep monitoring covering heart rate variability, sleep stages, naps and a sleep score, and a “Health Assessment System: PAI”. The Indian Balance 2 page lists the same set without skin temperature, and carries body composition in its footnotes but not in that list at all.
Higher up the same T-Rex 3 Pro page, in the marketing copy a buyer scrolls through first, the brand writes that the watch “is equipped with our advanced BioTracker™ sensor, delivering highly accurate heart-rate tracking even in challenging outdoor conditions”, and that its sensors together “provide pro-grade accuracy you can rely on”.
The qualification sits somewhere else. It is footnote 11, inside a collapsible block headed “Notes” at the very bottom of the page — below the marketing, below the comparison table, below the specifications, and closed by default.
This product and the Zepp App are not medical devices and cannot be used for medical purposes, or as basis for diagnosis of any medical condition. Detection results are provided for reference only.
Both are the brand’s own words, on one page, read on one day. The distance between them is the finding.
ECG, blood pressure and a certificate about China
Neither Indian product page read carries an electrocardiogram feature, blood-pressure measurement, or any atrial-fibrillation or irregular-rhythm notification. Searching both for ECG, electrocardiogram, blood pressure, AFib and atrial showed none of those words, and none of the 47 records in the Indian catalogue carried them.
That absence is not an Indian story, and this page will not turn it into one: the American store page for the same Balance 2 model, read the same day, lists no ECG, blood-pressure or body-composition feature either.
The one regulatory statement the owner makes is about somewhere else. The 2025 annual report says the company’s blood pressure measurement software “was certified by the National Medical Products Administration as Class II medical devices” in 2023, and that it then “integrated the certified software into our products launched in the Chinese market in 2024”. That regulator is China’s, and India is not mentioned in the passage.
The warranty that excludes medical use
The Indian warranty runs one year on the watch and the charger and seven days on the strap, refurbished products three months. A defective device gets a free exchange within seven days and then “extended 1-year support and warranty”.
| Item, as the brand’s Indian table prints it | Warranty period |
|---|---|
| “All Huami series watches Host” | 1 Year |
| “Charger” | 1 Year |
| “Strap” | 7 Days |
| Refurbished products, per the refund policy | 3 months from date of purchase |
The brand’s own Indian exchange and refund policy pages, read 24 September 2026.
The exclusions are where this section earns its heading. Among eight listed items the warranty does not cover “(vii) use for medical, healthcare or treatment purposes”. That exclusion sits in the same company’s Indian documents as a product page listing heart rate, blood-oxygen saturation, stress, skin temperature and sleep monitoring.
What the pages do not settle is what happens after day seven — whether a claim in month five brings a repair or a replacement. Service is thin too: one address is published for the whole country, in Ghaziabad.
What the registers show
The Indian standards register produced real records. A brand search on AMAZFIT on the compulsory registration scheme’s list of registered manufacturers showed fifteen entries that day, and a search on ZEPP two more.
| Reading, 24 September 2026 | What the register showed |
|---|---|
| Entries under the brand AMAZFIT | 15 |
| Status “Registered” | 6 |
| Status “Expired” | 9 |
| Where the registrants are | China and Vietnam |
| Entries held by Zepp Health Corporation or the Indian importer | None |
| Entries under the brand ZEPP | 2, both “Expired” |
| Registration numbers printed on any Indian listing read | None |
The compulsory registration scheme’s list of registered manufacturers, searched by brand on 24 September 2026, with a nonsense brand run as a control.
Every name on those rows is a contract manufacturer in China or Vietnam, which matches what the owner says of itself: it has “no internal manufacturing capabilities” and relies on “several contract manufacturers”.
A registration is granted per factory and per model scope, so an expired row is not a finding about any watch on sale. And because no registration number is printed on any Indian listing read, a buyer cannot match a watch in the shop to a row in that register.
The medical-devices regulator is a shorter story. Its online system publishes no searchable list of licence holders a member of the public can query, and the two approved-device lists it does publish showed no rows for any company at all. So no registration record was read for Amazfit, Zepp or the Indian importer, and the absence of a readable list is not evidence about any company.
What the Indian declarations say
The legal-metrology block is the most useful thing on any Indian listing, and the two Amazfit sources read that day do not carry the same fields.
| Field | Brand’s own Indian store | Amazon.in listing, Balance 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Importer | “Imported & Marketed By: PR INNOVATIONS PVT LTD”, Agra 282002 | “PR innovations Pvt. Ltd.”, Pandav Nagar, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, East Delhi 110091 |
| Manufacturer | Not named | “Anhui Huami Information Technology Co., Ltd”, Hefei |
| Packer | Not named | “Anhui Huami Information Technology Co., Ltd”, Hefei |
| Country of origin | “Country Of Origin: China” | “Country of Origin — China” |
| Price wording | “All prices are inclusive of Taxes” | “M.R.P.: ₹49,999.00”, “Inclusive of all taxes” |
| Warranty wording | 1 Year on the watch, per the exchange policy | “1 year warranty provided by the Importer from date of purchase” |
| Sold by | The brand’s own store | “Sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd”, “Ships from Amazon” |
The brand’s Indian product pages and the Amazon.in listing for ASIN B0F8HNKK6Z, read 24 September 2026.
