Dolce Crudo has an Italian-sounding name and a Kolkata address. It is a women’s clothing label of Chase Lifestyle Private Limited, a West Bengal company, and no page read on 30 September 2026 places the brand, its owner or its making in Italy, or explains the two words. The label’s own shop is a collection on chasehaul.com, the owner’s multi-label site.
Chase Lifestyle’s name is on that shop, its policies and the trade mark. A large Indian fashion marketplace, read the same day, listed 2,671 items under DOLCE CRUDO; twenty were opened, and each named Pants Theory as seller and under “Manufactured By”, at the two Kolkata addresses Chase Lifestyle’s own site prints.
A Kolkata company, Chase Lifestyle Private Limited, “Active” on register mirrors, runs chasehaul.com, sells Dolce Crudo there, and is the name a trade-mark mirror prints on the class 25 Dolce Crudo device mark. On the marketplace, the twenty listings opened on 30 September 2026 named Pants Theory Pvt. Ltd., at the brand’s own registered address, as seller and “Manufactured By” company, and India as origin. Own-site jeans sold at ₹925 to ₹1,455 against MRPs up to ₹3,595; chasehaul.com allows seven days for returns and, under its FAQ and refund pages, does not refund a ₹100 pick-up charge; none of the pages read mentions a warranty.

Who owns Dolce Crudo
Company and mark details below are copies, not originals: ZaubaCorp and TheCompanyCheck republish the companies register, QuickCompany the trade-mark register. ZaubaCorp gives Chase Lifestyle Private Limited CIN U14101WB2012PTC186648, status “Active”, and incorporation on 1 October 2012 at ROC Kolkata: a private, unlisted company limited by shares, with ₹1,00,000 as both authorised and paid-up capital and a registered office at “7A, Pretoria Street, , KOLKATA, West Bengal, India – 700071”. TheCompanyCheck agrees on status, date, capital and address. No document read records a change of control or sets out who owns the shares.
The shop fills in the rest. Its FAQ calls chasehaul.com “the official direct-to-consumer e-commerce destination of Chase Lifestyle Private Limited, a House of Brands”; the About page dates the business “founded in Kolkata in 2012” and gives this label one line, “Trend pieces re-engineered for movement.” Chase Lifestyle sells Miss Chase through the same shop, presenting it as another of its own labels. The FAQ counts six labels, the About and home pages seven (adding Eyza).
Searched for “dolce crudo”, QuickCompany shows one entry: No. 4187432, a device mark pairing the name with artwork, class 25, “Clothing”. Filed on 25 May 2019 at the Kolkata office, published in the journal on 17 August 2019 and certified on 29 November 2019, it reads “Registered”, valid until 25 May 2029, with Chase Lifestyle Private Limited of Kolkata printed as proprietor.
The entry shows one company applying for a picture-and-name mark for clothing and taking the application to a certificate. A trade-mark entry records ownership of the mark; it does not say who makes or sells a given garment.
The mirror lists 23 marks under Chase Lifestyle, including the fabric names on Dolce Crudo pages: 24/7 Comfort Tech (No. 7073229) and Chasestretch (No. 7073227), both class 25 and “Marked for Exam”, and CHASEshape (No. 6843503), class 24, “Formalities Chk Pass”.
How Dolce Crudo reaches the shelf
Two routes appear, under two company names. The first is chasehaul.com, pitched on the About page as buying “without a marketplace in between”. The terms and home-page footer carry “© 2023 Chase Lifestyle Private Limited. All rights reserved”; the terms give no street address, CIN, GSTIN or governing-law clause. The contact page lists “Ground Floor, 7A, Baljit Kunj, Pretoria Street, Shakespeare Sarani, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, (700071)”, the street number and PIN of the registered office; the FAQ lists “36/1E/1G East Topsia Road, Kolkata, WB- 700039”. No page read says which is office, works or store. Product pages name Chase Lifestyle at East Topsia Road as manufacturer, India as origin, and no separate marketer.
The second is the marketplace, where PANTS THEORY PVT. LTD. sold all twenty records opened. No store count or channel split is published, and nothing read puts the label under a licence, franchise or retailer programme.
- The class 25 device markChase Lifestyle Private Limited, Kolkata, printed as proprietor on QuickCompany; “Registered” until 2029
- chasehaul.comOperated by Chase Lifestyle; policies, footer and contact page carry its name
- Own-site product pageManufacturer: Chase Lifestyle Private Limited, East Topsia Road; origin India
- Marketplace seller of recordPANTS THEORY PVT. LTD., 20 records out of 20
- Marketplace “Manufactured By”Pants Theory Pvt Ltd, 20 out of 20, at Pretoria Street or East Topsia Road
The same two Kolkata addresses turn up on both routes; the company name changes between shop and marketplace.
chasehaul.com pages and the QuickCompany mark page, read 30 September 2026; marketplace records opened the same day.
