Eske Brand Audit: Made-in-India Wallets and Bags at Full MRP

Eske is a Mumbai bag and wallet brand. Who runs it, who holds the ESKE mark, which company Myntra names as seller and maker, and what it costs in India.
Eske brand audit card by FashionAudit

Eske, styled eské on its own pages, is a Mumbai bag and leather-goods brand. It is run by Eske Global Fashions Private Limited, a private company incorporated in January 2022 whose three directors were all appointed at incorporation. The brand name itself is registered to a partnership firm, S.K. Exports, not to the company.

The statutory declarations on Myntra add a third company. On 22 September 2026, 37 of 37 Eske listings declared India as the country of origin, and Viaromanaa Fashions (India) Private Limited was the seller of record on 32 of them and the named manufacturer on 29.

The short answer

Eske is an Indian brand: founded in Mumbai, run by an Indian private company, and declared made in India on every Myntra listing read. Most of those listings are sold and made by Viaromanaa Fashions (India), a company with the same three directors. On 22 September 2026 Eske sold at full MRP on Myntra, a median ₹3,499.

Who runs Eske

The company behind the brand is Eske Global Fashions Private Limited. Its corporate identity number reads like a home-grown business: U for unlisted, MH for Maharashtra, 2022 for the year, and PTC for an ordinary private company rather than the FTC a foreign subsidiary carries. Zauba Corp, The Company Check and Tofler, three register mirrors, all show it as active, with a registered office in the A2 block of the Shah and Nahar Industrial Estate in Lower Parel.

All three directors were appointed on the day of incorporation: Sanjay Jawaharlal Khanna, Sailesh Khanna Jawaharlal and Shivam Sanjay Khanna. Inc42 and YourStory describe Shivam Khanna as founder and chief executive. The register records the company’s activity under an apparel code, while The Company Check labels it leather goods manufacturing and wholesale trading.

The company is younger than the brand. The trade mark was filed in 2012, and the press gives the brand’s start as 2018 (Inc42), 2015 (YourStory) and 2012 (The Company Check). No document read says who sold Eske bags before the company was incorporated in January 2022.

Inc42, in May 2024, wrote that “the genesis of eské lies in Khanna’s 30 years of manufacturing experience while running SK Exports, the parent company of eské.” “Parent company” is the magazine’s phrase; no filing read sets out a shareholding in Eske Global Fashions.

The name belongs to a family firm

The ESKE mark for leather goods, application 2295438 in class 18, stands in the name of S.K. Exports, which the record describes as a partnership firm at 370, A2, Shah and Nahar Industrial Estate. It was filed on 6 March 2012 and is registered until 6 March 2032. A second ESKE mark, in class 25 for footwear, was filed the same day by the same firm and is also registered. Both details come from QuickCompany, a mirror of the Indian trade-mark register.

The operating company trades under the mark the firm holds; the terms between them are not published.

One trap for anyone searching the register: an ESKE mark in class 9, for batteries and electricals, belongs to an unrelated proprietor, Sayok Batteries. It has nothing to do with the bag brand.

Who makes and sells Eske bags

The brand’s own account is that it makes its products itself. Inc42 reported in May 2024 that Eske produces “through its own factory”, and quoted the company: “By producing in India, we maintain quality standards and eliminate concerns like import duties and currency fluctuations.” The same report said the 2022-23 revenue included “sales of both manufactured and traded goods”, so some stock is bought in. No factory name or address was given.

The declarations on Myntra name the companies. We read all 37 Eske product records on 22 September 2026 — the block the Legal Metrology rules require, giving the country of origin and the company answerable for the goods.

Myntra product records for Eske, read 22 September 2026.

So the company most often answerable for an Eske bag on Myntra is not the operating company but Viaromanaa Fashions (India) Private Limited. The register mirror Zauba Corp gives it CIN U19115MH2011PTC222895, incorporation on 11 October 2011 and an activity code for tanning and dressing of leather. Its directors are the same three Khannas, all appointed on 11 October 2011, and its registered office is in the same A2 block of the same estate.

A declaration names the company legally answerable for the goods, which need not be the workshop that stitched them. On these records, though, Viaromanaa is named as maker on 29 of 37, and the operating company on about four.

India was the declared country of origin on all 37 Myntra records read on 22 September 2026.

Paris designs, Indian origin

The eske.in homepage has carried the line: “Founded in Mumbai, our first collections were designed in Paris.” It also said: “Our creative team lives in Mumbai, Kolkata and Amsterdam”. FashionNetwork in February 2022 and YourStory both called the brand “Eske Paris”, and FashionNetwork gave no reason for the name.

On origin, India was the country of origin on 37 of 37 Myntra records read the same day, and the company, the mark holder and the manufacturer named most often all give Mumbai addresses. The homepage line is about where early designs were drawn; the declaration is about where the goods come from. Both are printed here as read.

A bag made in India pays no import duty, so duty plays no part in what an Eske bag costs.

