Yoho is a Delhi footwear brand run by Innovative Lifestyle Technology Private Limited, a private company incorporated on 20 October 2020. It sells slippers, sliders and sneakers under names such as ArchFlex, Bubbles and Blinc, and much of its range is sold as “orthopaedic”.

Yoho is an Indian brand, run by a founder-led Delhi company backed by named investors through reported funding rounds. Every one of 40 Myntra listings read on 21 September 2026 declared India as the country of origin, the company was seller of record on all 40, and at least 13 entities were named as manufacturer. The median price paid was ₹2,159, or 57.6% of MRP.

Who owns Yoho
The brand’s site names its operator in its footer and terms: Innovative Lifestyle Technology Private Limited, with CIN U51909DL2020PTC371873 and an address in Badli Industrial Area, Delhi. The privacy policy adds the company’s GSTIN. The terms say they are governed by Delhi law, with disputes going to Delhi courts only.
The CIN tells its own story. The U marks an unlisted company, DL a Delhi registration, 2020 the year of incorporation, and PTC an ordinary private company rather than a subsidiary of a foreign one. The register mirrors ZaubaCorp and Tofler record incorporation on 20 October 2020, and the brand’s own technology page gives the same date. Several press reports say the brand was founded in 2021; the register date is the one used here.
The co-founders are Ahmad Hushsham and Prateek Singhal, both directors on the mirrors. Inc42’s BrandLabs feature of 28 December 2024, a sponsored article, describes Hushsham as a former Jabong and Paytm Mall hand and Singhal as an IIT Delhi mechanical engineer who worked at Tata 1mg and Zomato. The third current director is Sanjeev Misra, appointed on 29 January 2021.
No mirror read showed who holds what percentage of the company, and nothing read records a change of control. The investors below hold stakes of undisclosed size. On that record, Yoho is a founder-led company with outside investors, not a subsidiary of anyone.
The money behind it
Yoho has not been bootstrapped. Every round below comes from press reports; no company or investor release was found for any of them.
On 12 October 2022 Business Standard and Entrackr reported a ₹20 crore round, which they called pre-Series A and other outlets called Series A. Business Standard said it was “led by Rajeev Mishra, CEO of Softbank Vision Fund, Rukam Capital, and Vijay Shekhar Sharma, founder of Paytm” — Misra investing as an individual, not SoftBank. Rukam Capital’s own portfolio page dates its investment to October 2022.
On 15 October 2024 Entrackr and Inc42 reported ₹27 crore in a pre-Series B round led by Gulf Islamic Investments, with Misra, Sharma and Rukam Capital also in, putting the total at ₹47 crore. On 26 May 2026 Entrackr and Indian Startup News reported ₹23 crore more, led by Gulf Islamic Investments. That round was ₹15 crore of equity and ₹8 crore of debt, so not all of it is investment in shares. No valuation has been published.

What the company earns
The latest year with a published figure is FY2023-24, the year to 31 March 2024. The register mirror TheCompanyCheck carries revenue of ₹16.96 crore. Inc42’s database carries ₹17.0 crore, total expenses of ₹22.6 crore and a loss of ₹5.6 crore, and says its data draws on statutory filings among other sources. These are what a mirror and a database carry, not accounts we have seen.
No figure for FY2024-25 has been published by any mirror or business report found. Accounts for the year to March 2026 would normally follow the annual general meeting.
The founders have also given FY24 figures in the press. Inc42’s sponsored feature of December 2024 gives FY24 revenue as “INR 20 Crore”, and an interview with Indian Retailer on 21 April 2025 gives ₹45 crore for FY24, with a target of ₹110 crore for FY25. The press figures do not say what basis they use (gross sales, net revenue or another measure), so they may not be comparable with the register-mirror figure above. Targets of ₹100 crore for FY25 and ₹1,000 crore by FY30 have been given in interviews; they are forecasts, not results.