Dolce Crudo on the shelf
The DOLCE CRUDO facet stood at 2,671 listings, and no other facet used the name. Its first forty were 25 pairs of shorts, 11 skirts, 2 jumpsuits, a dress and a co-ord set.
Their median tag was ₹3,120 and median asking price ₹1,231, a share of 39.5%, with all forty below MRP. One straight-fit, high-rise stretch jeans listing was tagged ₹3,495 and selling at ₹1,418. Thirty pieces behind the Shorts filter came to ₹2,145 and ₹1,137, 53.0%, each one marked down. Among the ten Indian labels measured this way on the same date, seven kept more of the tag; only House of Pataudi (33.3%) and Jompers (28.7%) kept less.
Each opened record has four declared fields, copied as printed: seller, origin, “Manufactured By” and importer. They name who took the money and who put its name to the goods; they show no sewing floor, cutting date or designer. Here: Pants Theory, India and a blank importer field, twenty times each.
Where Dolce Crudo is made
No country but India appears: three own-site product pages and all twenty marketplace records say so. The About page describes the company as making the labels it sells, but names no plant, unit or contract maker.
The maker line names a different company on each route. Under Indian packaging rules that line identifies whoever answers for the product, which makes it a signature rather than a map reference. Chase Lifestyle signs on its own product pages, Pants Theory on the marketplace, and neither proves a skirt was sewn at the address beside it.
Trade names carry the fabric story. CHASEshape jeans promise “Level 1 shaping” from a panel inside the waistband, with no compression figure; 24/7 Comfort-Tech denim is called “noticeably softer and more breathable” than ordinary denim, with no test or certifier. No care instructions or sustainability claim appeared on the pages read.
This is not the brand you buy to replace in six months. It is the brand you wear until the denim tells a story.
chasehaul.com, Dolce Crudo collection page, read 30 September 2026. The same page calls Dolce Crudo a “premium fashion label”.
That page also speaks of “the weight of the fabric”, but no product page read states a weight in GSM or ounces, and no page read cites a wash test for its line about colour that fades “after three washes”.
Chase Lifestyle on the mark, Pants Theory on the pack
ZaubaCorp prints PANTS THEORY PRIVATE LIMITED with CIN U51909WB2019PTC232027, status “Active”, incorporated on 22 May 2019 at RoC Kolkata, with ₹10 lakh authorised and ₹1 lakh paid up. Its activity code 5190 reads “Other wholesale…”. Its registered office, printed “7A PRETORIA STREET KOLKATA West Bengal 700071”, matches Chase Lifestyle’s by number, street and PIN.
The maker lines follow suit. Fourteen of the twenty put Pants Theory at 7A Pretoria Street: twelve as “7A Pretoria Street, Baljit Kunj, Kolkata 700071”, one spelling the building “Balaji Kunj”, one with PIN 700143. The other six read “36/1E/1G East Topsia Road, Kolkata 700039”, one spaced differently, which is the address chasehaul.com prints beside Chase Lifestyle’s name on its Dolce Crudo product pages.
So the marketplace listings name Pants Theory, at the brand’s own registered address, as seller and maker, while Chase Lifestyle is named on the mark, the website and the own-shop maker line.
Returns, warranty and who answers
On chasehaul.com the money goes to Chase Lifestyle, named as operator on the refund page. The window is “7 days hassle free returns and exchange from the date of delivery”, plus seven days for the parcel to arrive back; LUXE products get three days. Exchanges are for size only; for a different piece, the buyer returns the first for store credit.
The ₹100 differs by page. The FAQ and refund page say the ₹100 handling or pick-up charge “will not be refunded in case of any return”; the collection page calls it return shipping, waived for a wrong or damaged item, with exchanges free. The company allows itself seven business days to process a return and puts prepaid refunds, to the original payment mode, at five to seven business days; cash-on-delivery buyers get a coupon of equal value, valid a year, sent on WhatsApp and usable once.
Those rules are the written terms found. No page read mentions a warranty; a grievance officer appears on none of the terms, privacy policy, contact page or footer, and complaints go to hello@chasehaul.com or a WhatsApp number. On the marketplace the counterparty changes: Pants Theory sold every record opened, and the chasehaul.com policy is Chase Lifestyle’s, not a statement of that seller’s terms.
What Dolce Crudo costs in India
Nothing read gives a Dolce Crudo price abroad, and all twenty marketplace records named India as origin with the importer field left empty, so this section sets the owner’s shop beside the marketplace.
| Jeans on chasehaul.com | SKU as printed | Fibre as printed | MRP | Selling price | Price as share of MRP |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 24/7 Comfort black straight-fit high-rise | DOAW24DEN83-38-62-26 | “71.4%Cotton, 26.6%Polyester, 2% Elastane” | ₹3,245 | ₹1,425, shown as 56% off | 43.9% |
| CHASEshape light-blue wide-leg high-rise | DOAW24DEN83-36-158-26 | “71.4% Cotton, 26.6% Polyester, 2% Elastane” | ₹3,245 | ₹1,455, shown as 55% off | 44.8% |
| 24/7 Comfort black skinny-fit high-rise | DOSS24DEN95-18-62-26 | “69% Cotton 29% Polyester 2% Elastane” | ₹2,895 | ₹1,125, shown as 61% off | 38.9% |
Three chasehaul.com product pages, read 30 September 2026; share is selling price over MRP.