What Eske costs in India

We read the whole Eske shelf on Myntra on 22 September 2026: 37 listings. The median MRP was ₹3,499 and the median price paid was also ₹3,499 — 100% of MRP. Not one of the 37 listings was reduced, across 16 distinct MRPs. Wallets made up 17 listings, travel accessories five, flats five and heels four.

Myntra brand listings, read 22 September 2026. Median paid and share of MRP are medians across the listings read.

Among the Indian bag brands read that day, only Eske and Kompanero charged the full MRP on every listing. The others sold at between about a third and three-quarters of it.

The price band here is Mid-range, computed from the ₹3,499 median actually paid on the whole Myntra shelf. Two limits apply. The shelf is small and led by wallets rather than briefcases, and Myntra was the only channel read. Inc42 gave the range as “INR 3,000-10,000” in October 2023; that is a dated press figure, not a current price.

The money: revenue and two rounds

Eske’s revenue is known only from press reports and register mirrors, and each figure below says which. The register mirrors disagree on how recent the filed accounts are: Zauba Corp and Tofler show the last balance sheet as 31 March 2023, while The Company Check carries a revenue figure for 2024-25.

Year to 31 MarchRevenueWhere the figure comes from

Four dated records. None of them is a change of ownership.

QuickCompany trade-mark mirror; Zauba Corp; FashionNetwork, 14 February 2022; Inc42, 10 October 2023.

The seed round, with angel investors Divij Bajaj and Ankit Gera alongside Fluid Ventures, was reported by FashionNetwork on 14 February 2022 and dated 10 February by YourStory. Inc42 later placed it in April 2022; the reports disagree. Inc42 reported the pre-Series A on 10 October 2023, with Fluid Ventures joining again, and in May 2024 gave a valuation of “$6 Mn”. Neither round was read from the company’s or an investor’s own release.

The register mirrors put the authorised capital at ₹10 lakh. The paid-up figure is ₹1,56,000 on Zauba Corp and The Company Check and ₹1,37,280 on Tofler, and the two are not reconciled. Inc42 said in May 2024 that about 80% of sales were online, 70% through the brand’s own site, with stores in Delhi, Noida and Mumbai at that date.

Leather, Mirum and a lifetime warranty

The eske.in page title describes “Handcrafted Leather Briefcases, Handbags, Wallets, Duffels & Footwear”. The homepage text read named no leather type, no tannage and no Leather Working Group rating. Inc42 reported a vegan collection made with Mirum, which it called “a plant-based leather”; Mirum is a named material, but no certifier was named beside it.

On the warranty, the homepage offered a “Lifetime Warranty”, with no term beside it. Inc42 wrote in May 2024 that the brand offers “a lifetime guarantee on its products (generally four years)”, and did not explain the four years. The brand’s written warranty terms are not quoted here.

Worth knowing

The homepage gives no term beside “Lifetime Warranty”. Ask the seller for the warranty terms in writing before you pay.

Other Indian bag and luggage makers audited here include VIP Industries, Safari and Skybags.

Where Eske is sold and who sells it

On 22 September 2026 the Myntra shelf was live, with 37 listings, and Viaromanaa Fashions (India) Private Limited was the seller of record on 32 of them.

Check 01

Read the seller line

On Myntra, Viaromanaa Fashions (India) was the seller on 32 of 37 listings and Eske Global Fashions on five. Know which one you are buying from.

Check 02

Read the manufacturer and origin lines

They are on the box as well as the listing. On the 37 read, the origin was India every time and the maker was Viaromanaa on 29.

Check 03

Get the warranty in writing

“Lifetime” came with no stated term on the homepage. Ask the seller who honours a claim and for how long.

Who Eske is actually for

Eske suits a buyer who wants an Indian-made leather wallet or bag at a fixed price, with no sale to wait for: every listing read sold at its MRP. The declarations are plain about origin, and the same three Khannas are directors of both the operating company and the company named most often as maker.

It suits less well a buyer who wants a warranty with a stated term, or one company behind brand and sale: the homepage gives no term for its “Lifetime Warranty”, and the seller named on most Myntra listings is Viaromanaa Fashions (India) rather than the operating company. Anyone weighing Eske against better-known names such as Bata or Woodland should know it is run by a company incorporated in 2022, with ₹11.24 crore of reported revenue for 2024-25.

The FA take

What is good about Eske is that its origin is plain on paper. All 37 Myntra records read declared India, the two makers named most often give addresses in one Lower Parel estate, and the same three Khannas direct both the operating company and the main maker. It also held its price: every listing sold at MRP, a median ₹3,499, where other Indian bag brands read the same day sold at a third to three-quarters of theirs.

Two things are worth checking before you pay: the warranty and the seller. “Lifetime Warranty” came with no term on the homepage, and Inc42 reported it in May 2024 as “generally four years”. The company named as seller on 32 of 37 listings, and maker on 29, is Viaromanaa Fashions (India), not the operating company.

An Indian-made wallet at a steady ₹3,499 is a fair buy — but get the warranty terms in writing and check which company is named as seller.