The company told Entrackr it had sold over 100,000 pairs in October 2022, over a million in October 2024 and over three million in May 2026. The homepage said “2 Million + Happy Customers” on 21 September 2026. None of these is audited.
The ₹45 crore FY24 figure comes from a founders’ interview; ₹16.96 crore is the revenue a register mirror carries for the same year. The two may be measured on different bases.
Who makes Yoho shoes
Yoho publishes no manufacturing page, but its product pages name a maker on each listing, with India as the country of origin. On 21 September 2026 the ArchFlex slippers named Hetric Footwear of Mundka, Delhi; the Drystep sliders named Steptec of Dehradun; and the SOS 111 slip-ons named Unity Sports of Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The Blinc sneakers named Innovative Lifestyle Technology itself.
Myntra’s declarations tell the same story at greater width. We read the statutory block on 40 Yoho listings — the Legal Metrology declaration that names the country of origin and the company answerable for the goods. India was declared on all 40, and at least 13 entities were named as manufacturer.
| Manufacturer named on the declaration | Listings of 40 |
|---|---|
| Innovative Lifestyle Technology (the company itself) | 9 |
| Shree Krishna Footwear, Mundka, Delhi | 7 |
| Lava Overseas, Agra | 3 |
| Shree Ram Footwear Pvt Ltd | 3 |
| Zedex Life Style Pvt Ltd | 2 |
| Yooth Harbour Shoes Pvt Ltd | 2 |
| Sai Footwear Company, Agra | 2 |
| S.R Enterprises, Sikandra | 2 |
| Other names, one listing each | 10 |
Myntra product records, read 21 September 2026. Country of origin India on all 40.
The three makers named on the brand’s own pages are not among the eight that the Myntra count lists by name. A declaration names who is legally answerable for the goods, which is not always the factory that made them, so several names are normal rather than a warning sign.
The company’s registered activity is wholesale trading. Entrepreneur India reported on 24 May 2025 that it was “planning to establish a manufacturing unit” with a capacity of 30,000 sneakers a month by early FY26.
Because the shoes are made in India, import duty plays no part in their price. What a Yoho shoe costs is the company’s own pricing decision.
Who is selling Yoho on Myntra
The answer is short. Innovative Lifestyle Technology was seller of record on all 40 listings read on 21 September 2026. A second entry carrying a variant of the company’s own name appeared as an additional seller on two. No third-party trading name held the buy button on any of them.
That is unusual on a marketplace. On the same day, Neeman’s had a second seller of record on six of 40 listings. On Yoho’s shelf, the company that makes the claims is the company that takes the money.
What Yoho costs in India
We sampled 100 distinct Yoho listings on Myntra on 21 September 2026. The median MRP was ₹3,749 and the median price paid was ₹2,159, which is 57.6% of MRP. Eighty-seven of the hundred were reduced, across 34 distinct MRPs. Myntra filed 44 of the hundred as boots and 35 as casual shoes, with flip-flops and sandals at nine each.
The brand’s own site sells a different mix, mostly slippers and sliders, and every price there is stated as inclusive of taxes.
| Product on yoholife.in | Price shown as MRP | Selling price | Share of MRP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bubbles Orthopedic Slippers, women | ₹699 | ₹499 | 71.4% |
| ArchFlex slippers, men | ₹899 | ₹599 | 66.6% |
| Drystep sliders, men | ₹1,299 | ₹749 | 57.7% |
| SOS 111 slip-ons, men | ₹1,968 | ₹1,299 | 66.0% |
| PitStop 1100 sports shoes, men | ₹2,999 (the catalogue’s comparison price) | ₹2,998 | 99.97% |
| Blinc hands-free sneakers, men | ₹4,199 | ₹1,999 | 47.6% |
yoholife.in product pages, read 21 September 2026.
On the same shelf that day, Neeman’s charged 64.7% of its median MRP, Solethreads 73.8% and Ruosh 55.0%. The price band here is Mid-range, computed from the ₹2,159 median actually paid on Myntra across the brand’s main footwear shelf, not its cheapest slippers or its dearest sneakers.
