One hundred distinct HRX listings were sounded on India’s largest fashion marketplace on 15 September 2026. The median printed price was ₹1,999; the median charged was ₹549. That is 30.4% of MRP — the lowest share of a printed price this site has recorded across 253 brands.
The shelf belongs to the same group. Myntra’s own catalogue carries its house-brand attribute on 100 of 100 HRX products read on 19 September 2026 — the marking it also puts on Roadster, whose shelf charged 37.4% of MRP on 11 September 2026. Two house labels on one platform, seven points apart.
The difference is the paperwork. Roadster’s marks stand in Myntra Designs’ own name; the HRX marks stand in the name of a Mumbai company Myntra holds 51% of.
XS Brands Consultancy Private Limited of Mumbai owns the HRX marks, and Myntra Designs has held 51% of that company since 5 August 2016 — a majority-owned subsidiary, not a licence and not a wholly owned own-label. The shelf charged 30.4% of MRP on 15 September 2026, median MRP ₹1,999 against ₹549 paid. Origin is India on all forty declaration records read. Rapid Dry, anti-microbial and moisture-wicking are claimed on the listings; no test, standard or certification is published beside any of them.

Where HRX came from
The trade mark register dates the brand to 2010: the class 25 mark carries a use-since date of 1 May 2010, and the company that filed it was incorporated in December that year.
An American application for HRX was filed in XS Brands’ name on 10 January 2019 and abandoned in December 2021 — filed the same day, in the same run of serial numbers, as ROADSTER and DRESSBERRY, which Myntra Designs filed in its own name.
Who owns HRX now
Myntra Designs’ audited statements for 2024-25 settle it in one table row. The subsidiary schedule reads “XS Brands Consultancy Private Limited | India | Subsidiary | 51% | 51% | August 5,2016”, and the consolidated accounts carry a non-controlling interest of ₹174 million at 31 March 2025 against ₹175 million a year earlier — the 49% Myntra does not hold, priced. No published source names who holds that 49%. These figures come from a news site’s copy of the filed accounts, not a registry download.
- XS Brands Consultancy Private LimitedHolds the HRX marks; Mumbai, from December 2010
- Myntra Designs Private LimitedHolds 51% since 5 August 2016
- Flipkart Private Limited, SingaporeIntermediate holding company, per Myntra’s accounts
- Walmart Inc., U.S.A.Ultimate holding company with effect from 18 August 2018
One caveat travels with it: the accounts describe the position at 31 March 2025, and the chain reaches HRX at 51%, not 100%.
The company itself is small. Myntra’s auditor records of the subsidiary total assets of ₹2.5 million and revenues of nil, beside a catalogue of 22,898 listings sold by other companies. The company that owns the name is not the company that sells the goods.
What HRX costs in India
We sounded 100 distinct listings from a 22,897-item shelf on 15 September 2026. The median MRP was ₹1,999 and the median paid ₹549 — 30.4% of the tag, with 97 of the hundred reduced, and a gap of ₹1,450 on the label.
| Brand, same platform | Share of MRP charged | Median MRP | Read on |
|---|---|---|---|
| HRX | 30.4% | ₹1,999 | 15 September 2026 |
| Roadster | 37.4% | — | 11 September 2026 |
| The North Face | 48.6% | ₹9,999 | 15 September 2026 |
| Nautica | 60.0% | ₹2,299 | 15 September 2026 |
| Decathlon | 71.0% | ₹2,599 | 15 September 2026 |
| Columbia | 97.7% | ₹3,999 | 15 September 2026 |
The shape underneath is worth more than the number. The hundred listings carried 24 distinct MRPs and 53 discount rungs: a pricing grid rather than a price per garment, which matters to anyone weighing a ₹1,999 HRX tag.
Twenty-four printed prices across a catalogue of 22,897 items, and fifty-three different ways of coming down from them.
What the shelf sells is the second surprise. Caps came to 34 of the hundred, trunks 22, duffel bags 17 and vests 9 — 82 of 100 listings were headwear, innerwear or bags, not performance apparel.
Tier is computed from what is charged rather than the MRP, and ₹549 puts HRX in the Budget band on this site’s apparel scale.
Import duty does not explain the price: origin is India on all forty records read, and a garment sewn in Bengaluru and sold in Mumbai crosses no customs frontier. And the number of companies on the label says nothing about the price — HRX and Nautica each declare twelve manufacturers and sit 29.6 points apart.
The performance words, and what stands behind them
HRX sells fitness. Forty-five products were read in full on 19 September 2026, across searches for rapid dry, compression, jackets and sports, taking the descriptions and specification blocks as published.
| What the listings claim | Products of 45 | Number published | Test, standard or test house named |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rapid Dry | 13 | None | None |
| Anti-microbial | 5 | None | None |
| Moisture-wicking | 5 | None | None |
| Compression | 0 | — | — |
| UPF or SPF | 0 | — | — |
| GSM, any figure | 0 | — | — |
| Fibre composition | 35 | Yes, as percentages | Not applicable |
Here are the claims, as they appear. One Rapid Dry T-shirt is “Made from moisture-wicking, rapid dry fabric”, and the composition on the same listing is 60% cotton and 40% polyester. A yoga tee is “cut from bio washed cotton for superior comfort”. No test method, no test house, no standard and no certification accompanies any of them.
GSM — grams per square metre, the weight of a fabric — is a figure listings on the same platform do carry: XYXX prints 310 GSM and 185 GSM on its own. None of the forty-five HRX listings prints one.
The composition is the interesting half. Fibre percentages are published on 35 of 45, more specific than many pages twice the price manage. That is the shape Lacoste has: precise about what the cloth is made of, silent on whether anything was tested.
