Who owns Styli
Styli is a retailer first; its Apple listing on the Indian storefront, read 26 September 2026, names Puma, Skechers, Adidas, Lee Cooper, New Balance and Jack & Jones among its stock. A trade-press piece of 9 September 2024 put it in one line: “Made for young, mobile and tech-savvy customers across the GCC, STYLI is an e-commerce platform under the Landmark Group for fashion.” Inside that shop is a house label: Styli’s own product pages carry no brand in the title — “Plain Short Sleeves Slim Fit Polo T-shirt” — which is how an own label is merchandised.

Only one of the four carries the group’s name — Landmark Retail Investment Co. LLC — and only one, Retail Cart Trading LLC, states in a document that it belongs to the group. No document read sets out how the four stand to one another, so no chart arranges them. “Retail World Limited” on Google Play and “Retail World Public” on the Indian mirror are two strings, and nothing read says they are one company.
None of the four publishes a revenue, a profit or a store count, and none is listed. The manufacturer line invites the wrong reading. The marketplace prints, under the word manufacturer, the party declared answerable for the goods; the heading describes a duty, not a building. So PREMIERE RETAIL TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED is declared answerable for 18 of these 20 garments, and the seller of record, the party a buyer’s contract is with, is the same company on 19 of 20.
Three company names therefore appear around Styli in India: Retail Cart Trading LLC, Saudi by its own statement; Retail World Public, at a Road Town address on the Indian mark; and PREMIERE RETAIL TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED, the Indian seller of record. Where Styli is made