Product pages state a warranty of one month and a seven-day return or replacement window. Yoho is an Indian brand priced in rupees, so there is no foreign price list to compare.
Orthopaedic, memory foam, waterproof: what Yoho’s pages say
“Orthopaedic” is in the product names — Bubbles Orthopedic Slippers, ArchFlex Orthopedic Slippers — and on the technology page, which lists an “Orthopaedic Footbed”. The pages read do not cite a standard, test house, clinical study or medical-device registration for the term. The site does not claim a doctor’s endorsement; its line is that the footbed is “A must for doctors, nurses and anyone with long standing hours”, which describes a buyer rather than an approval.
Innovative Lifestyle Technology was seller of record on all 40 Yoho listings read on Myntra, every one declared made in India.
The technology page says: “Made from memory foam, our products support your arch.” In the April 2025 Indian Retailer interview, the founders set their FootPharma footbed against memory foam, saying it lasts “1-1.5 years (vs. memory foam at 3-4 months)”. Both are the company’s own words. The pages read do not publish a foam density or grade, and the interview does not cite a test for the durability figures.
FootPharma is a registered trade mark, a name for a product, which is not the same as a patent or a certification. In October 2022 Business Standard reported that Yoho “has already patented designs with some leading universities in footwear”. The report does not identify the designs or the universities, and the brand’s pages read do not list a patent or design number.
“Anti-skid” appears on ArchFlex and Blinc; the pages do not give a slip-resistance figure. Drystep has a “waterproof yet soft inner lining” and ArchFlex is “water-resistant”, and the pages do not give a water-resistance rating. The technology page says a baby elephant’s weight was pressed onto the footbed to test its bounce, and shows the figure 1320 N. Blinc is described as “India’s 1st Hands-Free Sneakers”. No ISO, BIS or other certificate appears on any page read. The same pages do publish weights, materials and makers’ names, so the site prints specifics where it has them.
Ask for the test
If “orthopaedic” or “anti-skid” decides the purchase, ask the seller which standard or test applies. The pages read did not name one.
Read the seller line
On Myntra, Innovative Lifestyle Technology was seller of record on all 40 listings read. A different name on the buy button is worth a second look.
Turn the box over
The declaration names the maker and India as origin. It is on the box as well as the listing.
Authenticity and the record
The brand’s homepage, FAQ, terms, privacy policy and product pages, read on 21 September 2026, offer no way to check a specific pair: no code lookup, hologram or serial number. They publish no list of authorised sellers or stores.
For now the practical protection is the seller line. The brand’s own site and a listing where Innovative Lifestyle Technology is seller of record are the two routes on which the company answers for the pair.
A search of the Indian Kanoon judgment database on 21 September 2026 for the company’s full name and for “yoho footwear” showed no judgments.
Who Yoho is actually for
Yoho suits a buyer who wants cushioned, lightweight slippers or sneakers at a few hundred to two thousand rupees, from a company that names itself on every listing read. Anyone buying for a foot condition should take medical advice, because the pages read do not publish tests behind the orthopaedic wording. Anyone setting it beside Bata, Campus or Woodland is comparing a company incorporated in 2020, and funded through reported rounds, with much older names.

What is good about Yoho is how answerable it is. One Delhi company names itself on its site, holds the registered word mark, and was seller of record on all 40 Myntra listings read, every one declared made in India. At a median ₹2,159 paid, or 57.6% of MRP, and slippers from ₹499 on its own site, it is cheap for what it promises.
Where it publishes less is the comfort wording. “Orthopaedic”, “memory foam”, “anti-skid” and “waterproof” are described in words on the pages read, without a test standard or test house named, so treat them as the brand’s own description.
Buy Yoho as a comfortable, cheap, Indian-made slipper from a company that answers for it — and if you need support for a foot condition, take medical advice rather than relying on the product name.