Decathlon shows the contrast, publishing hydrostatic head in millimetres, gram weights and wind-tunnel validation to British buyers and none of it against the same model ID in India. A test result is a thing an apparel listing can carry; on forty-five HRX products, none does.
One more field. Every Myntra product carries a “Sustainable” attribute; across the forty-five, 43 read “Regular” and 2 carried no value. The platform has the field and these products are not marked in it. Nothing follows about the garments.
Who makes HRX, and who sells it
Forty product records were read in full on 15 September 2026. The manufacturer line is filled on all forty, a real point in HRX’s favour. Origin is India on all forty and net quantity is declared on 36.
Twelve distinct companies are named as manufacturer. Jasmine Apparels Private Limited of Dasarahalli Extension, Bengaluru leads on 19 of 40; Dispenser Store of Surat appears on 9; Technocraft Ventures of Ghaziabad and Verkossa Ecomm of Kolkata carry 2 each.
Jasmine Apparels is a registered company: incorporated on 22 April 1997 at the address the declaration prints, registered for the manufacture of wearing apparel.
For another label whose Indian declarations were read the same way, see the Jack & Jones audit.
The counters behind the shelf
Not one of the five sellers of record is Myntra. Supercom Net carries 19 of 40, Dispenser Store 10, Technocraft Ventures 4, Verkossa Ecomm 4 and Doel Worldwide 1.
Can a buyer check an HRX product?
Not against anything published for this market. No code, hologram, serial number, verification page or authorised-seller list was found.
For comparison, Puma publishes an Indian warranty page naming its authorised marketplaces and stating that goods bought from unauthorised sellers are not eligible for a claim. For HRX, none was found — a fact about what is published, not evidence that any counterfeit exists.
Read the block on the tag
Manufacturer or packer with address, MRP inclusive of all taxes, origin and net quantity. On the listings read, a manufacturer and an origin appeared on all forty, net quantity on 36.
Look at who is selling
Five companies sell these goods and not one is the brand owner or the marketplace. The seller of record is on the listing — read it before you need it.
Treat the MRP as a starting figure
A percentage off this tag is arithmetic against a number the shelf rarely charges: 97 of 100 reduced, off 24 MRPs and 53 discount rungs.
What a court has decided
No decided consumer, labelling, quality or counterfeit matter involving HRX or XS Brands was found on the Indian case-law record on 15 September 2026, on the terms searched.
Who HRX is actually for
At ₹549 for the median item, HRX is one of the cheapest ways to buy a gym vest, a cap or a pair of trunks in India, and every record read carries a named manufacturer and an Indian origin.
It suits a buyer who chooses on fibre and price. A Rapid Dry tee on the listings read is 60% cotton and 40% polyester, and the listing publishes no drying figure to compare against another brand’s, so the fibre percentages are the most useful thing on the page.
What the advertising record shows
India’s advertising council publishes the complaints it has decided, and nothing on that record names HRX or XS Brands Consultancy as at 20 September 2026.
Two limits go with it. The council is a self-regulatory body rather than a statutory regulator, so nothing it decides binds anyone. And the record covers complaints decided up to that day: nobody has ruled on any advertisement running now.
Common questions
Who owns HRX?
The HRX marks belong to XS Brands Consultancy Private Limited, a Mumbai company incorporated on 28 December 2010. Myntra Designs Private Limited has held 51% of it since 5 August 2016, which its audited accounts for 2024-25 record as a subsidiary holding with a non-controlling interest of ₹174 million. Above Myntra, those accounts name Flipkart as intermediate holding company and Walmart as ultimate holding company. It is a majority holding, not a wholly owned label and not a licence.
Why is HRX so heavily discounted?
On 15 September 2026, 97 of 100 listings sounded were reduced, at a median paid price of ₹549 against a median MRP of ₹1,999 — 30.4% of the tag, the lowest share this site has recorded. The 22,897-item shelf runs on 24 distinct MRPs and 53 discount rungs, which is a price grid rather than a price per garment.
Is there a test behind Rapid Dry or the anti-microbial claim?
None is published. Across 45 products read in full on 19 September 2026, Rapid Dry is claimed on 13, anti-microbial on 5 and moisture-wicking on 5, and no test method, test house, standard or certification appears beside any of them. No GSM figure appears on any of the 45 either, while fibre composition is published on 35. Nothing here tests the fabric — the finding is about what is published.
Where is HRX made, and who sells it?
Country of origin is declared as India on all forty records read on 15 September 2026, and twelve distinct companies are named as manufacturer, led by Jasmine Apparels of Bengaluru on 19 of them. Five companies are sellers of record — Supercom Net on 19, Dispenser Store on 10, and three others — and Myntra Designs is the seller on none.
Can I check whether an HRX product is genuine?
Not against anything the brand publishes for Indian buyers. No code, hologram, serial number, verification page or authorised-seller list was found. The checks that exist are the declaration on the tag and the name of the seller of record on the listing.

The paperwork is better than the price suggests. Every one of the forty records read names a manufacturer and declares India as the country of origin, and the largest of those manufacturers is a Bengaluru company registered in 1997. At ₹549 for the median item on 15 September 2026, import duty plays no part in the price.
The performance words are where a buyer has less to go on. Rapid Dry appears on 13 products, anti-microbial on 5 and moisture-wicking on 5, and the 45 listings read publish no drying time, fabric weight, standard or test house beside them. Fibre composition is published on 35.
Good value for caps, trunks and everyday gym basics at the prices the shelf charged in September 2026; choose on the fibre percentage, and read the seller’s name before you buy.