The marketplace names a manufacturer and a packer where the brand’s own store names neither. The company named there, Anhui Huami Information Technology Co., Ltd, appears in the 2025 subsidiary list as a consolidated variable interest entity of the owner.
There is no third reading. On the large Indian fashion marketplace this site sounds for prices and declarations, a smart watch search showed 476 products that day and no Amazfit brand value exists on it at all, so no price, seller or declaration is reported from it. A control brand read in the same session showed thirty listings at a median MRP of ₹4,749.
The brand’s own store names an importer and an origin but no manufacturer and no packer; the marketplace listing names all four. That block is on the box too, so turn it over before you pay.
The record
Searching the Indian case database on 24 September 2026 for Amazfit, Huami and the quoted term “Zepp” showed no matching result on any of the three. The same database, searched the same way for another Indian consumer-electronics brand, showed 53 results — so the engine was answering, and the three zeros are readings.
Nobody has ruled on Amazfit, on Zepp or on the Indian importer in the material read.
The advertising record
One matter names the company behind the brand. Case 2024-7-30-1-C.32142 records the advertiser as Anhui Huami Information Technology Co and the brand as “Amazfit GTS 2 mini”, on a complaint by the General Public, and gives the outcome in the register’s own word, “Upheld”, as contravening Chapter I of the code; the complaint was created on 21 January 2020 and the record updated on 30 July 2024. A search of the complaint-outcome, non-contested and direct-violation registers that day under Amazfit, Huami and Zepp found that matter and nothing further, with a control search in the same session showing rows for a company with a known record.
The limits matter as much as the finding. That was a decision on one advertisement for one model as it then stood. It is not a standing ban on any form of words, nobody has ruled on any Amazfit page as it reads today, and the body that decided it is a self-regulatory industry council rather than a statutory regulator.
Common questions
Is Amazfit a Xiaomi brand?
No, on the current filing. Zepp Health Corporation’s annual report says Xiaomi held 15.3% of its total outstanding shares as at 28 February 2026 and has appointed one director to its board. Revenue from Xiaomi wearable products fell from US$92.0 million in 2023 to US$11.0 million in 2024 and to nil in 2025, and the same filing lists Xiaomi among its competitors. A 15.3% holding is a shareholding, not control.
Who imports Amazfit into India?
The brand’s Indian FAQ says the products “are Imported & Marketed By: PR INNOVATIONS PVT LTD”. On the register that is P.R. Innovations Private Limited, CIN U51101UP2013PTC059368, status “Active”, incorporated 5 September 2013 at Agra. No published document read describes a licence, joint venture or equity link between that company and Zepp Health Corporation — importer and marketer is the whole of the documented relationship.
What does an Amazfit cost in India against America?
On 24 September 2026 the brand’s Indian store listed the T-Rex 3 Pro at a regular ₹69,999, reduced to ₹34,999, and its American store listed the same watch at $399.99. The Balance 2 was ₹49,999 reduced to ₹24,999 in India and $299.99 in America. No conversion is applied here: the Indian prices are marked inclusive of taxes and the American ones carry no tax line beside them.
Does an Amazfit take an ECG or measure blood pressure?
Neither Indian product page read on 24 September 2026 lists ECG, blood-pressure measurement or irregular-rhythm notification, and neither does the American page for the same Balance 2 model — so this is not an Indian restriction. Zepp says its blood-pressure software was certified by China’s medical products regulator as a Class II medical device in 2023 and went into products launched in the Chinese market in 2024; India is not mentioned in that passage.
Where do you get an Amazfit repaired in India?
The brand publishes one service-centre address for the whole country, at Reliance Plaza, Sector 4B, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad 201012, read 24 September 2026. Warranty is one year on the watch and the charger and seven days on the strap, with a seven-day exchange window. The Indian pages do not say whether a claim after that window is settled by repair or by replacement, so ask before you buy.

- Indian marketplace reading of 24 September 2026 — the 476-product smart watch search, the absence of any Amazfit brand value on the platform, and the control brand’s thirty listings at a median MRP of ₹4,749
On paperwork, Amazfit answers questions its Indian pages could have left unanswered. The owner is listed and files in dollars, so a reader can see US$258.9 million of revenue and a US$40.1 million net loss for 2025 rather than guess. The importer is named on the brand’s own pages with a CIN anyone can look up, and the origin is declared as China on both Indian sources read.
What the money buys is harder. A ₹69,999 regular price reduced to ₹34,999 is two prices, not one, against $399.99 on the brand’s own American store. One service address is published for the entire country, and no registration number appears on any Indian listing to match against the fifteen standards-register rows. The page that markets “highly accurate heart-rate tracking” near the top puts the line saying the product is not a medical device in a collapsed footnote at the bottom.
Buy it as a well-documented sports watch on discount, read the footnote before the marketing copy, and read the footnote’s own words before you read a health number on your wrist.