The full jeans collection held 38 pieces, tagged ₹1,899 to ₹3,595 and selling at ₹925 to ₹1,455, every one discounted, by 39% to 66%. The main collection page showed sale prices of ₹1,100 to ₹1,595. On the day read, no piece in the jeans collection was selling at its tag.
The marketplace’s ₹1,231 median falls inside that own-shop range, but it covers a different mix, mostly shorts and skirts, and no own-site SKU was matched to a listing; they are two readings, not one garment priced twice. For how larger Indian high-street chains price women’s basics, see FashionAudit’s audit of Westside and the Reliance Trends audit.
Checking a Dolce Crudo is genuine
No authorised-seller list or statement on copies appears on the pages read, so these checks rest on what the paperwork prints.
Expect Pants Theory on the marketplace
On 30 September 2026 each of the twenty records opened gave PANTS THEORY PVT. LTD. as seller and Pants Theory Pvt Ltd under “Manufactured By”. If a listing names a different company, ask the seller about it before you buy.
Look for one of two Kolkata addresses
Every maker line read gave 7A Pretoria Street or 36/1E/1G East Topsia Road, the same two addresses the brand’s own site prints.
Search the style code on chasehaul.com
Own-site jeans carry codes such as DOAW24DEN83-38-62-26 and DOSS24DEN95-18-62-26. The product page for a code gives the brand’s MRP and fibre split to set beside the listing.
Know the owner’s own floor
The cheapest jeans on chasehaul.com sold at ₹925 on 30 September 2026. A price far under that floor sits outside the range the owner’s shop showed that day.
The record in India
The material read is registry and shop paperwork: both companies “Active”, the device mark “Registered”. None of it came from a court or regulator database, and within it FashionAudit did not find a case or regulatory action naming Dolce Crudo, Chase Lifestyle or Pants Theory.
Who Dolce Crudo is actually for
Dolce Crudo suits a buyer after stretch jeans (sizes 24 to 38), shorts or skirts at the sale price, who wants the fibre split printed on each piece. It suits less well anyone buying the name as Italian or wanting a written warranty. For other Indian women’s labels traced here, see FashionAudit’s Libas audit and its page on Anouk.
Common questions
Is Dolce Crudo an Italian brand?
No page read places it in Italy. Its owner, Chase Lifestyle Private Limited, is registered in Kolkata, the shop describes a business “founded in Kolkata in 2012”, and every product page and marketplace record read declared India as the country of origin. The brand does not explain the name.
Which company is behind Dolce Crudo?
Chase Lifestyle Private Limited, CIN U14101WB2012PTC186648, incorporated on 1 October 2012. It operates chasehaul.com, sells the label there, and appears as proprietor of device mark No. 4187432 on the QuickCompany mirror. No record of the company’s share ownership was read.
Why does Pants Theory appear on Dolce Crudo listings?
On 30 September 2026 Pants Theory Pvt. Ltd. was the seller and the “Manufactured By” company on all twenty marketplace records opened. It is a separate Kolkata company, incorporated on 22 May 2019, with its registered office at 7A Pretoria Street, the same address as Chase Lifestyle’s.
Where are Dolce Crudo clothes made?
In India, according to every declaration read. The maker line names Chase Lifestyle on the brand’s own product pages and Pants Theory on the marketplace, at Kolkata addresses; that line names who answers for the goods, and no page read identifies a factory.
Can I return Dolce Crudo jeans bought on chasehaul.com?
Yes, within seven days of delivery, or three days for LUXE products, with size exchanges only. The policy pages keep a ₹100 pick-up charge, while the collection page waives it for wrong or damaged items. Cash-on-delivery refunds come back as a one-year, single-use coupon.

Dolce Crudo is a Kolkata label with an Italian name. The mirror prints Chase Lifestyle Private Limited on the class 25 mark; the same company operates chasehaul.com and calls itself manufacturer on its product pages. On the marketplace, the listings opened name Pants Theory, at the same Kolkata addresses, as seller and maker.
Every jeans style on the owner’s shop was 39% to 66% off on the day read, and the marketplace’s first forty had a median price of 39.5% of the median MRP. The product pages state no fabric weight or test method for the durability and comfort lines; returns allow seven days, with a ₹100 charge two pages describe differently, and no warranty is mentioned.
Buy Dolce Crudo at the discounted price, not the tag, and check whose returns policy applies to your order, the owner’s shop or the marketplace seller’s, before the window starts running.
